I ordered and paid for parts on 3/25/23. Those parts were allegedly on "backorder" for nearly 9 months. At which point the order was canceled and going to be refunded per an email I received numerous times. I have had to contact them on (6) separate occasions over 3 months and still haven't received a single response from anyone that can correct the situation. As it turns out, the parts I ordered are still available and in-stock at the manufacturer and not on "backorder" as they state. I have requested a check to be mailed, or for them to source the parts and drop ship them directly from the manufacturer. Still no response. I will update this when a resolution is eventually reached, but I'm not holding my breath.
Update: Turns out blasting them with a negative review is how to get their attention. After 3 months of hounding them to get my refund, this negative review finally got their attention.
BUYER BEWARE, their poor business practices and passing blame to a non-responsive department that cannot be contacted directly, I highly recommend that you save yourself the headache and take your hard earned money elsewhere.
Old stock parts of inferior quality
I ordered a control arm for my C1500 and a very old part showed up in a plain white box that had dust older than myself. This was all through Amazon and while they say they will honor a return, it is going to cost more for shipping, ground mode, than the part cost. I'm better off just buying a new part locally. This is a very poorly rated business. Never again.
Stay away from this company
Stay away from this company! I was unlucky enough to order from this company because they're prices were too good to be true. Phone support refused to help. Every email with them is followed up with another step that they did not previously tell you would be necessary. It goes on and on and on. They intentionally changed the shipping address to one that doesn't exist! This company is intentionally deceitful and needs to be investigated by the attorney general of whichever state they operate out of.

I ordered a wheel from them that I needed rather quickly for the weekend (4 days).
I had a hard time finding one available and am happy they had one available and that the correct part was sent.
What Iâm unhappy about is that I paid extra for 2 day shipping, and that the wheel arrived in 7 days. 5 business days.
That screwed up my weekend plans, and I didnât know until it was too late to find another option.
When I asked for a refund of the 2 day shipping they only refunded me half saying it was the difference in cost.
Regular shipping was free.
Dishonest company
I would have given a review of 0, but it wasnât an option. I paid $29.30 for an order to be shipped and delivered in 2 days. It was over 3 weeks before I received my order. And thatâs only because I had to call and bug them. My order wasnât delivered until after Christmas. I was told I would receive a refund on the shipping, but I havenât seen it yet. When I called (again) to inquire about it, I was told that they would get back to me. I was told there was a mistake on the website concerning the shipping and I actually owe them $5.00! I was told they would get back with me on this issue, but honestly, Iâm not holding my breath! DO NOT buy from these people unless youâre ok with getting cheated!

Placed order on Saturday, cancelled order a hour later online. Called to cancel order only open M thru F. They shipped order on Monday. Wanted me to pay return shipping and restock fee. I have ordered from them before with no problem. If you order from them make sure it's what you want because returning something is a hassle and customer service isn't home. Didn't want to give it a One Star but had no other choice lower. Ordered a part, Total was 99.46 which included the $4.99 shipping fee. Didn't need it so I returned in the time frame they requested. Kept my documentation of when shipped and when received. Took a month to get a refund and they refunded $44.00. I called and they have a 30% Restocking fee. Then charged me their full fee of $19.70 to originally ship it. (Not the $4.99) And they charged me for a return label to ship which was never provided (I paid for my own shipping back). DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered tires from them in September. I got the correct tires but due to an accident went to return the tires and had a hassle of a time. They received the tires on October 18th to a warehouse. Itâs November 29th and Iâve finally received my refund. I still got charged a 22% restocking fee. The fact this company is still in business blows my mind do not order from them.

Purchased a part (throttle body) that turned out to be faulty. I had to call and email multiple times over 2 weeks to even get a return order from Veronica C. Returned item 3 weeks ago still not seen my money back for the part (over 400 USD ) despite chasing multiple times. They also refuse to cover return postage and the cost of installation on faulty parts that they sell (another 200 USD or so) . Buyer Beware. Disgusting.
Do Not Buy from Autoplicity
The part I received was in a beat-up and very sloppily taped old box that had prior shipping labels on it. The part inside (a motor with a delicate central shaft/spindle) was not supported in the box and obviously jostled around during transit as the interior walls in the box were gouged. I promptly contacted Autoplicity and asked for a return shipping label and full refund. Veronica (possibly a bot) apologized 10 times to me during 12 different emails but Veronica never honored my requests for a return label. Terrible experience.
Missing parts on a vintage air
Missing parts on a vintage air, air conditioner, very expensive. Called the company several times, getting the run around, waiting on the phone , you get cut off. When you get a live person they refer you to someone else who doesn't know what to do either, then they hang up on you. If you do business with this company you may not get what you ordered and they will do nothing to help you. The reps I talked to do not seae to understand English. I wish I had believed all the bad reviews. I don't think this company stocks anything, they take your order then order it from another supplier. Believe the negative reviews,

First off they sent me wheel that has been on the shelf and the wheel was sent chipped and not in the original box. They just stuck it in a box and mailed to me.
Second, after I had sent it back to them, it took a week and I called to see what was taking so long but did not get it into their system.
They state it takes 3 to 5 business days to get your refund and I have surpassed the 5 day by double. They are not a company I will ever do business again. 'Im still waiting for my refund

I bought a Corsa Catback exhaust for my 19 Ram 1500. It was well over 100 sometimes 200 dollars cheaper on Autoplicity than every other site BUT I saw their terrible reviews so needless to say I was skeptical. I read many of the terrible reviews and most were about stock of the item they were buying so I called and asked about their stock and was very blunt with customer advocate about the reviews. She said âshe knewâ about the reviews but really kind of left it at that. She stated she showed several of my item in a few different warehouses so I figured what the heck. 3 days later it showed up on my door step exactly what I ordered. Itâs on the truck already and sounds excellent. I really thought this review was necessary because I donât think enough people take the time to write one when things go great and in my case it couldnât have gone better. My advice, call and talk to a CA first before ordering.

Purchased a Coleman Mark 15 heat pump from Amazon from this company and they just delivered a 15 K air conditioner non-heat pump bottle but they refused to except it back because itâs considered hazardous material through FedEx. Got the unit installed come to find out it has a direct short to ground in the blower motor causing control board failure, this company nor Amazon have been willing to do anything for me as a consumer or customer. Unfortunately I purchased this product on my AmazonStoreCard, and there is nothing that they can do just downright awful buyer. Beware will never do business with this company again.
NEVER AGAIN. 6 weeks and 4 incorrect refunds.
I placed an order for 4 wheels on March 17th totalling $605.59. They canceled 2 of the wheels and issued me a refund of $298.80 on March 20th. On March 24th I contacted them via phone to attempt to cancel the other 2 wheels as I can't use just 2 wheels. The customer service Rep said it was too late to cancel but assured me that I could return the wheels after they arrive and receive a full refund. I received the wheels and requested a return the next day. I called again on March 31 as I had gotten no response to the return request. The Rep "expedited the request" and assured me again that I would receive a full refund and not have to pay a restocking fee or return shipping. It was at this time we started communicating by email. April 4th the request was accepted and they confirmed via email that I would receive a full refund and paid return shipping. I've attached a screenshot of that. April 6th I received the shipping label and shipped the wheels back April 10th. April 18th I received a refund of $115.75. I emailed them that same day saying they still owed me money, they confirmed. That screenshot is attached. April 22 I received a refund of $7.99. I emailed them again saying that I'm still owed $183.05 and will be involving Paypal if this isn't resolved this week. April 26th I received the last of the refund!!!!! Hallelujah! 6 weeks and 4 separate incorrect refunds. NEVER AGAIN will I deal with this company!
