Es war eine herausragende Entscheidung die ich getroffen habe, super gute Ärzte, sehr geduldig, ich bin eigentlich ein Angst Patient, aber diese Klinik gab mir so viel Sicherheit, das ich vergessen habe das ich bei einer Zahnarzt Klinik, Deutsche Übersetzerin, die mich wirklich rund um die Uhr betreut hat, jeder der sich die Zähnen machen lassen möchte kann ich nur ans Herz legen, geht zu dieser Praxis.

İt's been 3 months and I'm still trying to get over the traumatic experience that this clinic caused me. I still have difficulty sleeping and wake up with the nightmare and ruminate the terrible event in my head over and over. İ found out that it's very common for dentists in Türkiye to lie to the victims, tell them they are getting veneers but then place crowns. Apparently this is done because it's much easier to place crowns, even crowns that are poorly placed by an amateur dentist will last longer than veneers. Veneers require more precision and better dentistry, same with composite bonding. So if a clinic is leaning towards strongly encouraging you to get crowns, it's because it's the more expensive and easier method than the other two. The things you learn but unfortunately for me, too late. Save yourself and make sure you ask very well, get it in writing if they will do crowns or veneers because the word kaplama in Turkish could mean both and it requires a precision. They won't tell you if you don't ask because they know that most people don't want crowns.

İ am receiving threatening phone calls from this clinic trying to threaten me to remove the comments. İt is my legal right to complain that what has been done to me was extremely traumatic. They used aggressive sales tactics and then lied about the treatment that they would perform.

⚖️ Legal Intimidation Warning: How to Protect Your Rights (For Patients and Staff)

In 2024 from July until December, I spent six months living under constant legal threats from this clinic's representatives.

If you are a patient or a former employee facing the same pressure, do not be intimidated. Do not afraid.

This clinic routinely uses threats of the Turkish Penal Code (claiming defamation, insult, or financial/moral damages) to force people to delete negative reviews, especially on Google Maps Platform. They even file false complaints with the Prosecutor's Office to scare people.

🚨 CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING:

If the clinic staff physically lock the doors, hold you in a room against your will, exert intense psychological pressure, or try to force you to sign documents or waivers you do not want to sign - do not yield. This is illegal. Immediately call the police (112), contact your Embassy or Consulate, and later file a formal criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office (Savcılık).

Remember: sharing your true experience is your legal right according to Turkish Constitution. Threats are illegal. If they caused you harm, you are the victim, not them. Protect yourself.

If you are a foreigner and do not speak Turkish, contact your Consulate or Embassy immediately to request support, legal guidance, and a translator.

Here is a list of official authorities in Turkiye where you can check licenses, verify claims, and file official complaints against this clinic:

1. For Legal Threats:

Verify if the person threatening you is a licensed lawyer via the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB) Lawyer Search System: barobirlik.org.tr (Avukat Arama).

In Turkiye, a practicing lawyer representing a client in Istanbul must be registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. This is clearly stated in the Attorneyship Law No. 1136.

​A lawyer is not allowed to threaten you. If a lawyer threatens you, and especially if this person is not even registered with the local Bar Association of the city where he/she is practicing, but in another Bar Association, you have every right to file a complaint with the Disciplinary Board of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (TBB).

ALWAYS ASK FOR THE BAR REGISTRATION NUMBER OF THE LAWYER WHO IS THREATENING YOU. This will instantly cool their temper.

🚨 IMPORTANT LEGAL UPDATE FOR VICTIMS / WARNING:

If the clinic's lawyer threatens you and uses the title "Av. Arb." which means (Attorney-Mediator), you can instantly verify their official mediator status through the official website of the Department of Mediation of the Ministry of Justice of Türkiye.

If their name is NOT on this official Ministry list, they are using the "Mediator" status illegally. You have the full right to file an official complaint against them directly to the Department of Mediation of the Ministry of Justice (Adalet Bakanlığı Arabuluculuk Daire Başkanlığı).

