If your considering buying any addons - do not. We have purchased most of Bagou450's addons for Pterodactyl and everything was great. Then around April this year, he just disappeared - and his addons now have issues (Server Versions, ModPack Installer etc) - i have tried to reach out to him without any success - and looking at his abandoned Discord it seems he has just vanished.

This is a shame to be writing as his addons used to be great and so was his Support - it was the reason we bought most of them, but sadly since they are now barely working and there is no Support it is a lost cause, and yet his website is still open for new sales...

The scripts they provide they all are sucks and useless they wont work properly you will get many errors when you try to install/setup and when you try to contact the developer/owner he just ignore the emails/tickets their all team is inactive.

I think he dont event have a proper good team he just making money by selling fake useless services.

So I request everyone not to buy this author services/products

Tried to install subdomain addon and in order to fix it then wanted access to my server. When stayed no they said that was the only way to fix it even after I sent logs. I don't want to give them access to my server and my clients data

The pricing is fair and affordable for everyone, and the add-ons generally work well. Here’s what I purchased and my ratings for each:

- Server Splitter: 5/5
- Minecraft Versions Changer: 5/5
- Minecraft Server Icon Changer: 1/5 (didn't really work)
- Minecraft Plugins Installer: 5/5
- Minecraft Mods Installer: 5/5
- Minecraft Modpacks Installer: 2/5 (Some Forge modpacks don't work, and no Fabric modpacks work. I’ve suggested a fix, but for now, it’s not very automatic and quite disappointing)
- Minecraft Bedrock Version Changer: 5/5

The main issue, and the reason for my 1-star review instead of 4 or 5 stars, is the support. It’s virtually non-existent. Please check your emails, BuiltByBit messages, Discord, or any other support channels!

Once I receive a reply, I will hopefully edit this review.

Depuis l'achat, certains addons sont inutilisables et cela fait 2 semaines que j'attends une réponse du vendeur malgré mes relances. Aucun autre support, j'ai payé 5€ de frais d'installations pour rien du tout car son installation n'a pas été vérifiée et le panel était complètement cassé. A fuir!

An issue on their end resulted in my license being wrongfully blacklisted, but they were quick to respond and resolve the issue (took less than 2hrs).

After some teething troubles, the support team installed it for me via AnyDesk and now everything works perfectly

EDIT 07.04.204: After I wrote the review, it worked for 5 days until it stopped working for no reason.
Now I asked for help but didn't get an answer.

Maybe the refund is the better solution ;)

Attention à vous lorsque vous effectuez un achat, une fois votre service payé, et l'installation si vous souhaitez une installation par leur service. Support très long, alors que les réponses sont faites dans la journée avant le paiement.
5 jours ouvrables déjà et aucune installation ni retours n'a été fait

J'ai acheté l'addon version changer, parfait rien à dire, après un petit oubli de ma part lors de l'installation bagou a su m'aider en quelques minutes pour réparer l'erreur

The support is very good when you find the right place to ask for support, the discord doesnt work as an example.
But the service on live chat was very good!

I wanted to purchase multiple of Bagou's Pterodactyl addons. So I approached them and they kindly offered me a discount. This is the ONLY reason for the second star.

Overall, the customer service is slow, unprofessional, sometimes feels non-existent.

I understand the potential need for a licensing system, but please make it work. When I originally bought an addon from you, a couple months ago, the licencing system broke, and didnt work. I assumed that it was a one off, but it has happened here as well. You attempted to fix it manually, and did it wrong, providing me with the wrong licence.

From my experience so far, the addons themselves, do work, but I cant justify buying them from you after this lack of quality support, and your systems working in the first place.

Personally, I have never left a bad review on a company before. I dont take writing negative reviews lightly. In this case, I see no other option but to rightly inform other people looking into your products of my experience.

I recently purchased the Server Splitter addon and I couldn't be happier with it. When I had a question for support, they responded promptly and efficiently. I appreciate their excellent service and thank them greatly. If you're considering purchasing this addon, I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.
