Back At You レビュー

The one on one tutorial was just what I needed to move forward with this wonderful software to become even more productive. I would highly recommend this company as they are sincere in their efforts to help you succeed.

Simply put, Michael Caden rocks! Aside from being a very nice human, he is super knowledgeable about all things Back At You. I had a tech problem and, instead of referring me to boilerplate instructions, he took the time to look at my issue and, sure enough, there was some wonky stuff with it that he easily fixed. If he had not spent the time to look at the problem, I would have gone round and round and round without solving the problem. Thank you Michael! You are Omnia's new FAVORITE!

Micheal was absolutely amazing! He took time and patience helping me with everything and even offered more!!
Thank you Thank You
Teri Marshall

Derrick was very knowledgeable about the issues and was able to help me quickly.

Derrick was extremely helpful. He listened to what I wanted to do with regards to my marketing campaign and gave me some great feedback. He even went a step above and walked me through the process to ensure that I could maximize the benefit.

I just signed up and their customer service is awesome
I've chatted with 3 different customer service people and all took time with me. Michael was excellent as well as the others.

After a week of using Back At You, I needed support for the very first time. I needed assistance with an Instagram account. Yesterday, I utilized their chat support and got Allison on the other end. She was eager to schedule some time with today in order to assist. She called me on the dot and immediately began driving. She assisted me with a pleasant attitude, as well as some humor which was refreshing in the world of customer service. She helped me create my Instagram account, assisted with a few other things I simply couldn't do myself. I am now connected and am looking forward to using the service even more now that I know there are people like her for Back At You support team. Thanks Alli!

Amazing service, knowledge and execution! I shopped around for a social media marketing company for quite a while and finally decided to go with BackAtYou, and am so happy that I did! Great product, service, and value!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I was very happy about the assistance I received today. I was trying to reach out earlier today to get some assistance..and received no answer in regards to my listing problem. Just when I thought I wasn’t going to get anywhere and not be able to market my listing, Ally from the support department provided some amazing service. Not only did she call me, she informed me that she connected my new listing and deleted the one I made manually and she sent me a confirmation email with incredible detail on the ticket number 256136. All I asked what to connect my listing and she did so much more. I was able to run my advertisement. Thank you Ally and Back At You! You have great employees.

Today I received support from Michael Caden at Back At You and and also Derrick Winston Jr. I had a wonderful experience to help me get my business page back up and running on social media. They did a remote session with me and corrected the issue and they were expedient in getting back to my support request and helping me get all of my issues resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you are an agent or broker. I am a broker and I love their support staff and the ease of use. Great product!

Customer service is good because they called and worked to resolved the issue. In the future would consider using the service.

Love this service. As an agent it’s hard to keep up with all the digital marketing, social media posting and still have time to properly run other aspects of my business while servicing my clients. Back At You is like having a digital marketing assistant in your back pocket. So, I can focus on my clients!

Great customer service and product. I love it!

Quick, courteous responses.

Bladymir was fantastic. Not only did he answer all of my technical questions, he provided excellent insight and guidance regarding long-term strategies for marketing my properties.
