The wall sticker unfortunately didn’t stick to the wall at all despite following the instructions.

I exchanged several messages with the company about this, but the responses I received from Liz were dismissive and not helpful when I asked about a return or refund. The request was refused, which was very frustrating.

Overall a disappointing product and customer service experience.

Looks great, a little tricky to apply seamlessly but super helpful ‘how-to’ on the website and very good quality.

My daughter loves drawing her "menu of the day" and putting magnetic food icons on it. It's turned everyday play into something much more interactive and meaningful.

This item is a game changer especially for the messy baby lead weaning families. Wipes clean easily, instead of having to throw an entire high chair cotton in the washer daily

Very happy with our purchase, I’m really surprised by the reviews here, however I ordered all the bits for the IKEA high chair ANTILOP, and it’s matching my dining table as well. The delivery was quick and so far so good (had it since May this year). Thank you!

Same as previous reviews! Please stay clear from this company!! The cost of the magnet wall sticker is very expensive and it doesn’t work!!! It’s a scam!

I followed all the instructions for applying this magnetic chalk sticker, but it continually peeled off the wall. My wall is painted with standard emulsion and every other adhesive product sticks without any issues.

Customer service insisted the problem was my paint and then suggested I buy MDF, cut it to size myself, and use it as a backboard — which is completely unreasonable for a product advertised as peel-and-stick.

Overall, the product is not fit for purpose and the support offered was unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Received magnetic wall arch. Followed guidelines on website- our wall met the criteria stated on their website. Product didn't stick to wall and Liz (the owner) was extremely rude snd dismissed us when seeking a refund or replacement. Appalling service and disappointed in her attitude. Avoid and aoend your money elsewhere.

I purchased the magnetic blackboard wall decal and followed the instructions for sticking it to the wall however after a couple of days it started peeling off the wall. Aze baby where very unhelpful and blamed the paint I have (despite it not being specifically wipe-clean paint) and suggested I keep pressing it back up. I did this however I was away for 4 days and it completely fell off and stuck to itself, ruining the decal. It also tore off the paint on my wall. Don't waste your money!

The striped cushion cover started to rub off on my little one’s skin and wear after just a few months. The cushion has now popped and deflated on one arm. For the price they’ve not lasted even a year. Just terrible cheap materials not made to last.

Poor quality products!! I'd especially avoid the blown up cushion as it'll only last a few months (with light usage). The customer service here is appalling too, I can't see them lasting long as a small business with the attitude and service they provide.

Comes off the wall after a week! After putting the patch test on the wall and it sticks for 48 hours, I put the main one on, it came off the wall after a week and the customer service is an absolute joke, has an excuse for every type of paint under the sun :))) £100 down the drain , avoid !

I bought a few things from here, a cushion, a silicone mat and leg wraps. The leg wraps were not cut exactly, one was too long and the other too short which was disappointing as the other two were fine. This made it harder to apply to the high chair so I have a little grey gap and also a little overlap on the other leg.

The silicone mat does not stay attached to the tray because of the way it was folded when ordered. Despite having it for around 6 weeks laid flat it has not settled. Overall it looks good but practically the mat is not ideal and on closer inspection you can see the flaws.
