Alhamdulillah ! Cette première leçon est une très bonne et belle expérience qui me rappelle avec des mots simples mais plein de sens que je peux revenir, qu'Allah me réparera car je me suis brisée à cause de moi même. Très bonne introduction à la psychologie du stress des regrets et culpabilité qui font couler le cortisol plutôt que de prendre la solution pour retrouver la paix. Le couvercle hermétique qui empêche la Lumière de rentrer, retourner vers Allah avec la prière spéciale 2 rakat et l'invocation à dire pendant le dernier soujoud, qui va me permettre de me confier et demander à Allah la guérison va lever le couvercle, ainsi mon cœur aura à nouveau accès à La Lumière Pure et Rayonnante de Rabbana et quel Bienfait Immense que de recevoir La Lumière d'Allah. Tout cela m'a été expliqué, illustré avec des exemples formidables tels nabbiyina Mohamed sala Allah aleyhi wa Salem, des récits (avec le médecin des cœurs) et beaucoup de douceur. Je recommande de tout mon cœur cette aide à toutes les âmes tristes, Allah est toujours là pour accueillir notre repentir, et tout ce qu'on a sur le cœur.
Barak Allah oufikoum toute l'équipe qui a construit cette application extraordinaire, ma shâ Allah ! Amin 🤲🏼 fi amanAllah 🤲🏼💜
