Derrick Winston was one of the most patient, kind and informative individual that I have worked with in a long time. From our conversation last week, he actually called me this week to make sure that the issue he assisted me with had worked and that everything was in working order. I was blown away with his customer service, care and the fact that he wanted to make sure all was going good! Kudos to Derrick, you should teach classes on how to do it right!!!

I submitted a request for tech support, and the problems were solved within hours.

I reached out to Back at you when I realized one of my social media platforms was not connected. We scheduled an appt promptly and Joseph Lilly was right on time and resolved the issue in a jiffy! And the postings scheduled instantly....I love the value I get from Back at You - they leverage my social media and I highly recommend them.

Allison was amazing, a Virgo just like me! ;) She was amazing. She was so patient with how clueless I was in the first half of the call just trying to set up our remote session. We weren't able to connect the page I wanted since it was tied to an old account I no longer have access to so I had to start all over with the page I created with my brokerage. I was dreading having to start fresh but luckily she was able to walk me through inviting people to follow my new page and provide me a better understanding of the system. In the end, now that everything is in motion I'm glad my initial request didn't work out !!

Cassie did an excellent job. She listened carefully and took immediate action, and followed up after she came back from her vacation. Great job Cassie!

After days of trying to reach out to Back At You Support for assistance, I was finally able to get a response from Ally. She was very considerate of my schedule and sent me a link in order to book a time with her, which I found very efficient. Today, she called me right on the time and immediately greeted me with a warm, friendly attitude which I have not experienced from customer service (in general) in quite some time. She connected to my computer, explained everything in full detail and made it all clear to me, despite it being such a complicated situation. I had a professional account, not a business page - which I wasn't aware of. She took her time with me and waited while I created a new page, joked around with me and even helped me with a few other things like a removing a link from my previous brokerage and helping me convert my Instagram to a Business Account in order to get that connected as well. The service she provided was exceptional and I couldn't have been anymore grateful that she was actually my first interaction with Back At You's support team. Thank you, Ally! Your efforts and service should always be recognized. I am very eager to start using the service and seeing how my social media grow.

Derrick was a tremendous help with my postings and was able to get my listing open house posted amongst other helpful things!

I was excited to try the new beta for contacts in Back-AT-YOU. It's amazing how everything is so well-organized and easy to use.
