Amazing service!
Beyond amazing service. I live in Alaska Purchased a vehicle in MN and had it delivered to a shipping yard in Seattle. These guys made this transition easy. Thank you for great service. I had no doubts my vehicle would make it safely and be well cared for. Thank you

Worry free car transport
Frankie was the driver of the transport we used. He was on time, picked a location that was easy for us to hand over the car. He was courteous and answered any questions we had. The car was transported from Florida to New Hampshire without any issues and within the timeline he gave us. I highly recommend this transport company, I would definitely use them again.

My experience was great even from the time I called to plan with someone I got with one agent. The one young lady followed me all the way through even though I had all kind of problems getting my cars ready to be transported. The batteries were dead. I live 3000 miles away, and I had to rely on someone there to get the cars ready for me but the agent the young lady stayed in touch and when I was ready to go, it was a easy go.

The time
State Iowa two Florida picked up golf cart. Two days later they dropped it off. The golf cart was fine. I would recommend it to anybody. Thank you.

Recommended!
Daniel Troconis and the Puerto Rico team were great. Super communicative during the process. I wasn’t sure about the pick up date in Florida, and they managed to assist me as needed. Cars arrived to Puerto Rico as expected and in one piece, and the staff that assisted us at pickup were super friendly. Customer service is one of the most important things to me, and they did excellent!

Auto Star Transport took really good…
Auto Star Transport took really good care of me. I had to change my pickup date several times due to unforeseen delays and they had no problem doing it. Eduardo and Danielle were extremely helpful and very understanding of the issues I was experiencing. The price quoted was quite reasonable and did not change. This is my second time using Auto Star Transport and both times I have been very satisfied with their service.

AutoStar is very reliable.
AutoStar is very reliable. Manny has been so helpful in transporting our car from CT to Kansas City. The only issue is that we need to be at the receiving end in person to take delivery of the car as they do not have any storage facilities- this may be the case with all the other auto transporters too

They were good, even tho at the final destination there were some hiccups but they work them out, it was not their fault but the vendor they use

Price was competitive
Price was competitive. Other carriers changed their lower price after I committed. AutoStar did not do this. They have up front pricing.
They communicated well both for pick up and drop off and were flexible.
I would use them again.

Integrity
Auto star completed my car move from West coast to the Midwest within the time frame and for the amount agreed to. However, the transport driver offloaded MY car at a stop in Denver and used it for his personal use. He did not have permission NOR did he ask! When I showed the driver the odometer at pick up and drop off there was an additional 60 miles! He also took a McDonald’s gift card that I put in console for my son… ( denied but come on, moms like yo surprise their kids so I know it was taken !!) He said he put the gas back in the car ….. like that was compensation for using my car without permission- I asked for $ 100 refund and never heard a word back. Tony at AutoStar would not return my calls or text- pretty much dumped the problem on the driver. Which is not right. I bought the service through auto star, not the driver. BTW-Yanni P was the driver … be aware and call out to ANY transport driver you have recorded the mileage at pick up. I can’t imagine why the driver would take the risk of an accident let alone taking a car that he didn’t have the owners permission ….
