It was a great experience, well done.

Great customer service, not pushy, fantastic knowledge of all the pushchairs to help us make an informed decision! Thank you

Came upon this company by chance, but so glad we did!! Megan and Isabella are fantastic, honest and quite frankly hilarious! They have great knowledge of all the lines they carry and are more than happy to answer all your hundreds of questions. We went in looking for one type of pram, and ended up buying something completely different, but totally right for us! Thank you

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help with getting our car seat right. We so appreciated all the advice you gave us when we visited the store and then you kindly looked at our videos and sent me a super helpful voicemail. We’ve loved every purchase and the customer service we’ve got from Bababoom!

Amazing experience, the girls were amazing so professional and knowledgeable I can’t wait to go back their again xx

Helpful friendly and easy to speak to staff

Came in here today to buy a few little bits and ended up buying most of the essentials that we needed. Megan who helped us had all the time in the world to explain to us the ins and outs of safety about everything, she was so helpful and knowledgeable, thankyou! Will definitely be back soon Xxx

Without a doubt, this shop stands out as one of the best I’ve ever entered. The customer service skills of the staff were impeccable. Despite encountering some difficulty in finding what I was after, the employees were unfailingly helpful and attentive. I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by this shop; the quality of their products is truly remarkable, and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the products I’ve purchased. Don’t miss out on this gem!

Always such friendly and helpful service! No pressure to buy if you’re just browsing and enquiring.

Amazingly helpful, definitely recommend. Isabella was so helpful xxx

Great service! Great product knowledge! So kind too!

I cannot rate Bababoom highly enough! As first time parents when we first visited we weren’t exactly sure what we needed but Megan spent loads of time talking us through everything without trying to oversell to us. You get a level of customer service here that you wouldn’t get in big retail shops. When we collected the stuff today, which was a large order it was all there waiting for us and she even helped us pack the car! Thank you so much to Megan and the bababoom team for helping us get baby ready with stuff that is the right fit for us 😀
