Negli ultimi due mesi ho noleggiato spesso con Autovia, prima volta il 16/11/24 fino a oggi 09/02/ 25, sempre presso l’aeroporto di Alghero dove ogni volta che rinnovavo il contratto avevo la sensazione che le mie richieste non fossero gradite.
Stasera in seguito ad un ulteriore rinnovo e ad un controllo frettoloso del veicolo mi viene segnalato un inesistente graffio al copricerchio di materiale plastico della ruota anteriore.
Nonostante evidenzio che il copricerchio e’ sporco e visto l’ulteriore rinnovo di
Ulteriori 15 giorni avrei potuto lavare la macchina e verificare l’eventuale graffio, la giovanissima signorina non sente ragioni e prosegue imperterrita, evidenziando che se non avesse aperto il sinistro avrebbe potuto rischiare il licenziamento.
Il tutto mi sembrava surreale
Essere trattato in questo modo dopo aver pagato due mesi e mezzo di noleggio ,
Da imprenditore non è possibile che si possano trattare così i clienti ,
in pratica trattasi di lievissime scorticatine solo della, definiamola vernice, dei suddetti copricerchi di materiale plastico !
ho le foto tra l'altro di prima e dopo il noleggio ed è inutile scrivere che l'accessorio di plastica era tale !

Denuncio quindi un comportamento al limite del fraudolento visto che per stare sul mercato debbano applicare buone tariffe e successivamente debbano trovare escamotage x equilibrare i costi .

Ho prenotato online un’auto in maniera molto semplice. All’accoglienza in aeroporto Alghero personale gentile, chiaro e disponibile. Insomma nessun intoppo. Suggerisco Autovia

Auto in perfette condizioni. Addetto cortese ed esauriente a tutte le mie richieste. Rimborso cauzione il giorno successivo al rientro.

Mi sono trovata benissimo con lo staf di recezione sito in aeroporto Fertilia, tutto è stato semplice e utile. mi rivolgero' a voi anche per i prossimi noleggi.

We hired 3 cars in September, paying €207 each upon booking with discover cars/optimorent the brokers, which included the full insurance. When we arrived at the airport no signs of discover cars, or Optimorent who we thought we had booked with. Turns out it was actually Autovia through those brokers and after searching around and asking loads of people who worked in the airport we eventually found the hire desk. Autovia then scammed us all out of a further €252 due to our credit cards having our own first initial and surname not full first and surname. Even though we had a passport, driving license, valid credit card and purse full of debit cards to prove who we were I even logged into my online credit card company app to show them my full name and the electronic card number to match the physical card in front of them. Refused car hire and no money back from the purchase unless we paid the additional €252 for credit card not saying Hannah Bassett. We were forced into this whilst at the airport with our tired children and an hours drive away from our accommodation so we had no other choice than to sign and pay the additional. We were told our broker Discover cars and/or Optimorent would resolve this once home which they haven't. I wish I had seen all the reviews online and social media before booking. Between our 3 separate bookings we had 3 credit cards in the name on the bookings, Barclay credit card, Natwest credit card and Santander credit card didn't have FULL FIRST NAME AND FULL SURNAME! First initial only and full surname. I have contacted the bank since coming home and told they don't issue credit cards with full name on.

Minables, ce sont des voleurs, inventent des prix exorbitants à rajouter au moment de récupérer la voiture alors que tout a été payé en amont. Vraiment fuyez. C’est une honte, sur 7 clients qui étaient avant ou après nous, seulement 1 a eu sa voiture moyennant un surplus de 800€

Dipendenti dell’aeroporto di Alghero ineducati e poco professionali. Non consiglierei assolutamente di noleggiare auto presso il punto presente all’interno dell’aeroporto di Alghero. Pensare che le persone ‘ sono’ in base da dove vengono e’ razzismo.

Cuando fuimos a recoger el vehículo en Olbia, Cerdeña, todo bien, pero la experiencia cambió cuando nos tocó entregarlo en Algero. Tuvimos que esperar por lo menos 30 minutos bajo el sol (38 grados), ya que el “trabajador” había olvidado su tablet, por suerte estábamos con tiempo.
Luego nos comenta que el auto (el cual tenía múltiples rayones por todos lados) tenía un nuevo rayón hecho por nosotros, el cual debíamos pagar ya que no contratamos seguro para carrocería. Lamentablemente y justo las fotos que teníamos del auto al momento de alquilarlo no aparece la esquina donde estaba este “nuevo rayón”, pero aseguro que se trataba de algo antiguo. Por lo que nos cobraron 160 euros + 80 de gestión! Lamentablemente no tenemos cómo acreditarlo y nos sirve de aprendizaje.
Autovía busca estrujar a sus clientes, sobretodo aquellos que no contratan todos los seguros. CUIDADO Y BUSCAR OTRA EMPRESA!!!

