This place sucks. Got part number from BMW. Asked if it correct number. Not close. Returns contrary to their claims on website are very difficult and looks like I am out $20 shipping when they goofed.

Ordered 4 Monroe shocks then they send confusing email regarding time it may take to ship. Then I receive two large boxes from them. One box has a cheap piece of tail pipe in it no packing material or slip. The other also has an identical tail pipe piece in it with a packing slip from a 3 rd party vendor verifying 2 tail pipes sent . NO SHOCKS! Also, funny how I get a $16 item in place of a $129 dollar item. Tried customer service, no help. Told me to start a return but the return questions have no prompt for the wrong item just asks if you want to return the item you were supposed to get. Filed dispute with PayPal. Don't shop there!!!!!

Ordered a steering box for a 1978 bronco. They sent the wrong part. When I tried to deal with customer service they admitted that the mistake was their fault. They even still have the wrong part advertized on Amazon for sale. Instead of just sending me the correct part that I ordered I'm just getting the run around. Horrible customer service, will just try to justify the incompetence instead of fixing it. Save your time and money and order from somewhere else. I ordered a part form my car and they sent me wrong part now they are charging me a restocking fee when it's their fault to begin with. I know alot of Mechanics and I will never give them a good review the restocking is 30-50% fee. Crock of poop if u ask me . Won't be a returning customer!

1) Rude customer service lady.
2) I mistakenly orders the wrong TPMS valves for $112.70.
3) I was told by Rude customer service lady that since it was my mistake I would have to process the return on their website, and I would have to pay shipping. Fair enough I thought.
4) Autoplicity sent the return FedEx label and cost for shipping would be deducted from my refund. Fair enough I thought.
5) The package was .30 lbs. and 5"x 5"small.
6) Got the refund $73.27!
7) $112.70 - $73.27 = $39.43 shipping charge!!
8) Autoplicity is a brutal ripoff! Customer service is Zilch! I admit I made a mistake by ordering the wrong part, I expected to pay a reasonable price for shipping but this is outrageous!
9) Lesson learned, I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM AUTOPLICITY AGAIN!

Bought 2 new hubs for my boat trailer total was $270 realized as soon as they arrived that they were too small. Never opened the packages and even returned the items in the box they came in. Got the return label and noticed they only refunded my cc 70% of the purchase price. Said they assess a 30% restocking fee. I never recommend buying anything from this website.

Purchased a bull bar for my car. The Autoplicity Co. Told me it takes two days to ship the item. Then they told me it takes two months to get it. I canceled the order and I can't get my money back. They told me that the order was canceled that's not true. I called the PayPal and told them what's going on. PayPal opened dispute on that company. I don't recommend to buy anything from Autoplicity.
Refuse to refund shipping
I returned an incorrect part, I was promised a return shipping but was not. It was returned by USPS for $25.70. I was supposed to have been sent a prepaid label, was not. They refuse to refund the promised shipping.

Worst company I have ever worked with
Worst company I have ever worked with. I ordered an exhaust in mid-February (February 21 to be exact) and was told it would be delivered by April 23. May begins and I have heard nothing from the company so I called and they said it would be delivered at the end of May. No big deal, things happen. May comes and goes, and then June, and then July and so on and now it's September and they just keep pushing back the shipment date. They never contacted me to tell me what was going on. I had to call each time and was transferred through multiple people before they would tell me my exhaust was delayed another few months. I called 4 different times to cancel my order since it was past the cancellation window so I couldn't do it online and all 4 times they told me it was cancelled, but it never was. I will never order through this website or deal with these people again. Now, I'm just hoping they'll finally cancel my order after a month of trying to get my money back.

I bought a Starter according to your notice of sale on Amazon, it was new. They sent me a completely used Starter, dirty and covered in oil. This company works dishonestly. He tried to trick me. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered product because they could deliver in 2-days. Since I ordered on a Saturday and they confirmed order processed same day, I thought I had flexibility for a little delay to deliver by Thursday. Turns out they might deliver on a Saturday when the office is closed and during the event I needed them for. Not their problem...just mine for relying on their site.

I made them aware the same day multiple times in an attempt to cancel the order. Their response was that it had shipped. It had not; it was a weekend and I checked tracking. They refused to cancel the order.
I received the package; did not open it. Requested the return. They said it would be 1-2 business days. Itâs been 2 business days. Iâve been had.
These people are so desperate for business that must stoop to deceptive tactics to get a sale.
Refuse to process return for item received in defective condition
Ordered a fridge for motor home thru Autoplicity. It was tested prior to installation and did not work. When called in to customer service, was told to get replacement ordered then they would set up return. Ordered and paid for replacement, sent over to support for returning of the defective fridge. Support tells me since it's defective, it's considered warranty and will have to go thru manufacturer, Norcold. We argued that we received it defective, didn't install - use six months - then it quit, and as such they needed to handle the return. Good looking with Norcold - hold minimum of an hour and when leaving request for call back - it doesn't happen. At this point, we are going to file a dispute with credit card company.
Poor customer service
Placed an order for shocks, received notice that they were back ordered for about 6 weeks. I cancelled the order and received confirmation of the cancellation.
I didn't receive a refund, called and was told refund was processed last week.
Called again the week after and was told the refund was processed last week and I will get an email confirmation.
Called again the next day after not receiving the email and was told refund was processed yesterday.
The agent was cold and just kept repeating the refund was processed yesterday allow x amount of hours for it to show up no matter what I asked.

Received this power cord and released it had the wrong plug on the end. I requested and got an RMA#. I returned the item promptly and in the same condition I received the item. Four times I was told I would receive a full refund and nothing. Five months later and after disputing with credit card company I received a refund minus a 30% restocking fee and return shipping charge. I paid for the return shipping. Do not buy from this company if you ever want a refund on a return.

I went to their site because they offered an item at a lower price than most sites. We wanted to order because they also offered PayPal pay in 4 which would be helpful to us. I started to process the order but the site kept shutting down. Finally got to the pay part and I clicked PayPal pay and the order went through then it took me back and said shipping and handling needed to be paid separate. I thought ok, no biggie, hit the pay button and next thing I know my bank alerts go off. I'm expecting to see 130 for shipping and $90 for PayPal but instead see the full price 485 through the company and the $90 through PayPal. I'm like no. So I go to cancel the order by calling in, get told what's the email confirmation number? I didn't receive one. Ok well give it an hour then call back. I waited all day. No email. I call back the next morning. I get the order number from a customer service agent. They tell me you can't cancel over the phone you need to go to the site and cancel using your order number. This was the 17th. I get told by the person on the phone, you should have your money back by Tuesday, that would be the 21st. On the 21st, no emails no updates on a refund. Nothing. So I email back. I'm not seeing a refund status yet can I get some information? No reply on Tuesday, the 21st. Finally on the 22nd we get an email. We have started your refund process it should take 3 to 5 days. Yesterday the 26th. Day 5 still nothing. Emailed again. Got a response sorry for the inconvenience we are still working on processing the refund. Today, same, no money back, and email response was sorry feel free to email if you have further need for assistance. What I NEED is my money back. I was still going to use this company once I got the refund. But now? I will post this story on every review site I can find, also reporting them to the BBB. I have all my emails my phone log and my bank statement to back me up.
Do not order them cancel from this company as you will be lucky to ever see your money again.
