My experience with this company has been a nightmare their returns policy is disgusting they offer partial refunds but nothing happens only further correspondence on a matter that is supposedly already agreed. Would not recommend you do any business with them.

The only reason I put 1 star to this review is because there is no 0 star option. To summarise everything:
- Instead of the 5-7 days delivery promised on the website, I had to wait for 22 days before having it delivered, and spent most of this time without any news of the delivery's progress.
- The quality is of course of an unthinkably low standard as the "high quality fabric" they claim to use happens to be 100% polyester, with an appearance which, of course, does not match with the one on the picture.
- Lastly, I am currently in the process of trying to get the refund I already asked for before getting it delivered as the order was taking far too long and I didn't even know where in the world it could be.

All in all, do. not. buy. ANYTHING. from, them. Ever.

Son estafadores, por favor no compres aquí son productos de muy muy mala calidad y no te hacen la devolución. Voy a mirar cómo denunciarlos.

Mi experiencia es malísima. Llevo una semana escribiéndoles para devolver un vestido, que ha venido sin etiquetas por cierto, y no tengo respuesta. Voy a denunciarles, primero porque no especifican hasta que no te metes hacer la devolución. De que no devuelven el importe total, se quedan un 25% y segundo no contestar y facilitar información de cómo tengo que hacer la devolución es una vergüenza. Sin duda la peor experiencia que he tenido.

Ordered 2 blouses over a month ago. They were not good quality and I emailed as it told me to do in the returns policy. They contacted me a week after to say they were dealing with it but nothing since. Apparently they have a 30 day money back guarantee but it seems it is not worth the paper it is written in. Still no refund. They owe me 44 pounds. Crooks!

Its been 2 weeks i payed 40 pound for a jacket for my husband birthday but the order has not come i tried the phone but it fake number i email them they did not reply

The delivery took ages to arrive.
The item was nothing like in the advertised picture.
I emailed straight away with no reply. Second email got answered and they wanted me to take pictures of item.
That was ten days ago and no reply at all for my other emails after that.
This is a scam company.
The address is Netherlands, their telephone number is UK which isn't working. No customer service.
The item is the cheapest material , size is way too small.
They don't deserve even one star.

Update on this(26/5/2026)
I got reply suggesting 10% refund without returning the item. When I refused they offer 20% refund. On refusal again they offer 30% refund.
I refused again and still waiting to return it after a month .Who'd want to keep this awful product?
What kind of return policy has this company?

No les pongo un cero porque no se puede.
Pedí unas botas tardaron en venir una barbaridad, y no me informaban de nada .
Todavía estoy esperando a que me respondan a donde devolverlas y que me devuelvan el dinero .
Es para denunciarles porque además lo que te envían ni se parece a las fotos que ponen y es de una calidad ínfima por lo que te cobran.

A scam: The company never delivered the item I ordered and I did not get a refund.

They stopped answering my e-mails after having promised they were doing their best to expedite delivery.

The phone number on their website is not allocated, they seem to be a scam or a deceitful entity falsely stating their HQ is in The Netherlands.

The item I ordered has never been delivered - although I paid by credit card. As the amount was less than £100 I don't think I will get my money back. I would 100% warn everyone from buying anything from this company. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone. E mails are replied to by a standard robot - they are meaningless.

Its hard to even give them 1 star, absolutely dreadful. run from this web site. Quality and service both terrible. its like asking for a favour to return an item, they just wont tell you the returns procedure and charge a 25% restocking fee.

I ordered a cardigan for 45€. Name of garment - Elisa. It looks like and is advertised as a knitted cardigan on the website. It anrrived a month after order - and it’s a tee shirt material. Looks nothing like the one advertised. Garment has absolutely no labels on it. It looks cheap and awful. Don’t buy from them

Non-existent returns process. Item arrived and looked different to the photo on the website. The material was more synthetic-looking and shinier. Got in touch to organise a return, and exchanged 13 emails in which they only offered a partial refund with no return. This was because the return address is international. UK consumer rights meant that I should have been able to return the item for a full refund at their cost - I did a chargeback on my card as it was clear that I wasn't going to be able to return the item for a refund.

Quality that of Temu cardigans (though are & sold as a premium item)
I've got a couple of cardigans from Temu costing a fraction of the £54 I paid to "Azzoria" Cheap polyester wool cheap looking & extremely see through not thick Quality wool that you'd want after paying the £54 for !!! I will wear it however if you want cheaper cardigans buy from Temu as these are definitely Temu cardigans not a Quality wool whatsoever !! The website is Bullshit & very misleading!! Proceed with caution ⚠️ !!!!! I recommend buying for a third of the price off Temu because that's where these come from 100% or somewhere similar .......so here we are !! No lying

In our opinion Azzoria is a fraudulent business. No means of contacting them after the goods were delivered. Therefore returns are impossible. The sizings were completely wrong, even when we ordered two different sizes so usual sizes cannot be relied on. This pretends not to be a UK business as the legal entity is in the Netherlands. None of the contact numbers or emails produce any response. Our £175 experience with Azzoria was a complete failure. And a very expensive one. I can only assume their total lack of service is a deliberate part of their business plan. I believe them to be a sham. Avoid. I intend to bring them to the attention of the CMA and Action Fraud.

Very poor quality, sizing completely wrong. WARNING 25% restocking fee on returns. I waited 2 weeks for delivery, they have a policy which only allows 30 days and only if they accept your reason for return.

Got the shoes and they are great.
Is just the fact that I did not get any email confirmation with package tracking ID etc. And I thought I got scammed. Not to mention when I got in touch they ask me order nr etc and I had nothing.

Terrible clothes. Spent 50 for a cardigan that should be less that 5. Customer service is non existent. Took almost two weeks to arive. Scam. Avoid.
