Back science employees were super helpful in finding my ideal bed and pillows. They focus on your needs when sleeping to get a product that gives the best body support and comfort. Every employee there was professional, knowledgeable and aimed to give you the best service.

Great interview in determining what I needed based on my personal issues with my current mattress. No adjustments were needed after my mattress arrived and I love it! Great customer support team.

Our in store and purchase experience was great. We walked into the store on a whim and had nearly purchase a bed next door but we happened to have the man who designed the beds help us, in store, and he was really knowledgeable and knew what we needed to make our sleeping experience better. We've had our bed for almost a month now and our backs are already feeling much better. I do not wake up with pain! Also, we LOVE the zero g bases and have talked most of our friends into getting one.

Great experience from start to finish. Originally looking at Helix, Nectar, Dream Cloud... ended up buying a BackScience Series 3 Split Cal King with adjustable frame. Spent twice our original budget.

So what happened? We made a great decision. We got 3 times the value and a 30-year warranty to make this the last bed we'll ever need... And it came with the promise to customize the bed as our needs change over the years. As an architect and engineer, I was absolutely impressed by Dr. Rick Swartzburg's knowledge and explanation of BackScience; his decades-long efforts to integrate chiropracty with the science behind great sleep. We talked structure and support for 40 minutes - a conversation Rick gladly entertained. This is a man who cares about his customers and will genuinely do whatever he can to make sure they arrive at the best decision for them.

In the four months sleeping on our new bed, my wife and I are so happy with our decision to buy BackScience. A great decision.

We went to the Back Science Store looking for a specific mattress and after being able to try it, we realized it was too soft for us. Staff were friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable, they were able to show us multiple options at different price points without added pressure. After trying different mattresses we fell in love with the Back Science 2 mattress. What stood out was how comfortable it was, as I’m an all over sleeper and it almost felt like we were stretching laying down on it. So far we’ve only slept on it a few days, so I will do a later update on this comfort journey.

From the minute we entered the store, we knew that we’d be taken care of in finding the right type of mattress to fit our needs. My partner and I both have different preferences (one of us likes a firmer mattress and the other more pillowy). The individual who helped us with our decision wasn’t pushy and carefully explained the pros and cons of each mattress we were debating.

As part of our buying journey, we left snd went to a few more shops but kept thinking specifically about the service and care we received.

Ultimately that made all the difference in the world and we’re extremely happy with our decision to get the model and size that we did.

We found Rick and his store by looking at reviews. They were impressive so we decided to give them a try. The reviews were right. Rick and his team are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We talked through a lot of different options and ultimately settled on their new Back Science 2 model. After a few weeks we realized we had made a mistake and chosen a bed that was too firm for us. Rick sent out his team and they were able to easily switch out a layer that made the bed much more comfortable for us. Now, when we are away from home, no other bed compares to our comfy bed at home.
Just knowing that Rick and his team will work with us without hesitation in any capacity that we may need also gives us peace of mind and helps us rest easy. This was a big purchase for us so getting it right was important. I feel blessed that we found Rick and his Back Science beds. Integrity matters and they have it.

My wife liked the mattress. I wasn't sure for about a week and then decided it was superior to our Sleep Science Mattress. Also it stays cool which is like sleeping in heaven. You couldn't give me $8000 to buy Temperpedic which are over rated and too hot to sleep on. This was a wonderful choice.

My husband and I fell in love with our new Back Science mattress from the first night we slept on it. We did not need to have any adjustment made to it as we spent a good amount of time trying out various ones in the showroom and when ours arrived it was perfect.

One of the best things about our new mattress is that I am not easily disturbed by mattress movement when my husband gets in or out of bed after I have fallen asleep.

These folks stand behind their products and resolve issues, even when it is t their responsibility. On our last purchase, I didn’t sample mattresses from any other company and I never even considered looking at pricing anywhere else. These folks are just too good not to buy from

I just purchased a back science mattress series 2 . As soon as I entered the store I was very impressed with the staff and their knowledge of all the mattresses that they displayed there . I tried almost every one and made my purchase after 3 separate visits to the store . The back science mattress hands down felt the best in comfort and support . I will review again after I have tried out the mattress for a more extended time . But for now it is reassuring to know that my purchase was made with a very solid and reputable company.

Appreciated the no pressure atmosphere with helpful and educated staff. Good variety of product and, on our case, wife has acute scoliosis and Rick was able to ask her important questions to help make final decision.
