I haven't receive my parcel!try to claim refund money didn't reply already second day!

Teilweise minderwertige Qualität-teuer
Nach einigen Wochen habe ich große Probleme bekommen(Vitamin C Kapseln, Lippenbalsam, lidschattenstick brach schnell ab), dass Preis-leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, das Parfüm riecht billig. Ständig neue kostenpflichtige Kataloge, überhöhte Versandkosten und ein Mitgliedsbeitrag haben dazu geführt, dass ich die Mitglirdschaft gekündigt habe.

This is a fake company. They are not selling anything that's worth buying. They are abusing your personal information. I complained to their legal/privacy department, and they ignored me when I asked for my account to be shut down. Very shady!

Der Kundenservice ist sehr schlecht. Emails kommen zurück weil die Emailadresse falsch ist. Telefonkontakt gibt es nicht. Man hat nur die Möglichkeit über einen Chat von Mo-Fr von 10 Uhr bis 17 Uhr zu kommunizieren.
Retouren bekommt man nur als Gutschrift auf die nächste Bestellung und somit wird man gezwungen ein weiteres Mal zu bestellen. In meinen Augen auch nicht gerade seriös.
Die Produkte sind super.

Würde es minus geben, würde ich minus 10 geben.

Ich werde wegen einer Rücksendung und Rückzahlung seid Wochen veräppelt, von einem zum anderen geschickt.

Trotz das ich die Ware im Wert von 80euro nachweislich zurück gesendet habe und alles schön original verschlossen blieb,warte ich seit 2monate auf mein gekd!!! Bekomme einfach kein antworten! Diese Firma iat unseriös und macht es den Mut den sehr schwer Produkte zurück zu senden besonders bis das Geld zurüxk gebucht wird! Die wollen es liebe raus Guthaben belassen um damit wieder einkaufen zu müssen,dabei habe ich ausdrücklich mehrfach geschrieben das ich es auf meiner Bank zurück will. Ich werde meine rechtcshutz nun einschalten und der verbraucerzwntrale melden!

I hate MLM things, but this is exactly what these people are.
A friend is a rep and although she jumps from company to company, she always gets conned into coming back here. Expensive rubbish

My wife has switched over to Oriflame following the demise of Bodyshop@home. So far so good. Products are a good quality, she is very happy with the quality on her skin as are a number of her female friends. The mens products I've tested have been good and the couple of aftershaves have a good long lasting smell. The shave cream is good and doesn't leave me with razor burn which I often get with some other creams no matter what blades I use.

As to the business side of things again this has worked well for her with only one or two little issues when first using that were more her than the system. The incentives seem good and achievable far more so than they were at Bodyshop yes she won't be getting top awards but she isn't expecting to as is a part-time business not a ten hours a day sort of thing for her.

Oriflame is a brand that i was introduced to in my childhood. Every month my mom used to get the catalog and gather with friends and family to discuss and review products and make an order, years go buy and i move to more luxury brands as i grow but my mom until today still uses Oriflame products which made me curious to go back and try them again, and i was shocked on how good their products still are, how big the range is and how fun the catalog still!

Signed up with Otiflame 4 weeks ago after the collapse of bodyshop at home. Oh my it is flying out. Fast deliveries great products with price points for all.
Had so many freebies as well. Love the ethics of the company, customer service is fantastic.

Products are amazing, really liked speaking with the brand partners and she made excellent recommendations for my type of skin

Er det bare mig der ikke forstår det, eller har Oriflame på ingen måde svaret på nogle af alle de kritik punkter de har fået?
Jeg kan overhovedet ikke komme ind og handle så tænker firmaet er ved at lukke?

I signed up in the UK yesterday, paid £20 for the remote sign up, and I just tried to log in, and it says on the Oriflame UK website the login is disabled! You what?!

Is this a scam? Looks like it to me!

Oriflame के प्रॉडक्ट तो अच्छे हे पर जो मॅनेजर मेरी मुझे फ्रौड बना गई...नोवेज का किट मुझे मेरे क्लेंट को साजेस किया ओर उसको इच्छिन्ग होने लगी तो उन्होने बोला की थोडे दिन होगा वेसे तो मेने 1 महिने के अंदर उनको कहा था की रिझल्ट नाही आ राहा...तो उन्होने अपने पर्सनल प्रॉब्लेम बता के इग्नोर करते रहे 5 6 महिने होगये तो भी कोई रिस्पॉन्स भी नाही मेसेज काय भी रिप्लाय नाही कॉल तो कभी भी उठाया नाही अब 1 साल होगया तो भी मेरी मॅनेजर ने क्लेम नाही किया ओर मुझे बताया भी नाही की 1 महिने के अंदर कंपनी को क्लेम कर सकते है .अब 1 साल बाद बोल रहे है की आपका क्लेम नाही गया और कंपनी रिफंड नाही करे गी... अब यहा मेरे मॅनेजर की गल्तीसे मेरे पैसे भी नाही दिये... मेरी मॅनेजर को कमिशन के पैसे नही मिल रहे हे तो वो हमे फ्रॉड बना राही है प्लिज हमारे पैसे हमे वापस करे प्लिज.....कंपनी को में यही निवेदन करती हू की प्लिज मुझे मेरे प्रोडक्ट का भुकतान मुझे दिजीये प्लिज..

Vissa människor inte vill bidra till djurplågeri men gör det ändå eftersom oriflame ljuger att de är cruelty free. De är inte ens nära cruelty free då de testar sina ingredienser på de stackars djur i andra länder. Sådana företag som ljuger är värst av alla, fy.

So far so good oriflame has the been the most futile and useful product have ever seen.. the fact that my household uses oriflame is a huge bonus to us and we will still continue to use the product… the body cream are quite good and it keeps the skin smooth and beautiful with some other products I give oriflame 5 full stars for there products and will continue to recommend it to everyone around me

The products are incredible for the price you pay! Especially when they are on offer. There is a new catalogue every 3 weeks with new offers. A digital version too. The website does go down on a Tuesday night between 6pm and midnight the night before the new catalogue starts. Their customer service is great, all emails are replied to although it may take 24 hours, and if you phone they sort it out on the spot. Oriflame rank 8th out of 14 of being a high cost brand with the likes of Loreal and Mac in a higher place.
