Thrilled with my new Back Science mattress. This mattress has changed the way I sleep. After recovering from a major surgery I was having difficulty side sleeping and found myself tossing and turning constantly. This mattress has been extremely comfortable. My sleep issues have greatly improved. My Garmin wearable even says I've been sleeping better too. Thank you Rick for an awesome mattress. I would highly recommend this mattress for anyone.

Back Science has helped me SLEEP through the night again! No Joke. Years of restless sleepless nights have dissipated since switching to Nack Science bed. Rick and his staff were beyond helpful and courteous. Once my husband and I received our new bed and slept on it for a month, we felt it needed it to be a bit more firm. No Problem, Back Science gave us what was needed and voila. I must also note the Motion Transfer is non existent… cannot feel anything if one of us gets in or out of bed.

We went into the Back Science store after visiting the national brand stores. Rick, the owner, and his entire, staff were very patient, explained all of the pros and cons of ALL beds (including their own), answered all of our many questions, and let us make the final decision on the bed we liked best. We ended up ordering the Split Top Series 3 Back Science Hybrid Mattress, along with their back flex adjustable base. They were just delivered a week ago, and we love it! We could not be more happy with our purchases.
In addition to the mattress being extremely comfortable, and the bed frame having more features than we know what to do with (which we are also enjoying) we also got the Back Science sheets and pillows that are soft and comfortable, and help us enjoy a great night's sleep.
Their prices were also very fair and competitive.
Lastly, every person from the sales staff, the delivery guys and their customer service staff, have been friendly, helpful and made our purchase and delivery of our new bed, seamless. I highly recommend Back Science to anyone looking for a new bed and a great night's sleep.

The support we received through the whole process was amazing. Any questions we had were answered by Rick. He's an amazing person. We recommend This product to everyone.

My wife and I decided to get a new bed. We shopped extensively online and at brick and mortar stores and found the Back Science store in Agoura Hills. Our sales person (Jordan) listened to us attentively and showed us what we were looking for and then suggested their own brand (Back Science).

Now that we’ve had our bed for about three months, I wanted to give an update on how well we like the bed. We love it!

Long story short, we were quite impressed with the features and reasoning behind the features, as well as the comfort. Jordan got the owner (Rick) involved, who is also a chiropractor and creator of the bed we purchased.

We loved the personalized fit by Dr Rick for our new split queen mattresses especially since we found Temper-Pedic no longer makes the split queen size. The best thing, though, was the BackScience response when the mattress on my husband's side needed custom adjustments. They came out within a day or two, did the necessary tweaking and then called some time later to see if it helped him sleep better. He asked for a bit more adjustment, and again they came out within a day or so. They even left the components they removed in case we'd need them later. My husband has slept more comfortably since the 2nd visit. We couldn't recommend Back Science's attention to detail with the custom fit more highly, and from the initial visit to the Relief-Mart store to the last adjustment we've been so impressed with the pleasant, friendly and timely customer service.

We visited the shop 3 times before making up our minds. Each time the sales personnel were very courteous, helpful, patient, and encouraged us to take our time making a decision.

Back Science mattresses are very comfortable. The staff are knowledgeable, accessible, helpful and very kind to their customers. We asked for a modification for our mattress and it was handled quickly and with detailed attention. Our mattress was delivered so quickly it was amazing and the shipping staff was nice, helpful and explained everything we needed to know. We highly recommend this company and mattress.

Amazing in every way - from walking in the door to the delivery of the bed to my house. Everything was seemless.

The minute I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed helped. I mentioned that I was here to look at certain brands of mattresses. They proceeded to show me where I could find them. I was able to test the different ones for a while. They came back to check on me periodically and ask if I had any questions. After testing the ones I wanted and having a conversation of what I wanted or needed as I was suffering of back pain, they asked if I would be interested in looking at one other mattress. Once I laid on the back sciences mattress, I could tell that I had found the one. Went home and brought my husband on Superbowl Sunday and he immediately said this is the one. The customer service was amazing through the whole process. Rick worked with us and ensured we got exactly what we needed and wanted all the way till delivery. Let me tell you I have been having the best sleep since early March. I wake up rested and with no aches. I love our adjustable frame and mattress. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Our journey to finding a new mattress took us to several stores before finding the Back Science bed brand. From the moment we met Dr. Rick, we knew we were in the right place. With his background as a chiropractor, he was able to ask us all the right questions to meet our individual needs to obtain the perfect mattress for both of us. A special program he invented aided him to measure our spines to insure the correct fit. He was able to show us a variety of brands, but in the end, Back Science was the best. The others could not compare. Coming from a retail business ourselves and understanding how important customer service is, we enjoyed the superior customer service that Dr. Rick and his staff offered. You can tell from the start he is very genuine as he spoke about the Back Science brand. No fluff or fancy sales pitches. Just honesty.

My experience with the back science bed was nothing short of amazing. In the wake of my back injury three years ago, I really needed to change my mattress as the injury would get aggravated every night.

Upon walking into the store. I was kindly greeted and shown a few options that were right for me. After a low pressure sale, I had my bed set up in my place days later. Thank you so for the bed. I highly recommend.

Really great staff and service. They worked to help us get the most beneficial bed at a price we could afford. They added as many extras and perks as they could find.

Personalized service to help you pick the right mattress for your individualized sleeping style. Our second time buying a mattress here, wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are willing to work with you to customize the experience and the bed itself.

First off I want say Rick the owner and his staff is as good as they get when it comes to customer service. I bought one of his speciality beds, back science with an adjustable box spring. We almost got the right fit the first time, but with a little adjustment of softness added to the mattress, they got it spot on. Their store has a good vibe, they are not pushy for the sell but offer great input and listen to your needs, plus their prices are very competitive. Don't waste your time with other retail bed companies, this is your one stop shop, their showroom is huge and they have a big selection of bed sizes and firmness from soft, medium to firm and all sizes of beds from twins to doubles, queen to cal kings and they even make custom super beds. Highly Recommend!!

The customer service is top-notch. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us find the right mattress. The back science mattress is both comfy and supportive. Very happy!
