No problems with customer service.
I had to contact them because I neglected to put in a discount code I had when I ordered.
They gave me the discount right away.
No problems with jewelry quality.
Only negative is that it takes quite a while to get the jewelry, which is understandable as it's handmade.

Initially I had a few issues with Baby Gold however customer service was able to rectify my issues. There was a lot of back and forth but they went above and beyond. Thank you Georgia.

I had a very good experinece with the company> I bought four matching items, ring, earrings, bracelet and necklace. Very happy, At some point i had to make a repair, which i was curious how it would go. I was very impressed. The service has always been superb, because, my emails get addressed in a timely manner, and that is important to me and most people. Congratulations to all who make this company work and provide. quality items, Quality Service.

BG jewellery is very beautiful and well-crafted, with a lovely design. However, I am disappointed that the pieces lose their shape easily and bend too quickly. This may be due to the alloy or because they are made too thin. If this aspect were improved, I would happily continue to be a loyal customer.

I purchased a necklace early in March. When I received it two weeks later, I saw that the exact same necklace was now available on the website for about $100 less. This was NOT a sale price -- the actual non-sale price was reduced.
When I contacted the company to ask for a refund of the difference, I was told they could not because of fluctuations in gold prices. Yes, but if the price went down, why did they still charge me the higher price? What poor customer service.

They don’t offer refund. Only gift card to use again to buy their products

Waited 8 weeks before reaching out to them because I saw other people online saying similar things. After I alerted them, they got back to me and said the earrings wouldn't ship for another 5 weeks, citing a "slight delay in production." Though, I was offered a full refund. Would not recommend.

I absolutely love my little heart shaped diamond necklace. Sadden by all these negative reviews as the customer service was the best part.. they are very fast in response and professional. They even repaired my necklace free of charge.

I’m shocked to see all of the awful reviews for BABY GOLD. I have been buying their diamond initial necklaces for years. I recently had one break and the warranty/repair was quick and efficient, with zero issues. Their customer service was very helpful and answered all of my emails promptly.

Products are nice but super tiny and delicate. Photos are hard to judge.

I ordered two "dainty" pearl children's bracelets and my one niece isn't old enough to wear hers but the 5 year old wore it a handful of times before it broke. I contacted baby gold and they offered to repair it for $20 for shipping and handling. They did a great job repairing it. I will not have the same opportunity with the other bracelet (should it break) because the window of time for repairs is already over. I think that I should've thought twice before purchasing "dainty" children's jewelry and will do so going forward BUT that being said - they were great to work with in regards to the repair.

This is the WORST place to buy jewelry. I bought two bracelets from them. Both the clasps broke resulting in losing one and finding the other on the floor. Took the one to my jeweler and he said this was a very cheap piece that was destined to break and fall off. Only had the bracelets for a month. They basically said ok well. I will never buy another thing from this company.

Rose quartz pendant had black marks and the bail was visible crooked. Took photos and contacted company. Company admitted the quality wasn’t up to standard. I was told I could only receive credit. The item took over a month to arrive, during which time promises were made which they did not follow through with. I insisted on a refund. They refunded minus $15. Do not order from this company.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a necklace for my wife for christmas and they told me it would be delayed. I canceled the order 2 days later and they refused the cancellation. Now, 3 months later, they’re trying to deliver this non-custom order despite my cancellation and they still won’t refund my money.

Seriously poor customer service. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere

My experience with Babygold has been very positive. Placing the online order was easy. I could not find my first order discount code, so I emailed the help center after-hours that too on a Sunday night, expecting to get a reply in the morning. However, to my amazement I received a reply right away. I was able to get the discount and receive my order in a timely manner. I would definitely buy again from Babygold.

I would give it zero stars if possible.

The order page and confirmation both say earringS (plural) and yet I received one for the cost that two would have me paying locally. Small item, no weight (hollow?) and a single earring.

False advertising as the S at the end of earringS indicates two.

No return policy for refund. They stick you with a "gift receipt" (sic) to buy more of their small, light, not worth the money items.

Their shipping also takes forever. STEER CLEAR. I plan to make it a quest to hop on everything I can to warn people.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not order from this company. I spent 1300$ on 4 rings and they have all fallen apart. Their customer service is awful. I paid to have them repaired once and they broke again. They will not make the repairs or replace.
