Jeg købte to skjorter,problemet er at de er alt for små i størelserne.Det minder om noget der er produkseret til børn, og jeg havde bestilt large størelse 40,de er totalt ubrugelige,jeg kommer aldrig til at handle hos dem igen.

This merchant is unscrupulous and deceives his customers in practically everything. He misleads not only about the quality and origin of the goods, but also about delivery times and return conditions. I would'nt rate to buy nothing from walther-mode.com. Never.

It's now been nearly a month now and still they are offering me a 30 - 40% discount on next purchase and keeping the items which i purchased and are too big. I just want a full refund. HELP ME grrrr

mi è arrivato un prodotto completamente diverso e dopo la mia segnalazione l'assistenza clienti insisteva dicendo che le fotografie erano puramente indicative quindi dovevo tenermi il prodotto arrivato.
hoi allora chiesto un reso ma ad oggi ancora non mi hanno dato l'ok per un reso.

This site is a scam. DO NOT buy here. They even claim orders are processed when they haven't.

Shipping policy does not align with the actual time of delivery. I received the wrong item when I asked that the correct item be sent or a full refund. I was emailed that they were only able to give me a 30% refund, opposed to sending the item that I purchased and paid for. Delivery time was almost 20 days and it was sent from California an address that belongs to an electronic company, not a clothing company. The product was made of cheap material not flattering at all also it arrived with no tags and appeared to have been worn. I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Avoid. They don’t honour consumer rights as they refuse to allow refunds on items purchased online. They should be reported and banned from selling in the UK

Don't buy from them! It's a loss of money and a lot of mokery on your trust! They buy from China, maybe Temu or Shein and resell, looking good on site. You'll never get the money back, but you may write to SOL UE and to your bank for refunding. And post here, so that everybody can pay attention!

I bought a dress from this brand and, like many others, I feel completely misled. I have been trying to return the item since the day I received it, and it has been virtually impossible. Their customer service responds very slowly and keeps offering discounts on future purchases instead of properly handling the return in accordance with their own policies.

I am considering taking legal action to protect my consumer rights. If you can avoid buying from this company, I would recommend doing so. Based on my experience, the service and return process have been extremely disappointing.

J'ai fais un achat le 01/5 avec délai de livraison annoncé entre le 10 et le 15/05. Nous sommes le 20/05 et d'après le statut de ma commande, mon achat n'a pas encore été expédié.
Cette société ne répond pas au mail et on ne peut les joindre par téléphone.

This 'business' should not be allowed to continue selling below par quality clothing. It makes Shein look like Prada!

I would strongly advise against using this company. I purchased a jacket and they sent me a very poor quality inferior one. Numerous exchanges with them via email resulted in escalating discounts for me to keep the item - last one was 40%.

They have stopped communicating with me now and I have resulted in notifying my credit card provider.

Do not use them, they are a disgrace

Incredible ! Very very unfair company. Stay far from them.
