The level of care in customer service, communication, knowledge of market, professionalism, provenance and presentation of all cars, fair pricing, transparency and attention to detail from Kalvin at Autovero was exceptional and second to none. The entire experience was positive and flawless, from my initial telephone conversation and follow-up emails through to inspection, test-drive and delivery.

Kalvin went above and beyond and was very responsive to accommodate all my requests for changes to the car, including Satnav upgrade and the provision of a new Ctek battery charger/conditioner and adapter. He kept me apprised at all times during various stages via text, phone calls, emails and sent photographs/videos during application of PPF and transfer of my personalised registration number.

Autovero set the bar high, and it can only be best described as if Kalvin was buying the car with you. Everything has to be right. Something which you rarely see these days. Kalvin restored my faith after a particularly bad experience with a main dealer, which almost put me off the brand. This has been the best experience in my 38 years of buying cars and nothing was too much trouble for Kalvin. A refreshing change and 100% better than any other main or specialist dealer, who could learn a lesson or two from Kalvin. Impressive and a breath of fresh air.

Having just bought a Mustang Bullitt from Autovero, I can honestly say that both my wife and myself had a 5 star experience through the buying process, communication could not be faulted and was very open and transparent including the sending pictures of the car at various stages. As part of the process Kalvin helped to facilitate the professional fitment of; a Dash Cam, high end coded immobiliser system, ceramic coating, and managed the administration and fitting of personalised number plates. In fact nothing was too much effort. I can thoroughly recommend Autovero and Kalvin, he has a fantastic array of high-end cars, the service cannot be faulted and Kalvin takes great pride in the vehicles he sells. I would be more than happy to do business again in the future with Kalvin and Autovero.

Originally I contacted him for a car sale and when we couldn’t get to the price I wanted, he was was more than happy to help talk me through the difficulties of a private car sale, and was always available to run many silly questions past.