A very expensive scam! I got a car from them via Ryanair website. Paid for the rental and took an insurance to cover. Arrived at the airport they wouldn't let me go unless I got their insurance which was even more than the original price of rental. It was pay it or leave it. Of course impossible to contact consumer services of Ryanair rental. I show what was written in the confirmation email but they didn't even try to understand (the email was in French) not even try my payment card until I signed for that insurance. Never rent from them

We had rented a car for 2 weeks and paid on beforehand. Our plane was 1 hour late, and the staff informed us, the our car was given to another customer due to our delay. The office was informed about our flights delay, because I told the flightnumber together with the booking. We got offered another car for extra 500 Euro. No service, no help. Avoid this company.

de havde givet vores bil væk, og kunne derfor ikke udlever vores bil da vi kom 1 time og 20 minutter sener end vores oprindelig og angivet ankomst.
de beholder åbenbart kun bilen i 1 time, men reservationen (vores penge) i 2 timer? hvorfor det er nødvendigt ved vi godt nok ikke.

vi havde opgivet flynummer osv, men det påstod medarbejdere at de ikke har adgang til....
vi snakkede sener med et andet udlejningsfirma i samme lufthavn, og de sagde også at det var autovia "forretnings model" for skaffe flere penge, ved at tilføje extra gebyr osv. (og de sagde også at alle udlejnings firmaer har adgang til flynummert, og kan følge med i hvornår flyvende ankommer)

virkelig dårlig kundeservice!!

Agence malhonnête. L'employée commence par mentir à la prise de véhicule (pour nous forcer à prendre une assurance elle essaie de nous faire croire que chaque rayure sera facturée 1390 euros, rien que ça...). Puis elle refuse de faire le tour du véhicule avec nous pour noter toutes les rayures présentes. Au retour elle nous facture des micro-rayures sur les enjoliveurs plastiques, que nous n'avions pas pensé à prendre en photo... Et le service client ne prend même pas la peine de nous répondre. A fuir !!! Nous avons loué deux autres voitures dans deux autres agences en Sardaigne et aucun souci chez les concurrents, donc allez voir ailleurs.

Location effectuée du 19 au 30 juillet 2024.
Ma carte Visa a été refusée car le conducteur principal étant mon mari, il fallait une carte avec son nom+ prénom mais elle était à mon prénom+nom et UNIQUEMENT le nom de famille de mon mari.
J'ai déjà loué plusieurs voitures et je n'ai jamais eu cela!
Donc, nous avons dû donner une caution de 100€ qui a été prise sur mon compte(bizarrement cela a été accepté) + une assurance full à 396,00€ pour 11 jours.
Sinon, on perdait la location déjà payée.

Nous avons essayé de contacterai Ryanair pour changer le conducteur principal mais c'était le jour du bug informatique de 19 juillet, donc impossible.

À 3 jours du départ, le témoin Ad Blue s'allume et nous avons dû faire le plein à la pompe qui n'accepte pas de mettre 1 ou 2l (30,00€).

À ce jour, j'attends toujours une réponse denu service clientèle et le remboursement du plein Ad Blue + la caution.

Je pense à une belle arnaque très bien maquillée.

+ de 1000€ pour 12 jours. Honteux!

En résumé, si vous avez une carte VISA au nom du conducteur principal ok mais sinon.... et si vous ne prenez pas une assurance full, attention de bien faire un check up de la voiture avec photos et vidéos (ce qu'on a fait).

Pour un problème administratif, nous avons perdu 396,00€!

We were delayed as there was an issue with the airport's security system which held up all passengers on the flight going through passport control. This was outside of our control. However, when we arrived at the desk, we were told
our car was unavailable and the booking was removed from the system after one hour from the scheduled pick-up time. Delays are frequent
and very typical in an airport setting and I would have expected an airport car rental service to have allowances in place for such circumstances. We were then informed that another car was available for a further cost of €81. At this point, the clerk seemed to have no issue seeing our information or viewing our booking on the system.

It was a dishonest practice and completely taking
advantage of a minor delay and to extract as much money as possible from the customer.
