AutoStar Transport Express came to my rescue
AutoStar Transport Express came to my rescue after another transportation company couldn’t manage a timeframe. Without hesitation from a day to the next day, they were able to pick the car and deliver it to the port right on time. Excellent job.

Repeat customer here—great service both times. I’ve used AutoStar Transport Express to ship vehicles from New Jersey to San Juan, Puerto Rico, and the experience has been consistently smooth.
Communication was clear, timing was reasonable, and both vehicles arrived in good condition. Reliable company that I’d use again.

Recently had my new car transported from Texas to Alabama. I scheduled on a Thursday afternoon and the vehicle was picked up at the dealership the next day! Car was delivered that Saturday morning. Such an easy process!

I scheduled a booking on 2/19/26
I scheduled a booking on 2/19/26. Apparently they don't even start looking for a carrier until your first available pick up date which in my case was 2/27/26. Then they had 5 days to find a carrier. First off, why would you wait until the first day of pick-up to start looking? I had to extend my stay because they couldn't find one and I ended up canceling on the 5th day (today) and went with another company that found me a transporter for tomorrow in less than 20 minutes. Utterly ridiculous, the only good thing is that their customer support staff are pleasant. Find someone else to ship your car.

Damage truck
Do not use this company. Driver diverted off the highway and hit an underpass. I have been trying to file a claim, but they not honoring their claim that the load is insured.

Although the business replied that they are working on it, its been a month with no resolution. They were neglectful in ensuring their driver had insurance and are have not resolved the issue. Communication has been extremely slow. I am only asking for the damage to be repaired although this is also costing me rental cost, extra labor, etc.

All carriers we work with are required to carry active cargo insurance, and claims are handled directly through the carrier’s insurance provider. That said, we do not take concerns about coverage lightly, and we want to ensure the proper claims process is being followed. Our goal is to make sure your claim is addressed properly and in accordance with the carrier’s policy. Saved me a long drive
Got some conflicting information on the front end about the timing and location of drop off, but once that was sorted, all went smoothly and my car arrived sooner than expected.

Great Transportation company
Great Transportation company, Carlos Meffe Transport Coordinator got me best transporter and best price. My bucket truck was transported from Cabot, Arkansas to South New Jersey in less than 48 hours (it's about 1300 miles and 19 hour drive) highly recommend it. Will use it again!

AutoStar Excellent Result
We used this service to transport a car from Maryland to Alabama for our daughter.
Scheduling was easy and the agent was very courteous and professional and explained the process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. The job was posted and a driver assigned the same day. Pick-up and delivery were on-time and the vehicle arrived safely. The experience met our expectations. We would use them again and we highly recommend anyone use AutoStar for your car transport needs.

Was not sure if I would use AutoStar but…
Was not sure if to use this company but after some research I sent them a request and they responded with a good quote and followed up when I submitted all my information. My agent was always keeping me informed as to when they had a truck lined up and when I could expect my vehicle. The trucking company was very helpful when they arrived and put my vehicle right where I wanted it. I would use them again!

Great Company
Great Company to do business with. stayed in constant contact with us through out the whole move process, the carrier and driver were well mannered and dressed well and very polite, vehicle was well cared for during it's journey. I whole Heartedly Recomend Auto Star and their Associates to anyone in need of any type of vehicle transportation. PS, Their service is very fast!!
