Great experience! Please note that, and as explained when booking your order, all decisions regarding additional charges for personal items are made solely at the carrier’s discretion. While we coordinate the transport, we do not determine how weight is assessed. If the carrier deems the items to exceed 100 lbs, they may apply an additional fee. I looked for weeks for an auto…
I looked for weeks for an auto transport company and finally found Autostar who communicated clearly to me and helped me with pick up and drop off date. Driver communicated with me from Phila area to Sarasota. Car arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend.

Excellent service
Needed a last minute ride for my motorcycle. I had contacted another company who promised tons but couldn't find a driver. Autostar found me a driver and got it moved faster and cheaper! Completely happy with the service!

AutoStar was AWESOME!!
AutoStar was awesome. Car was picked up in Phoenix and delivered next evening to Dallas! So fast! Manny my contact at AutoStar was great at communicating and the process was smooth. They also were less expensive than many other transport companies. Would definitely use them again.

Awesome Job!
I contacted AutoStar after a horrible experience with another company. Eduardo got the transport scheduled within a couple of days. I was kept in the loop and knew what was happening all of the time. My 76 K20 was picked up on time and placed in a trailer. My truck was delivered 865 miles in slightly over 24 hours. I am completely satisfied and would use AutoStar Transport if I ever need to move another vehicle. I now look forward to driving my truck in the mountains of Montana!

Halfway across the country in 2 days
I was in my home state at the time. Met up to leave my car. I gave a pretty ridiculous time frame of 2 days and the driver went 1500 miles from the east coast west in 2 days. The same guy I met to drop off was the same one I saw on the pickup. The guy is a beast and my car was as I left it.

I recently used AutoStar Transport to ship my son’s vehicle from his college in Northern New Jersey down to Bradenton, Florida—and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! From the very first call, the dispatchers were an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, responsive, and courteous.
While I received several comparable quotes, AutoStar stood out for their quick follow-through and ability to meet our specific timeline. They were thorough in providing all the necessary details regarding both pickup and delivery, which gave me great peace of mind.
The actual transport was handled by TSH Express Inc., with driver Tempi Shinjiashvili, who was equally outstanding. He communicated directly with both me and my son regarding pickup and drop-off times. He arrived promptly for pickup and, to our surprise and delight, delivered the vehicle a full day earlier than expected!
I would absolutely use AutoStar again—and in fact, I plan to when we need to send the car back up to New Jersey in August. Highly recommended for anyone seeking reliable, professional vehicle transport!

Overall
Overall - our vehicles were transported safely which is most important.
I took off one star just because they didn’t communicate very clearly that even though I booked a month in advance, they wouldn’t even try matching us with a driver until the date we said our vehicles were available. We had a tight window so we ended up having to leave our vehicles with friends. Then despite giving their phone numbers as the point of contact, they still contacted us and also wanted us to drive the vehicles to a different drop off point. So all of that was inconvenient and seemed like it could have been avoided had they started the match process sooner.
