This is my 4th time using Auto Star Transport to move my car from WI to CA and back. My phone call were answered promptly and any additional phone call and questions were answered quickly and professionally. Every driver that AutoStar found for the transports wwere very professional and kind. My cars always arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this company.

From the start of transaction !! They gave me a very good price. They were very prompt. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do I sent an expedition all the way to Dallas, Texas from Jacksonville, Florida . It arrived there exactly when he said it would he texted me pictures showing the drop off. He called me to let me know that it was delivered and it was one of the best Transport transactions I’ve ever used and I’ve been doing this for 30 years at a high level..Great Transport Company to use .

Avoid AutoStar if you actually value…
Avoid AutoStar at all costs. Save yourself the stress and headache of dealing with a dishonest company.
I had a $250 credit from a previously canceled booking that they promised in writing would be applied to my new shipment. Eduardo, my coordinator, quoted me an all-inclusive price of $1,950.
However, the driver showed up on a Saturday—when their office is closed—and the paperwork didn't show my credit at all. The driver refused to release my car unless I paid him $1,550 in addition to the $400 + 250$ I had already paid AutoStar upfront.
In total, I ended up paying $2,200 for what was supposed to be a $1,950 job. When I demanded my $250 back, Eduardo suddenly invented a "base price" of $2,200 that appeared nowhere in my signed contract. It is a total bait-and-switch.
They are great at communicating until they have your money; then, they hide behind bad math to keep your deposit.

After reviewing the details, the $250 credit from your previous order was already applied to the total tariff, resulting in the agreed amount of $1,950. Without that credit, the overall tariff—as well as the carrier pay portion—would have been higher. The breakdown provided at the time of booking reflected this adjustment, with the broker fee and carrier pay clearly outlined.
We understand how this may have been unclear, and your feedback has been noted. We will take it into account as we continue working to improve transparency in how pricing and credits are presented.

Autostar transport is absolutely the best! Such great communication from George the transport coordinator, Timing was on point, estimated dates of arrival was sooner than anticipated,everything went so seamlessly and efficiently,Matson employees was absolutely amazing to work with. Cars were delivered exactly as it was left with them no issues no problems!! Please consider Autostar as your car relocation specialist they have convenient door to door delivery and your car is in good hands. Their logistics team is located wherever you need your vehicles to go. Highly recommended and reliable service,very professional!!

I used Auto Transport recently to ship my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica from Phoenix, AZ to Alexandria, VA. Tony Salvini was my contact person and he did a great job. Tony kept me in the loop with regular updates about the status of my vehicle along the way. The most important aspect of shipping my van, was what was inside the van, I had my power Permobile wheelchair inside the van as well. I needed the van to arrive on the exact day when I flew into Regan international airport so I could take an uber van to get the van and my wheelchair so that I was able to move about. Had the van not arrived on time, I would not be able to move at all. I am so grateful to Auto Stsr Transport, and Tony Salvini for doing such an amazing job!

Requested transport from Florida to Michigan for a golfcart in an enclosed trailer and the experience was flawless if fact the cart arrived a day earlier than expected.

The Best Auto Transport Company in the Industry
There's a reason why AutoStar Transport Express is accredited with the BBB. In the past, I made a poor choice of trusting my vehicles with companies that were non-accredited, thinking there was no difference. There is definitely a difference in all aspects of the process. From the point of initial contact to delivery, the company communicated with me. The driver was excellent and handled my precious BMW M4 with care and kept in consistent communication with me. I opted for the enclosed transport as recommended by the agent and I was so happy with the way my vehicle looked. No bugs, no dings from flying rocks, or temptations by bad actors. I highly recommend this company. They were just a little more pricier than the next transport company but if you want your vehicle delivered hassle free and feel comforted throughout the process then it's worth the little bit more. I will use this company again and will recommend to family and friends.

They were awesome from start to finish
They were awesome from start to finish. I checked pricing on several companies and they beat them by $200 for my transport from the LA area to Boise. Answered all of my questions. I had to change my location drop off from Boise to Meridian after booking and they didn’t charge me any extra fee. Communicated w the driver around pick up and drop off easily through text or phone. I wasn’t going to be present for the drop off (dropped w my landlady) and was able to Zelle the driver directly to not inconvenience her.

Left high and dry by AutoStar
I'm glad so many others had a good experience with this company; I did not. Manny gave me a 5-day window in which AutoStar would find a carrier. Once I paid my deposit (well in advance of the 5-day window), the communication ceased from AutoStar, and the only way I was able to obtain updates was to initiate contact with them. In the end, they left me without transport services and Number 1 Auto Transport came through at the last minute for us. The difference in the level of communication and overall service between AutoStar and Number 1 was night and day with Number 1 being far superior in every aspect.

We shipped our RAV4 to Texas from North Dakota. It was easy; on-time pick up and delivery and we were able to pay by Zelle. The car was in fine shape when it arrived.

AutoStar Transport Express came to my rescue
AutoStar Transport Express came to my rescue after another transportation company couldn’t manage a timeframe. Without hesitation from a day to the next day, they were able to pick the car and deliver it to the port right on time. Excellent job.

Repeat customer here—great service both times. I’ve used AutoStar Transport Express to ship vehicles from New Jersey to San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the experience has been consistently smooth.
Communication was clear, timing was reasonable, and both vehicles arrived in good condition. Reliable company that I’d use again.
