Servizio puntuale, cortese, amichevole e professionale. Eccellente.

Stay away from this company . They offer “downgrades” and try to sell them as “upgrades”. They keep overselling both on their direct website and via resellers such as doyouitaly.com. They try to convince you that a car that they themselves rent for cheaper rates is better than a car they rent themselves for a more expensive rate. Moreover their customer service is inexistent . Hours on the phone telling you to call other “numbers” to no avail. Honestly, stay away

Il servizio prenotazione e riconsegna hanno funzionato bene. Dove sono rimasto deluso e’ la consegna dell’auto. Sono arrivato all’aeroporto di Perugia il 22 ottobre e la consegna ha richiesto quasi un’ora nonostante ci fossero solo due persone davanti a me. C’erano due signorine al bancone; una delle due era presa con altri compiti e non ha fatto niente per aiutare i clienti in attesa nonostante il livello di stress fosse evidente (le persone dietro di me hanno appettato più di un’ora)

Very helpful staff at Perugia airport. Woul definitely use again

Pick-up was fine in Perugia. The booked car class wasn’t available, so I was given a free upgrade & choice of a larger diesel car (that previous users had smoked in), a jeep (that had not been cleaned inside nor out), and a SEAT estate (with no boot flooring, some minor but visually evident bodywork damage & only a ⅓ tank of petrol).

I chose the SEAT, the staff was relaxed about the damage I noticed & showed me a few more previously reported marks. So far, all very pleasant.

Fast forward to when I returned the car this afternoon… During the return inspection, the young lady on duty quickly knelt down & zeroed in on some marks on the wheels that “were not on the list of pre-existing damage”, so would be my liability to pay for. Despite me pointing out that the marks - to 2 opposite wheels - looked old, were impossible to have been caused by me, and were invisible to the naked eye of an adult standing up (how I inspected the car) - she stated that I would have to pay for the repairs, if (as they knew) I hadn’t taken out their own car-hire insurance.

Fortunately, before I hired the SEAT, I had taken a video & some photos of its bodywork - and each of the wheels from different angles.

It was only because I could zoom-in to some of these pictures - and show them evidence that those marks were pre-existing - that they admitted they were in error & the scratches were not my liability.

Honest mistake? I think not.

Her choreographed & seemingly scripted post-rental narrative was identical to a previous attempted rental car scam I experienced a few years ago. I have also read about similar incidents by unscrupulous car rental companies looking to take advantage of tourists in a hurry to board their flights.

Unless you choose to take out their complete vehicle insurance coverage, you should either take lots of photos & videos of the car (inc. the wheels & inside the doors & boot) before you start the rental, or avoid this company.

Rented a fiat 500 for 12 days, with advance notice. Was given a fiat panda on arrival (it is 300 euro cheaper to rent). Never refunded difference, told it was an upgrade! Despite being cheaper and a worse car in every metric, and avoided it to begin with due to a 0 safety rating. Blanked by staff in person and customer service takes about a week to reply to anything. Was told take it or get nothing. Never again.

edit - they will "analyse feedback", but keep your money. Says it all.

I rented at Autovia at Perugia airport. The staff spoke good english and help me to understand the terms of contract better.
The only snag I have is with regard to the efficience of their insurance that was unable to get someone to recharge my drained battery in a town with several car mechanics. They could only send a large removal car truck - that was so large it could not reach me in the village of narrow roads. The driver had to walk carrying a jump starter and other heavy apparatus via the hilly, narrow roads of the village and under a scorching sun. And I had to wait in a 'cooking like oven' car for + 3 hours because the insurers ( I was told) sent that truck from a town that was 2 hours drive from me... not nice experience...

Auto al di sopra delle aspettative. Personale al banco molto gentile. Nessun problema in assoluto.

¡Experiencia horrible!

Realizamos una reserva en su agencia en semana santa para recoger el coche en el aeropuerto de Perugia.
Al llegar a la oficina nos dicen sin más explicaciones que nuestra reserva no constaba y que no tenían coches disponibles.
Realizamos la reserva mediante Booking los que si tenían constancia de la reserva.
Para más información nos encontramos que no éramos las únicas con éste problema, sino que habían 5 personas con reservas de coche en la misma situación.
Hablando con éstas personas nos enseñaron sus reservas y todas eran de diferentes agencias (Rentalcars, Check24, etc.) por lo que quedo claro que el problema era de la agencia.
Las personas del mostrador no se hicieron cargo del problema en ningún momento y nos atendieron con un total desprecio.
Desde Booking incluso intentaron hablar con ellos para buscar una solución pero no hubo forma.
La resolución del caso, tuvimos que buscarnos la vida y reservar un vehículo en otra agencia.
Como nos fiamos de la buena valoración de esta agencia a la hora de reservar y no queremos que a nadie creemos importante dar a conocer la forma de actuar de esta empresa. NO RESERVEIS CON ELLOS!

Según me responden estudiarán mi caso ya que les he facilitado mi número de reserva. Espero una resolución a mi caso

The service at the Perugia airport was quick and easy and the lady very helpful.
The car was in excellent condition, no scratches to worry about, and gave us no problems. It was also exceptionally economical on fuel.
The only word of caution that I would give is that it was a gas/petrol hybrid. We had problems finding petrol stations with the correct gas, and on the return trip to the airport it added an extra 30 minutes to our journey. It would have been very useful to have a map of nearby stations for the the return trip, and perhaps a URL of the right kind of gas stations in Umbria and Tuscany.

Personale gentile e disponibile. L'auto prenotata non era disponibile ed è stata sostituita con altra di categoria superiore. Al rientro pratica di restituzione velocissima.

Invoiced a huge amount for fuel when returning the car without saying anything at the time whilst there was the same amount of fuel than when the car was taken. We sent an email to let them know we didn't agree but didn't get any answer, just a withdrawal on our creditcard. Not happy at all.

Prima verhuurkantoor ! We kregen een ruimere wagen dan besteld. Enige minpuntje..de meeste verhuurbedrijven hanteren een vol ophalen/vol inleveren politiek betreffende de brandstof.De onze had drie 'blokjes' en we hebben hem met drie blokjes terug ingebracht, zonder probleem !
Vroeg inleveren is ook geen probleem, gewoon de sleutels in de brievenbus droppen.
