we picked up the car in Rome, a brand new Ford Puma, the car was really good. From Rome we went to Napels and after from Napels we wint to Bari. as well the pickup as the return of the car was a smooth operation. friendly labour. Nothing to complain!

I am writing regarding my recent car rental booking.

Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, which meant that I arrived at the rental desk later than the scheduled pick-up time. The delay was completely outside of my control.

When I arrived, I was informed that my originally booked vehicle was no longer available. In order to collect a car, I was required to accept an upgrade and pay a significant additional amount. I did not request or want this upgrade; it was presented to me as the only option available.

As I had already paid for my original reservation and the late arrival resulted from a flight delay, I would like to request reimbursement of the additional amount I was required to pay for the upgrade.

I prezzi sono convenienti e gli agenti sono molto gentili, in particolare Junior.

Ottima esperienza su Roma Termini. Gentili e veloci all' accettazione, auto in ottimo stato. Servizi di consegna e restituzione dell'auto super ok grazie all'ottimo Junior (efficiente e gentilissimo).

La disponibilità e la cortesia del personale Autovia - sia al Desk di Roma Termini, sia al reparto Consegna/Ritiro delle vetture - Vetture per altro sempre in ottime condizioni, pulite e in ordine. Non sempre il mio rapporto con varie società di autonoleggio è stato positivo e credo sia normale che capiti di avere qualche intoppo nella procedura di noleggio, ma con Autovia ho sempre trovato soluzioni soddisfacenti, con altre spesso i problemi restano irrisolti. - Grazie.

Ho noleggiato una vettura presso la sede di Termini senza effettuare prenotazione on line. È stata la compagnia che mi ha fornito il migliore veicolo alla tariffa più vantaggiosa. Da segnalare la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale addetto al desk, rapido ed efficiente, e della persona (Sig. Junior) addetto al ritiro veicolo. Compagnia da consigliare!

Recensione a 5 stelle meritatissima! Abbiamo noleggiato un’auto da Roma Termini per una vacanza con la famiglia (3 figli, tra cui una bimba di un anno con seggiolino e passeggino al seguito) e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta dall'inizio alla fine, grazie a uno staff che fa davvero la differenza.
Il Check-in (Un salvavita): La ragazza al bancone è stata superlativa. Ha capito al volo la nostra situazione logistica e le nostre esigenze familiari, proponendoci un upgrade straordinario. Una scelta azzeccatissima: un'auto di livello, spaziosa, iper-tecnologica e di una comodità pazzesca. Senza la sua intuizione, la sua empatia e la sua professionalità, il nostro viaggio non sarebbe stato lo stesso!
Il Rientro (Veloce e senza stress): Al momento della consegna, il ragazzo addetto al controllo (Junior) è stato eccezionale. Estremamente bravo, rapido, professionale e super disponibile, ha gestito il controllo e la chiusura della pratica con una gentilezza d'altri tempi e sempre con il sorriso.
In un settore dove spesso si è solo dei "numeri di contratto", trovare un'azienda che punta così tanto sul valore umano e sulla qualità del servizio è una rarità. Cinque stelle sono persino poche. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente a noleggiare da voi!

I want to praise the staff at Rome during the pick up and also in Venice during the return! All people I have met had been exceptionally friendly.

premesso che il mio giudizio potrebbe essere influenzato dall'avere sottoscritto il Piano di protezione Limited New (no franchigia) e quindi al riparo da contestazioni pretestuose, ho trovato tutto di ottimo livello. Automobile praticamente nuova (3.100 km), pulitissima, personale gentilissimo al desk, al ritiro e alla riconsegna (Roma Termini). Se proprio devo trovare un appunto è la politica del carburante. Ritirata la vetura con serbatoio più o meno a metà (4/8 difficilmente dimostrabili) e riconsegnata più o meno a metà. Non tutte le auto hanno un indicatore preciso. Cercherei un sistema più trasparente. Noleggio 7 gg. Consigliatissimo.

Do NOT use this company; they rented me a dangerous car with 105,000kms on the clock, which broke down & still owe me money they promised to refund. We rented a car from Rome Termini on 09.05.26 & drove to Tuscany. It lost power on a steep hill leading to our accommodation; it took 4 attempts to get up the hill & the car was not safe to drive. We had to arrange for a tow truck to take it away the next morning & were told to take a taxi to Florence Airport an hour away to collect a replacement, then they would refund me. The taxi cost 160 euros, I sent them the receipts on 11.05.26. They informed me I needed to send an invoice from the taxi firm. I sent this on 14.05.26. They still failed to refund me. On 18.05.26 they informed me the customer IBAN number needed to be on the invoice; however, as the invoice was electronically generated it cannot be amended. I sent them my IBAN number and gave them the option of refunding the 160 eruos to my bank account or refunding the card on which I made the booking. My last 3 emails to customer care (18.5, 20.5 and 26.5) have all gone unanswered, they are obviously hoping I'll go away. I am disgusted by this company: (1) they rented me a dangerous car, which meant we lost a day of our 3-day holiday (2) they charged me an additional 28 euros for petrol even though the car had to be towed away & I had no chance to re-fill it - any decent business would have waived this (3) they have failed to refund me 160 euros for the taxi, which I had to pay from my own pocket; any decent business would have sent a replacement car at their own expense, or failing that, returned my money immediately.

Terribile, due ore di fila a Roma Termini il 25/05 per poi non avere l’auto: chi prenota deve essere il guidatore e il titolare della carta di credito, non sono concesse variazioni in questa catena di persone. 54 euro di caparra buttati.

The staff were not friendly at all. I arrived a bit early, so they didn't have my car ready yet. I was immediately told that another car was ready, but that I had to pay an extra 180 for it. The appointment was scheduled for 12:30, I arrived at 12:00. The man behind the counter told me that because I wasn't taking another car, I'd be better off coming back at 13:00 or changing car rental companies. They were very unfriendly and aggressive, trying to sell me insurance and an upgrade. After I said no to that, they completely lost interest in helping me further. I book cars often, but I won't be coming back here. 09-05-2026 Rome.
