Payed the amount on the vin. checked vin 3 times to make sure it was right. website messed up and gave me the wrong car. so frustrating.

I’m always hesitant ordering anything online and this time was no exception. I’ve had bad experiences before ordering vehicle reports and trying to save a few bucks by not using Carfax which to me is a ripoff $34+
In the past with the cheaper ($20 and under), I was ALWAYS disappointed with the very limited information. I always check out the companies online reviews, but again, WHO can you believe anymore. When it came to reading the reviews for BADVIN, they were all over the place too but I still needed a report so I took a chance.
Was I ever happy when the report came in it had ALL the information I was looking for but I was especially happy with the vehicle history and ownership history. For the $9.99 I paid (I only ordered one report so I didn’t get the $4.99 rate) all I can say is that from now on BADVIN (I hate the misleading name, but LOVE the company) is my one and ONLY source for any future reports. Rest assure they are a reputable source for your vin lookups.

I appreciate this website so much. I bought the vehicle that I looked up in the report back in May 2021 from GoIndy Automotive in Indianapolis, Indiana. I paid 32.5k. I was looking for the vehicle description and I knew that there was some language in it that wasn't present when I looked on the website after I bought it. I had no leg to stand on but your website brought back information that I was able to confirm. This vehicle broke down 10 days after I bought it, but the website did boast a warranty on the vehicle. However, on the paperwork, they asked me if I wanted to buy a warranty and I said no. I was under the impression that I was covered in the event something happened soon after but apparently, I was wrong. Thank you so much for what you guys do!

There was no information of accidents

I only give 2 stars because the History Report I was most interested in from my search was the Damage Report. All I needed was the odometer reading from that report, but I was unable to access it. Also, there is no way to reach anyone with questions at Badvin. The "chat widget" is non-functional, and they show no other way to reach anyone.

Compared to the other VIN reports, BADVIN.org is INCREDIBLE! I have never seen so much information for one vehicle. Every service, every sale, etc. BADVIN is definitely my goto source moving forward!

Rollback issues

This was for a car that had structural damage according to autocheck report, so I wanted to see photos. There are no photos. it said there was a problem and contact customer service. I attempted chat, but no response after over an hour online. Hope to get something in email or refund. I paid for 3 premium reports. Also I find it funny that the reports expire. That seems strange. I bought one I think last year and I can no longer view it.

Sneakily changed the VIN I entered to a same year make and model with obvious issues.

Info was good, but the VIN changed between when I initially entered and when I placed the order. The car was the same model and year, and even thought I was instructed to review the VIN, not having it memorized, I assumed it was ok, especially since the make, model and year were all the same. It wasn't until I reviewed the report and noticed the mileage discrepance did I look and see the different VIN. I've never considered that other VIN - the car is 1000 miles away, so there's no way it was in my system. I can't begin to speculate where that VIN came from.

This is the Only way to go to for Detail Information about a car or truck you are thinking about buying, LOVE IT.

I got charged for 3 reports when I clicked on one. I even double checked it. And on top of that, I can't even see my report. Sketchy

I'll start by saying that the odometer actual mileage is listed as shown but the history on this number is confusing. Last but not least it is a automatic transmission not manual as described in the specifications. I own this vehicle so I'm speaking from first hand knowledge.

When I purchase a report i would like to view it whenever i choose. Why is the not possible ? I have to pay for a report i paid for earlier.

Badvin is great , It provides all the history of a vehicle including photos of it's last sale record. Amazing service.

The report was supposed to show me the history of auction bids and sales. It DID NOT! I will dispute the charges on my credit card.

I copied and pasted the VIN of the vehicle for which I was searching information. In order to force me to make another purchase they switched vehicles in between. They are shady, and do bad business.

This site gave me info i already knew, but 1 or 2 little pieces i did not OVERALL COOL Website-- i would love to see them INCORPPORTATE WINDOW STICKER PICTURES> I know its not easy to do it, but would be cool
