Onbezorgd een auto huren met vriendelijk personeel.
Vriendelijk personeel, goede service en afspraken. De auto was prima stond klaar voor ons. Fijne ruime auto. Bij terug brengen ook weer heel vriendelijk. Zeer tevreden en aan te raden.

Rental refused despite valid ID – no refund given
I had prepaid for a vehicle rental and showed up at the agency with a valid physical ID, exactly as required. Despite this, the staff refused to give me the car, claiming my ID was not acceptable.
I contacted their customer service afterwards, and they falsely stated that I did not have my ID physically with me — which is simply untrue.
They have kept my money and refused any refund. I've reported the case to the European Consumer Centre (ECC France) for assistance.
This is not just poor service, it's a dishonest business practice. I strongly advise others to avoid this company until they take accountability and treat customers fairly.

Stress Free car hire
Had a great experience with Iron Man at check in. Was really fast and a simple process. Iron Man was super friendly and helpful, he upgraded our car and even had the decency to come away from his desk to show me and my wife exactly how to find the location of the car park as we’d struggled to find it in our previous visit. I hire cars from airports at least 8 times per year and I have to say it was the best experience I’ve ever had for checking in. Zero queue! The hand back was also very straightforward and fast. We had a friendly lady who was also very efficient and the whole process was stress free. Will definitely be using EcoVia again.

Bravura , empatia valgono molto più che un prezzo
la reception ha individuato subito la mia necessità, avevo sbagliato prenotazione con altro operatore che mi aveva indirizzato su altro aeroporto. La referente al banco ha letto la mia agitazione ed ha saputo trasmettermi serenità proponendomi una soluzione efficace ed economicamente molto vantaggiosa.

The car I rented was faulty
The car I rented was faulty, or at least this is what the warning light on the display was telling me. I signalled the problem to the autovia service, who called the car assistance service. The car assistance took the car away for repair. I spoke and wrote to the customer care service: no reaction, and instead, one month later i received a request to pay 250 euros for the car assistance.
I am still waiting for the customer care to come back to me. It is virtually impossible to get hold of that service on the phone, so i can only hope to receive a reply to my messages.
Never again!!!!!

an internal check shows that roadside assistance intervened at your request for a fault related to a simple non-working light bulb, an anomaly that does not justify the use of a tow truck. We also specify that, having made the reservation through a broker, any requests for reimbursement must be addressed directly to them.

Katastrophales Erlebnis mit Gerichtsverfahren am Ende
Schlechter Kundenservice, nachträgliches Gerichtsverfahren und einfach ein katastrophales Erlebnis mit Autovia.
Mietwagen hatte kein Tropfen Motoröl und hatte 1h nach Übergabe und Abfahrt mehrere Kontrollleuchten an. Das Modell war in schlechtem Zustand und nicht wie angegeben bei der Buchung. Im Nachhinein hieß es der Kosten für das Öl könnten nicht erstattet werden.
Darüber hinaus haben Sie ein Jahr später erst über meine Firma versucht angebliche Schäden bezahlt zu bekommen und ein weiteres Jahr später gerichtlich über mich privat.
Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten Autovia als Mietwagenfirma zu nutzen. Auch nicht über Check24 o.Ä.

Unsere Fahrzeuge werden regelmäßig gewartet und vor jeder Übergabe überprüft. Sollte während der Mietdauer ein Problem wie ein niedriger Ölstand auftreten, erwarten wir, dass der Kunde uns umgehend kontaktiert, damit wir schnell helfen können.
Bezüglich der nachträglichen Schadensforderung: Wir handeln stets auf Grundlage der dokumentierten Fahrzeugrückgabe und im Einklang mit geltendem Recht sowie den akzeptierten Mietbedingungen. Wenn ein Schaden festgestellt wird, der nicht gemeldet oder durch die Versicherung abgedeckt ist, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, entsprechende Schritte einzuleiten.

Convienient and very good price
Very good price - even after last minute booking. It was easy to find the office in the airport, and was met by friendly staff who didn't insist on additional insurance and other add ons. Good condition of the car and great value for the price.
