Scammers avoid
Scammers . Charged £853 for car which wouldn’t start!! Given a hybrid car. 10 minutes outside Naples airport it decided to update. 25 minutes .. then tried to start car and it started another update . It would not start or move . Random lady at the petrol station took pity on us and took us to Naples airport I was my disabled elderly father . Explained to Autovia what had happened . no apology ! Annoyed we had left the car even though we would miss our flight if we had waited another 55 minutes for update. Charged £ 853 no explanation just taken from my credit card.. unbelievable!

We understand your anger, but we cannot accept being called “scammers”. A charge of £853 must be supported by a clear explanation and the relevant documentation.
Leaving the vehicle without waiting for assistance may result in additional costs, but the reported fault and the circumstances must be carefully reviewed. For this case, please send your rental agreement number and the documents received to customercare@autovia.it.

I received the car quickly and clean!
I received the car quickly. It was clean and had 4000 km on board. The delivery was also quick. I am satisfied with both the company's services and the employees. I have only one observation: on Google maps the car pick-up location was fixed on the built building, not on the mobile one in the other corner of the parking lot.

I would never recommend them and will…
I would never recommend them and will avoid booking with them again. They didn't have the car I booked and then tried to charge me an additional €300 for an alternative car. The staff were rude and it felt like a scam so I walked away and booked with Sicily by Car. Their customer service was great and offered me a much better rate.

When a specific category is not available, Autovia provides for a replacement with a corresponding or higher category vehicle, subject to availability and in line with the rental conditions. Any additional costs may depend on services, coverages or alternative solutions proposed and accepted by the customer, but they should never be perceived as unclear.

Føler os snydt – skjulte krav om kreditkort kostede os dyrt
Vi lejede bil hos Autovia i Italien i starten af juni og havde betalt hele lejen hjemmefra. Ved afhentning blev vi mødt med et krav om kreditkort – noget vi generelt ikke har, da vi kun bruger danske debitkort, som godt kan gå i minus ved behov.
Vi foreslog at betale depositum kontant eller få det trukket på vores kort, men det blev afvist. I stedet blev vi presset til at betale yderligere 230 euro for at få bilen udleveret.
Det værste er, at dette ikke fremgår tydeligt nogen steder. Ja, der står i mailen, at man skal medbringe kreditkort, men det er ikke klart formuleret som et absolut krav for at kunne afhente bilen – mere som en generel betalingsinformation. Det føles derfor som en bevidst måde at få kunder til at betale ekstra på stedet.
Endnu mere bekymrende er det, at præcis det samme skete for vores to vennepar, som også havde booket gennem Autovia.
Alt i alt en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, som føles som en pengemaskine frem for god kundeservice. Mit råd: Sørg for at have et kreditkort – ellers risikerer du at betale dyrt for det. Ærligt talt havde taxa været billigere i sidste ende.

vi beklager den ulejlighed, I har oplevet, men vi afviser, at kravet om kreditkort skulle være skjult eller have til formål at påføre kunder ekstra omkostninger.
For at få udleveret bilen kræves et fysisk kreditkort i kundens navn, som er nødvendigt for at dække depositum, selvrisiko, eventuelle ekstra ydelser og kontraktlige forpligtelser. Debitkort, kontanter, forudbetalte kort, virtuelle kort eller lignende betalingsmidler accepteres normalt ikke som garanti, som angivet i voucheren, afhentningskravene og de oplysninger, der gives under bookingprocessen.
Yderligere dækninger er ikke obligatoriske: de kan tilbydes som en alternativ løsning, når det fremlagte garantimiddel ikke er egnet, men valget er altid frivilligt og fremgår før underskrift af lejekontrakten.

Really good experience
I don’t know how people put one star and bring the rating low. I would recommend to book your car there.
1. The people at the counter in the airport are super friendly.
2. The car was super clean.
3. We requested for a Volkswagen Polo, but we got an MG3 that was not bad and it was the same thing basically.
4. I booked it from booking and it was really easy to do everything.
5. We got a free shuttle to the parking from and to the airport.
6. People at the parking were super helpful and checked the car with us.
I would recommend it 100%

Le autovetture sono nuovissime la prima che noleggiato aveva 150 km ed era una Kia la seconda cannoli oggi è una B Wilde serie due avevo 800 km la nota negativa è la franchigia di 2000 € che è un costo eccessivo in caso di qualsiasi danno quindi la persona si deve accollare una casco giornaliera o con un prezzo alto grazie
