I would like to request a refund. I was shown a redacted phone # & Name - I only paid for the report to obtain that information. Once I paid for the report the Phone # didn't appear nor did the sellers name.

Terrible sneaky rip off. Gave me report to a car I didn’t ask about so they could charge me. Impossible to find where to ask for a refund. Imagine that!

Nothing is useful. I have to pay $21 for the information that public online. Seriously?

Wish I had known about Badvin before I paid Carfax $40 for a report I have yet to receive. You get the same and faster service with Badvin for $30 less. I am so happy I found this online. Now I will try to get a refund from Carfax, since I paid for a service I did not get. Badvin is so fast. I love it. Thank you!

For the Vin I looked up on a van I thought I was buying....There wasn't a lot of info. But enough extra info to show me not to buy it and make a big mistake

Hi I'm Lex from the Netherlands and I wanted to buy Corvette 2014 Z51 and did vin check on badvin.org
Understand that I've to buy from photo's and contact dealer. I bought full report and whole history came forward, dealer told me new tires and yes 1 month ago in rapport says 4 new tires. For me it gives me a good feeling that everything was ok on this car. Miles, repair, sales (with prices) everything reported till 2014. And this check for 9$! Most reports costs 19-25$.

Not so impressive. You get the same information for free or at carfax. Save your money.

Waste of money you can find out all the information they provide online for free, probably could even find out more information then what they show you once you pay them and there's no refund, save your money total rip off

Save your money. I got more info from carfax. Customer support is non-existent. This site is a scam

Basic report is $10 for one report, not $5, and does not provide bids and final price from auction as stated. Only pricing reported was from final sale dealership, and then only the advertised price. Basic report clearly states the above auction bid/final price info is provided when it is not. The basic report also does NOT include the name of the auction, only Seller: GM Financial Leasing, mileage and approximate time (e.g. 3 months ago). Also, no prior information/history prior to in-state auction was provided (this car was auctioned and purchased in Georgia, but was originally leased new in California)... no California info on basic report.

This is where I go to check the real history of a vehicle. More information than Carfax's and a real complete history. Well worth taking a look here before buying or just researching a vehicle. After being unable to find certain information on Carfax's, I again came here and was able to find the info in minutes.

The vin I put in is not vin information I received and I've been trying to contact your customer service but no luck

Badvin supplied a comprehensive report of the vehicle's ownership and maintenance. Particularly useful was the report of FIVE (5) fender benders! I have not ordered reports from other sources, but i fail to see what they could report to make their report worth 2 to 4 times the price of this report.

I have 2 objections: #1 you say it is a bad vin# but do not tell me why..#2 you gave me a damage record only as moderate. I want to know what the damages were. Surely you can get a copy of the accident report and be more explicit.
