PeopleCloud is a really useful addition to our practice, it is very straightforward and easy to use for both employer and employee. The HR documents are easy to create, amend and send to employees. The holiday calendar and recording of TOIL are also very easy for everyone to see and use.
Our point of contact Marlena has been very helpful, she always responds to our queries very promptly, has provided lots of useful document templates and makes sure our general running of PeopleCloud is running as efficiently as it should be. We are very happy with the system and the service provided.

I could not recommend the service enough. Avensure people cloud is easy to use for me and everyone in our team! We cannot thanks Marlena enough for her help and support in getting this sorted!

I am so happy with the help and support I have received with the set up, especially from Nikola. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to Nikola. My schedule is very busy and Nikola took the time to make this an easy process for me.

Excellent service from Kirsty in the PeopleCloud team. She explained the system very clearly and made the whole process so easy for us to get it up and running. She also responds to any queries I have had immediately which has been great.

I had a welcome call which made everything very clear. When it came to setting up all I had to do was fill in a spreadsheet and the rest was done for me. I am very please with the service that I have been provided.

We've been with Avensure for 1 year using their HR services. They are always at the end of the phone or email to answer any queries. I often email the wrong person too but they are connected and make the stresses of running a company easier. We've recently just had a personalised refresh/ reminder of how to use the system (All free of charge) which has been great to make sure we are using the services Avensure offer as effectively as possible. There are many names to mention but Elly, Nikola, Helen and Jonathan are great at supporting.

What a great company. Since our first meeting prior to signing up with Avensure, everything has been clearly explained and made very easy for us a business.
Whilst getting to grips with the People Cloud system, Kirsty has been outstanding, helping to initially set us up and then answering any questions we've had along the way with very quick and clear responses. Jasmine who set up our HR documents has also been very helpful. So far our experiences of dealing with Avensure have been great, thank you.

Nikola at Avensure has been nothing but helpful when creating and setting up our dashboard. Any question over email is answered promptly and with helpful advice, videos and screenshots. A fantastic service from start to finish.

I found everyone to be very helpful and took the time to walk me through what I needed to do to complete the tasks at hand, which was needed as not everything was straightforward to work out. Would highly recommend Avensure and the their team.

People cloud, We feel service is very accessible and staff are very helpful. Matters are dealt with efficiently excellent service.
HR staff are quick to respond and all matters are dealt with within an excellent time frame.
Staff members have contacted the medical assistance line and feed back is excellent .

Julia has been incredibly helpful, all ways at the end of the telephone or able to reply to an email very quickly. Onboarding was easy and I can't wait to start using the system!

Kirsty was a great help with a few queries we had with the rota part of the service. Efficient and helped us sort what we needed.

PeopleCloud is very different to the system we previously used for holidays/sickness etc. I've had a few issues with it, when trying to extending periods of sickness where a member of staff has been off long term, but it's still early days and we're slowly getting to grips with it. Kirsty has been invaluable at talking me through getting everything set up and is always super helpful when I email her with a query.

Kirsty is great at providing support - the whole team have been great making my life easier and things clearer for my staff.

As a member of PhysioFirst this has been a great membership benefit and I thoroughly recommend to all.
