Terrible service.
The order turned up with items missing. I notified Avon but only received an automated response that my enquiry/complaint would be passed to the relevant department. I received no other communication and therefore as the weeks passed had no idea if Avon would reimburse my money or replace the goods. I had to write to both Avon and The Direct Selling Association to try and gain some satisfaction. Eventually the missing goods turned up but I never received an e-mail or text from Avon so remained completely in the dark throughout. Terrible service. Wouldnât buy from Avon again. Such a shame after all these years.

After ordering a small bottle of skin so soft, EVRI messaged to say that as it was a bigger than expected item, they would need to organise a bigger vehicle and special courier!!! That was over a week ago and I have messaged Avon everyday since and have not received one reply. Both EVRI and Avon do not have accessible options to speak with a human being. I would not recommend anyone to Avon online or EVRI which they use for delivery- or not, as in the case of hundreds of reviews. Amazon sells Avon and are far more competent so use them

I would give them zero stars if I could. Iâve spent so much money through my agent over the years. First problem Iâve had and Iâve returned the product. My agent wouldnât do it. They received it two weeks ago and Iâm just going round and round in circles with pathetic WhatsApp messages. They keep asking for the same info over and over again. I can categorically say I will never ever order from Avon again. If I havenât had a refund by tomorrow then Iâm going to the DSA. DISGUSTING. Happy to take your money. The agent was just as bad ð¡ð¡
Missing order query
An order placed with Avon on 16th May was shipped on 19th May via Evri. Evri advised me they had my package & would notify me of a delivery date; no date was received & when the order was tracked Evri advised that it was on it's way back to the sender with no explanation as to why. I would have expected an email from Avon advising me of the return but to-date nothing has been received & trying to contact Avon with my query is an absolute nightmare, in my opinion their Customer Service is non-existent.

Avon has lost the plot!!
I placed an order on 26th April (campaign 4) and it was to be delivered to my local Post Office, but I got a notification stating that it was being returned to Avon, with No explanation!! So after several attempts to âspeakâ to Avon they apologised profusely stating that they would send the order out again and I had to wait 5 days for it to arrive only for it to be RETURNED yet again!! As it turns out you cannot have it delivered to the Post Office, and yet Avon didnât say anything about this so WHY would they send it to a place that cannot accept it???
So yet again after sending several txt messages to Avon they finally answered and I had it delivered to my daughterâs house which did happen, BUT after telling me that they had taken âextra careâ to make sure there were âNO ERRORSâ it arrived with âINFLATED PRICESâ and quanties of certain items had not been taken into account (I have the original invoice) to prove that I did order them and that Avon had NOT checked!!! But even worse the prices were severely more expensive up to as much as £6.00p per item!!
How can I expect my customers to pay these inflated extra prices for their products that they ordered from the brochures for campaign 4. So I âtextedâ Avon on Sunday 17th May with all of the queries and copies of the invoices and today is Thursday 21st May and I still havenât had anyone to contact me to sort this out!! This is beyond a joke and several of my customers have now told me that they will NOT be ordering from Avon ever again because of all the problems, so I have also lost loyal customers who have ordered from me for years!!
All of this couldâve been sorted out within 10mins if we could actually speak to someone on the phone, but they have taken that option away which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!

First time ever I've had an issue
First time ever I've had an issue, but because the communication was so appalling, I felt compelled to leave a review. I placed an order via my rep's web page on 30 April. On 2 May, Evri said they had it and for 5 days nothing changed, so I contacted Avon via their Facebook page which was where it all started to go wrong as this is literally the only way to make contact with them. You start with the wonderful (not) autobot who then passes you to an agent after you've spent 5 minutes typing in all the details; the agent eventually responded the next day, so I gave all the details again and then .. nothing. From 7 May to yesterday, nothing, despite me asking them to respond and even after I left a comment on their FB advert and they said to DM. My rep spent three days trying to get a response, to ask them to resend the order and in the meantime Evri updated to say my order was being returned to Avon? It seems their comms team don't understand how to communicate with either their customers or their reps as I saw comments on FB from another rep who was being ignored as well. Yesterday I raised a dispute with Paypal, with all the screenshots of me being ignored and they refunded me within 20 minutes. I don't know what's happened to Avon, but they've lost a loyal customer over this. If anyone from Avon does respond to this review, don't ask me to DM as I tried that for 7 days without a response. What a shame that a long-standing company has become like this.
Worst website and customer service ever
I really like one specific Avon product that I used to get from Superdrug but since they stopped stocking it I've been using the Avon website, or at least trying to.
Absolute WORST website ever. I had a load of issues at the start of the year when I bought a bunch of stuff specifically to make up an amount to get a special offer but then it wouldn't let me access a special offer that was promised and the customer service were useless and did nothing.
Just tried to log in again (ironically to leave a bad review for their eyebrow pencil which is garbage) and couldn't log into their website - wasn't accepting my password and wouldn't email me the link for me to update it. Just had a back and forth for days with a customer 'service' person who kept going on about an account number that was on my invoice (it wasn't) only to then tell me they can't reset customer passwords. I just told them to forget it, I don't have time for this.
It's a shame because I do like (some of) their products but the website and customer service are absolutely useless now, beyond frustrating to deal with.
Evidently everyone else is having the same experience judging from the reviews on here. At least now I've unsubscribed from their marketing so I won't get bombarded daily. I suppose I'll just have to make another new account when I need to stock up on my product again, I wish they sold it somewhere else so I didn't have to deal with them.

Ordered 26th April and apparently passed to Evri on 28th April. Weâre now 7th May and nothing from Evri who still states they have received the parcel but itâs not yet dispatched. Unable to track through Evri as itâs Avonâs responsibility and Avon customer service is non existent- both by phone, WhatsApp and Email. Itâs my first order and naturally hugely disappointed! Waiting for an agent on what's app (2 min wait) ...that was 5 days ago. Want a refund or will initiate a charge back through card company. This is a company who want NO contact with dissastisfied customers.

Terrible customer service. Contacted Avon to ask how to do a return. Followed instructions to the letter. Several months later after lots of chasing, Avon is now unwilling to process the returned products because I didnât keep my order number (my account closed due to inactivity) nor a copy of the returns form I sent to them. Theyâve confirmed receipt of the parcel (and returns form) but wonât refund, or exchange, or provide credit note or return items. They have both the payment for the goods and the goods themselves. Absolutely scandalous unethical behaviour. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Am currently taking consumer legal advice.

Beware of late payment charge of £20
I used to be a rep for Avon but kept my account open for personal use when i stopped selling, i recently put in an order which i received after about a week, i sent something back and paid the rest of what i thought i owed, i didn't realise i had £4.00 postage + £1.25 service charge, because i had not paid those two payments i have been given a £20.00 late payment charge, i have contacted the customer service and have been told i need to pay the £20.00, i am absolutely fuming, after many years of loyal service, i have now closed my account, beware anyone who orders and doesn't pay in time.

When Iâve contacted with Avon on messenger they tried to cover their backs and responded to me to give them one more day. After few days I wrote to them no answer.
It is disgraceful how company like this treating their customers that way.
People need to take on board and stop ordering from them.

I contacted Avon via their WhatsApp customer services. I was told I could return duplicate gifts and was given detailed information for how to do this. Sent the items back. Heard nothing. Chased after 4 weeks. After another : weeks Iâve been contacted to say the WhatsApp information I was given was incorrect and they canât proceed with my return. I donât have the refund and I donât have the items now either. Theyâve basically got money for nothing. Disgraceful customer services. Donât believe the WhatsApp customer services and donât buy from them. Their return guarantee is worthless.
