Auto West London is a Car Dealer Group, wholly owned by Çetas Otomotiv, the largest dealer group in Turkey, and ranking around the Top 50 in Europe. It is family owned, founded in 1976 by the father of our Chairman, who studied at university in London. Our ambition is to grow the business with additional sites, but remain focused on serving customers in and around west London - one of the very few family-owned dealers in that area. Having had a great experience representing Omoda and Jaecoo in Turkey, we are pleased to continue that journey in London.

I had an amazing experience with Kimi
I had an amazing experience with Kimi. I’m extremely satisfied with my car (OMODA 9), and Kimi put in a lot of effort to introduce it to me. She provided excellent customer support throughout the buying process and was very supportive after the purchase. I truly appreciate Kimi; she’s an amazing and hard-working individual. Her customer service is truly outstanding.

I informed my engine light came on 2 week after picking up my car. I reported this on 18th October was told it’s been put through to after sales team to call me. It’s 07 November and no contact made.

Camera not working Jaecoo 7
I have a Jaecoo 7, when I purchased it I was really impressed at the customer service I received , from all staff especially Murtaza
Today 3 months later. my camera stopped working went into Auto West london again all staff so polite & helpful
Bojan the service manager came down , extremely helpful reset the info system camera back working
Big Thank you , 100/% Customer care and satisfaction