2. For Medical Malpractice & Health Issues:

File a complaint with the Ministry of Health (Sağlık Bakanlığı) via Sabim (ALO 184) or saglik.gov.tr, and USHAŞ ushas.com.tr if you are an international health tourist.

3. For Dental Violations:

Contact the Turkish Dental Association (Türk Dilhekimleri Birliği - TDB) and the local Chamber of Dentists (Dişhekimleri Odası).

4. For Financial & Business Misconduct:

​If the clinic demands cash payments and threatens to charge you an extra 10% to 25% "tax" if you choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer, this is illegal. In Turkiye, businesses cannot charge extra fees for card payments to evade taxes. If you face this financial coercion, immediately report them to the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdare Başkanlığı) by calling the Tax Hotline ALO 189 (VİMER), or file a complaint online through e-Devlet.

Report them to the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (İTO) and Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti).

Do not stay silent out of fear. The law is there to protect you. Do not be afraid of their threats.

UPDATE (20.07.2026 20:57):

Right after I published this review, within just 21 minutes between 11:29 & 11:50 am, I received 9 persistent phone calls from the clinic's management personal number (+90 507 980 ****) and another unknown Turkish number. Exactly 2 hours later, at 13:40, I received an anonymous criminal threat on WhatsApp from a virtual Moroccan number (+212...), telling me to "watch myself" because of my social media activity regarding this clinic.

A rhetorical question: What exactly in my informational review - which merely contains helpful contacts of official government authorities for patients - triggered Dr. B. D. so much that it resulted in 9 intense phone calls from 2 different numbers and immediately followed by anonymous threats via whatsapp number?

Number one clinic in the world I would say not exaggerating . See it for yourself and Mr. Mark was phenomenal. He is there whenever you need him . I won’t say the same thing about their translator Esma she was a little bit hesitated
And seems like frustrated after couple sentences translation I don’t understand if she was overworked or she has childish personality

I can’t fully review the clinic yet since the long-term results of the implants will take time, but I wanted to specifically recognize Aaron for the incredible support he provided throughout the entire process.

My father traveled alone to Istanbul for treatment, is older, and speaks only Macedonian, Bulgarian, and basic Russian, so communication could have easily become very stressful. There were also a few unexpected issues along the way, including treatment plan changes and transportation problems. Through all of it, Aaron was constantly available, patient, caring, and trustworthy. He kept me informed about every detail, explained everything clearly, answered questions at all hours, and genuinely made us feel supported and safe during the entire experience.

Honestly, no matter how good the doctors may be, we likely would never have chosen this clinic if it wasn’t for Aaron. His professionalism, compassion, and dedication made all the difference for our family. Thank you, Aaron, for truly going above and beyond.

I was recommended this place from a "friend" who works with them here in Norway, had to pay 750 euro in deposit to her. I trusted her because she helped me with an other treatment in Istanbul.

Worst clinic from the dental treatment, to service all over. 10 years warranty is completely bulls***!! Only to get costumers... I was there in late november, as soon as i got my veneers, i saw that my front tooth had discoloration, and the fitting was poorly done. I also got the wrong color. I had to go to new place and pay and do it all over again. Because of their bad work my gums were so infected and bleeding. While my front tooth was turning more and more gray, showing symptoms of nerve damage because of lacking prep work..They also forced me to make a video for them to say how happy i was, and i said no at least 10 times. They followed me and would not take no for an answer. And posted it without my permission. They take no accountability what so ever, and try to blame the pasient. They never gave me the paperwork they promised over email. No receipt no nothing.

After complaining they told me the swelling in my gums were hormonal changes and i could buy a cream to fix the problem😂

After my new dentist wrote that this was completely wrong and told them the problem they said they would check with the dentist who did my teeth, and i never heard back from them. My so called "friend" also stopped replying me after we wrote a complaint. Probably because she knew they would do this.

Wish i could post pictures here of the before and after. It was so BAD.
