Bababoom Ltd レビュー

The team are so friendly and helpful. Passing on honest and very useful advise.
We went in a few times before our purchases and the Bababoom team were always very patient and went beyond to make sure we were happy in our decisions.
I fully recommend them.

Becky was great in telling us what we need for our baby. The shop is great, has everything you could need for a new born and more. Would highly recommend this company! Thank you so much!

Friendly helpful staff selling amazing items for all your baby’s needs

We had such a fantastic experience at Bababoom Boutique! The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about their products. We felt like we were in good hands from start to finish.

There was a great selection of prams on display, all ready to be tested and demonstrated. After a thorough and super informative session with Megan—who explained everything so clearly (and made us laugh along the way!)—we decided to go for the Joolz Hub 2.

The whole experience was smooth, fun, and reassuring. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you so much, Bababoom team! 😊✨

Would highly recommend to any new parents!

Great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good variety of baby equipment and clothes in store. Highly recommend

Megan and Becky were so lovely and helpful to me and my wife - great experience and guided us through the products with so much knowledge.

Excellent service and communication it was listed as 1-8 week wait which I was happy to wait for but arrived a few days after ordering

I am a mum-to-be with my first baby and needed a support to choose the perfect baby buggy and car seat. The team in the shop were amazing with their excellent service and helped me to find what I was looking for.

If I could give zero stars I would! Order some gloves for the egg pram on 19th dec 24 didn’t have any email contacted the company they said it was actually a pre order and would be 1-4 weeks. Fine I’ll wait. Now seven weeks later and no gloves. Money removed from account but no item and now ignoring all emails asking for an update or refund! Con artists BEWARE OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!

Great service! Great team, friendly & extremely knowledgeable. Gave us some useful tips & advice. Just waiting for baby to get here now.

Looking for a Cybex footmuff to match the pram. Internet search brought up many options but Bababoom had the exact item at an unbeatable price.
I confirmed this was a legitimate site and from the a smooth, convenient transaction ensued.
I recommend Bababoom

Megan went above and beyond to help me find a suitable car seat for my daughter. I can’t thank her and the staff enough for helping me out!

So friendly and knowledgeable, bought our pram here after a one-to-one appointment. Would definitely recommend to others.

Was recommended to use Bababoom for a new car seat for my granddaughter. The young lady who helped me (sorry I didn’t get your name) was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The car seat arrived on time, as promised! Great customer service and a good all round experience which nowadays is a rarity. Would highly recommend.

They never send me my order and i want to be refunded

Feel quite cheated tbh. Ordered some PJs online, paid £30 plus £5 packaging. When they arrived they have a 50% sale tag showing they were on sale for £15.

Contacted the company to resolve and was told they don't know why there's a sale tag on it.
Obviously company is selling Sales products online at higher prices.

If they'd been smart, they could've apologised, explained and offered me store credit - likely I'd have spent more.

Instead, they say they don't know why there's a sale tag on the pj's when it's obvious they're selling at a higher price online.

Do I trust the company as a result? No.

I was pleased with the prompt response to my order and the delivery time.

Staff always very helpful

Staff very friendly and informative and very helpful.

Helpful and honest advice wrapped with brilliant customer service. Amazing to have a shop like this on our door step with lovely products and helpful knowledge on all things baby. Gorgeous products.
