Comme beaucoup d’autres, je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande passée le 12/10 et j’ai bien été prélevée… et bien sûr aucune réponse à mes mails…une vraie arnaque. Heureusement que ce n’était qu’en peu plus plus de 30€. Mais quand même, se faire arnaquer… La roue tourne.

j ai passe commande depuis le 29 septembre 2025 et j ai toujours pas de nouvelles ni de reponses a mes mail je vais faire un rejet tardis honteux a vous d abusé de nous tous je suis tres en colère 😡

J’ai passé une commande et jusqu’à présent je n’ai reçu aucune information à son sujet. Ils ne répondent pas aux messages et le numéro de téléphone ne sonne même pas ! Ce sont des pages qui ne font qu’arnaquer les gens !

produits jamais expédié depuis plus de 1 mois ne répond a aucun canal de discussion.... ils encaissent et font les morts.

Fui enganado, não comprem NADA na Balade Orientale.
Fiz a minha encomenda a 5 de Outubro 2025, hoje é dia 28 de Outubro, e nada. Não enviam a encomenda, não respondem aos emails, nada.
Claramente, isto é um esquema para receberem dinheiro.
E claramente que não fui o único enganado, só tenho pena de não ter visto o Trustpilot antes de efetuar a compra.
Commande #3308 agradeço uma resposta da Balade Orientale nos próximos 7 dias.

Arnaque complète, commande le 8 septembre, comme tous les autres : compte débité, aucune info, aucun mail, aucune réponse au téléphone depuis ce jour.

J'aurais du venir ici avant, dépôt de plainte et signalement à la banque en cours.

Am 8.Juli vier Parfüms bestellt. Bestellung kam nie an und auch keine Reaktion auf meine Mails. Wenn man null Sterne oder minus Sterne abgeben konnte dann würde ich es machen.
Trustpilot sollte bei so vielen negativen Bewertungen eine Warnung für zukünftige Käufer hinterlegen.

Commande passée et encaissée, j'ai été voir les avis seulement après et me suis rendu compte du risque, j'ai donc envoyé un email, pas de réponse, j'ai appelé le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur le site : faux numéro (du moins selon la personne). Depuis le lieu a été supprimé de google map pour ne plus avoir d'avis négatifs... Plainte déposée, j'encourage les autres victimes à faire de même (signal conso, police, ufc que choisir)

I made a big purchase of 475 Euros (Invoice:9373) three months ago. I received a confirmation that the money is received but after that there is no communication from Mr. Muhamed Amara the owner of Balade. He took my money and disappeared. I tried to contact him several times by email, whatsapp, phone calls etc. All the perfumes were summer perfumes and now winter is starting, so big loss for me. Now thinking of ways to recover my money by legal ways which is very hard and time consuming. I hope he atleast responds as a first step as to what the problem is..Please do not buy or place order unless you are using Paypal. He has also changed the profile photo on his official phone...

I have contacted you multiple times by email, but I have received no response. I still have not been provided with any shipping information, and my order has not arrived.

This lack of communication and service is unacceptable. If I do not receive a clear update or solution within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to file a formal complaint and request a refund through my payment provider.

Il 22 agosto Ho fatto un ordine di vari campioncini per poter poi acquistare il profumo scelto, ho speso più di 60 euro (PAGATI SUBITO) e ad ora non ho ricevuto NULLA! se non una mail che diceva che l'ordine era pronto ma il NULLA DEL NULLA!!!! Ho inviato varie email per avere informazioni riguardo l'ordine PAGATO SUBITO e nessuno risponde ma intanto i soldi ve li siete presi!!! Quindi che si fa?! Come pensate di risolvere la questione?! Perché la pazienza finisce e si procede per altre vie! Rispondete!!!!

Een bestelling geplaatst maar na een maand nog niet binnen. Ik krijg geen reacties op mails, waarschijnlijk kan ik naar mijn roomspray fluiten.... Slechte service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Balade-Orientale. I ordered Arabiyat Prestige Uhud, which was clearly shown in the checkout picture. However, in my order confirmation it was suddenly listed as Aariz Intense – not the product I chose.

I contacted customer service immediately to clarify the issue and also mentioned that I had not received my order. It has now been a long time, and I still have no update, no tracking information, and no solution from the company.

This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I did not receive the correct item, I did not receive any shipping details, and I still do not have my order. At this point, I expect a full refund without delay.

Very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this store to others.

Commande passée depuis le 8 août et je n ai toujours rien reçu.mkn xompte a bel et bien été débité et je n ai jamais jamais reçu un e-mail de suivi de colis .
Depuis j’ envois des mails Sns succès pas de réponse .je compte signaler à ma banque pour un remboursement

Commande passée le 22 juillet. Toujours rien reçu service clients inexistant. Ne répond pas. Numéro de suivi chronopost créé mais le colis est toujours en préparation : rien n’a bougé depuis. Cela s'apparente à une escroquerie. Ne commandez jamais sur leur site internet

Zwei von drei Bestellungen kamen an.
Die letzte Bestellung kam aber nie an und das Geld ist weg.

Ich habe vorher schon die Berichte hier gelesen und habe bei der ersten Bestellung nur einen Duft bestellt zum Test.
Ich war überrascht das die Bestellung nach 3 Wochen ankam, obwohl man nie auf meine Mails reagiert hat.
Die Zweite Bestellung hat dann auch länger gedauert, wieder keine Reaktion, aber die Düfte kamen an.
Bei der dritten Bestellung habe ich wohl mein Glück zu sehr herausgefordert😅
Finger weg von der Seite, auch wenn ich bei zwei Bestellungen anscheinend „Glück“ hatte.

Sono dei gran truffatori, il 24 luglio ho fatto il mio ordine n. 3094, mi hanno mandato soltanto la mail di conferma. Dicevano che entro 5/10 giorni arrivava ma niente, ho scritto 5 volte ma niente nessuna risposta, anche sul sito niente.
Non comprate da questo sito è una truffa

Auch ich kann mich leider nur mit einer negativen Bewertung anschließen. Man erhält keinerlei Antwort auf Nachfragen, geschweige denn Sendungsnummer oder Ware. Ich rate hier dringend vom Kauf ab, denn mutmaßlich scheint es sich hier um eine Betrugs-Firma zu handeln. Da ich per Apple Pay bezahlt habe, ist es etwas aufwendiger, sogar fraglich, ob ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Ich werde mir noch vorbehalten, eine Anzeige zu erstatten.
