Loved all the information the site gave. I would definitely use it again. My tenant completed her application without any problems. Itâs a little touchy feeling and has a habit of logging you out, but I think that because of the security to keep information safe.

My boss has several properties that I help him maintain and this website made my job so much easier. I am not a realtor and my work for the company is actually AR, AP, HR and office manager so this has been extremely helpful. I had a few issues with setting up the payment but that was not Avail that was me. I had to call and get some needed info to solve the problem and the tech was so helpful and most importantly it wasn't some horrible help desk that you can't understand. The tech was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. This site is amazing and an absolute time saver.

Avail seems like a new product
Avail seems like a new product, and unfortunately, it really shows. The platform is confusing and itâs hard to find or edit important documents like leases. The layout isnât user-friendly at all, which makes managing rental properties frustrating. I also had an issue recently, and getting in touch with customer support was a nightmare â it took forever to reach someone. Although the representative was polite, the overall experience was stressful and inefficient. The system needs major improvements before it can be considered reliable or worth using.
