What made it great was working with Vladimir Lombardo he took the time to understand what my issues was. He was patient walked me through it. He was easy to understand just an overall Pro when it comes to dealing with these kind of issues and working with people, I will always ask for him moving forward. The customer support has been fantastic. Had a couple of issues setting up a few things on my end. Support contacted me and walked me through the process... they offered to take care of it first, but I wanted to learn how to avoid the mistakes I made for the future.
