Bad bad bad customer service.
Your customer service, response to customer inquiries so bad. Reply to customer emails for genuine issue after 3-5 days.
Calling on phone, it keeps you on hold for tens of minutes and suggest to contact on email.

I order this and is been giving me a fake tracking number yes FAKE I order a phone and is been over 8 days no info has been updated in the tracking number I requested for cancel the order and give me my money back but they refuse and say to me that the product is with the driver it’s a lie there’s no product there’s no driver there’s nothing, this supports take forever for answer your emails and no body answer the phones so people who care about there money stay away from this scammers they stole me and they gonna stole you too so please be away from them .

Feel cheated when giving credit card…
Feel cheated when giving credit card details just deducting 1 Dhs each time...Card not being still registered and unable to place the order.
Never register card in the account.With a wrong press...without any second questions..card gets charged.
Thinking minimum order is Dhs 250 for FREE Delivery,i placed order.Got charged a huge amount as delivery charge.On calling Awok office in Dubai i get the surprise reply..1.Awok policies get changed.2.It may have International items.
How am I supposed to know which is International or not?????
On the whole...very disappointed

For products in our Dubai warehouse, the expected delivery date would be much shorter, and if the products are in China warehouses, that would take a long timer to ship to you. Terrible customer service....
I purchased a laptop which was supposed to have Windows8 pre-installed at the end of Nov. I tried to use the laptop 2 weeks later.
But it shows that the Windows installation was NOT completed.
I tried to explain this to Customer Centre, but they will NOT assist
as I did not contact them within 3 days of purchase.
If the product I purchased is not as advertised (a working OS),
then this is FRAUD !!!.

worst online website ever plus customer support fake promises
Well, its not only me who complaining now, check below others review to know your service and cheater customer support fake promises.
i bought 2 M5 smart bluetooth sports bracelets,
and i paid online too, Order#845-791-60A1
Date 13/NOV/2019 when i received the fake order on the spot i called to customer care and explained very nice and gently that those are not the same what i was expect and not what i have paid for, as well i explained on phone that whats the reason that i want them to be return,
however the customer agent listed nicely, and promised me that delivery guy gonna pick them up and you will received your refund after 2 to 3 working days,the items has been return to them as she promised, yet i have not received my refund nor reply even not a single call that they follow up with that fraud order,
lately today i was checking my phone that i saw awok.com app and when i open to see what has been happened with my complain, i found out and been surprised that they closed my complained and thats all, i called them again and says that the support team is not available and call hanged up, i have emailed them yet no reply come back.
if you guys fraud people for few AED add AWOK.FAKE.COM that people will clearly understand that your guys are fake, and we will not follow up for the money that we lost at least dont spend our time.
i will make sure you on social media, what will happened when you fraud others.

biggest fraud and cheater company, never buy any product from awok they have zero transparency for consumer support. they never provides contact numbers. their return and refund policy is pathetic.
they send me wrong product and when i complaint they send me coupon with only 7 days validity which is ridiculous means first they send wrong product then they send you coupons and force you buy again from then within 7 days and pay delivery and other processing charges again for their mistakes, disgusting and shameless. and if you refuse to accept coupon then they said we can't do anything. its our policy. their policies favors only them.
why we accept wrong products or limited period coupon against wrong products while we paid money for original products? take back your product and refund full amount

One of the biggest fraud company in UAE. I had a very bad experience with them.
I had done a order of 8 items which they delivered 6 items and I asked the delivery guys,He said call customer care they will sort out. I keep followup with them and finally they said coupon is issued you can use online( still need to pay extra delivery charge, earlier was free due to multiple items). After one month chasing, thru the phone they said money will be refunded. But finally i got mail saying , they have issued coupon and now its more than 1 month. So that coupon is not valid .Eventually , I lost my money and my precious time running behind and they washed off their hand. So please no one should fall in their scam.

I could give them something less than 1 star. Not only for buyers, they are also not responding for sellers. I tried to open a seller account to sell my products in awok site. It's been 3 months, no response from the support team. Very very very very worst support team I have come across. I have been sending mails to follow up regularly for no use. They don't even have a proper contact number or contact address. If anyone of you have any of their contact number, please do let me know.
