Bitte NICHT dort kaufen. Habe am 18.07.25 dort bestellt und bis heute weder einen Duft, geschweige denn eine Sendungsnummer erhalten. Meine Mails blieben unbeantwortet. Absoluter Betrug!

J’ai commandé plusieurs parfums chez eux. Résultat : mon compte a bien été débité, mais je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande. Pire encore, j’ai envoyé trois emails pour demander des nouvelles : aucune réponse, silence radio total.

Leur promesse de livraison en quelques jours ouvrés ? Une vaste blague. En réalité, c’est tout simplement une arnaque à peine déguisée. Un site qui encaisse l’argent sans livrer, sans répondre, sans assumer… c’est du vol, ni plus ni moins.

Si la situation n’est pas résolue dans les plus brefs délais, je compte :
• signaler l’escroquerie à ma banque pour obtenir un remboursement et déclencher une enquête sur la transaction ;
• notifier Shopify, qui héberge leur boutique, afin qu’ils soient bannis de la plateforme, ainsi que leur gérant ;
• et si j’arrive à obtenir leur SIREN, je déposerai un signalement officiel au greffe pour qu’une procédure soit lancée contre cette société, ainsi que AMARA, qui semble être leur société mère.

En lisant les autres avis, je me rends compte que je suis loin d’être un cas isolé. Ces pratiques sont inacceptables et doivent être dénoncées publiquement. Personne ne devrait avoir à subir ça.

Je n' ai jamais reçu ma commande et pourtant ils ont encaissé mon argent.
Aucune réponse apportée par email ni sur WhatsApp, c'est un site de voleur et menteur

Ordered and paid months ago, first they were very apologetic and assuring, but when it became evident over time that I wasn't going to receive anything, I asked for a refund. That was 3 emails ago. They dont even have the decency to respond anymore.....

Keep your money safe from them!

Commande passée le 10 juillet, vous repond si besoin jusqu'au paiement. Une fois le paiement effectué plus aucune info. Aucune infos sur le statut de la commande malgré de multiples relances par mail et par watsapp. Commande jamais reçue. A fuir absolument.

A fuir commande passée le 19 mai toujours rien reçu service clients inexistant numéro de suivi chronopost créé le 17 juin qui n’a pas bougé depuis. Une réelle équipe de bras cassés dans toute sa splendeur. Ne commandez jamais sur leur site internet

I placed an order over 15 days ago and I still haven’t received either the goods or the tracking number. I have tried to contact you several times via WhatsApp and email, but I have received no response.

I have all the purchase and payment receipts, and I find it very unprofessional not to reply to complaints or provide any information about orders. I expect an urgent response and an immediate solution; otherwise, I will be forced to take further action as a consumer.

J'ai passé commande le 11 juin. Rien reçu début juillet, aucune info sur l'avancement de la commande sur le site. J'ai fait un premier mail, puis un second la semaine dernière. Aucune réponse.

Ho effettuato il mio ordine n. #2972 il 21 giugno 2025, ho ricevuto l’email di conferma e poi nulla.
L’ordine non è mai arrivato, ho contattato l’assistenza tramite mail e non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Servizio pessimo, ho speso 45€ senza leggere prima le recensioni. Errore mio.
Probabilmente procederò ad inviare una diffida.

The people who run this shop are swindlers. I paid for products in advance and have Not received the products yet. They dont respond to any emails. I would Not recommend to buy from this site

1.) Ich habe auf der Website zwei Parfums von Arabiyat Prestige bestellt. Auf der Website wurde nichts davon geschrieben, dass diese Parfums nicht mehr vorrätig sind
2.) Nach einer Woche änderte sich noch nichts an dem Status meiner Bestellung (Bestellung wird vorbereitet), weswegen ich mich an den Kundensupport gewandt habe
3.) Es ging einige Mal hin und her (mal auf Französisch, mal auf Englisch, mal auf Deutsch)
4.) Schluss vom Lied war irgendwann, dass eins der Parfume (Marwa) ausverkauft sei. Den Betrag für das Parfum (Marwa) habe ich zurück erstattet bekommen.
5.) für die Kosten für den Versand und das andere Parfum bin ich aber aufgekommen, ohne bis heute (bestellt Ende Mai, heute ist der 18. Juli) etwas erhalten zu haben. Auf E-Mails wird auch nicht mehr geantwortet. Fazit: Bloß nicht dort bestellen!!!

Ho fatto l'ordine il 26 aprile 2025ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nulla.
Ho scritto all'assistenza diverse volte ma solo la prima volta ho ricevuto risposta.
Mi è stato detto che si scusavano del ritardo e che avrei avuto al più presto aggiornamenti.
Le altre due volte che ho scritto nessuna risposta
SCONSIGLIO assolutamente di acquistare su questo sito.. dubito che riceverò mai il pacco

I ordered 2 parfumes on 2-06. 1,5 months later and i still have nog recieved any updates on the package, on the tracking code it says the package is still at the sender this was 17-06. After 1 month i atleast expected it to be a little further then the sender.

Worst company i work with, 3 months ago i order 50 units of one product and i just receive 38 units. Until today just receive few answer telling me they already made the refund and when i ask for the payment proof they stop answer me.

The costumer support of this company is the worst of the wole world.

I didn´t receive any refund for the units i didn´t receive and they stop asnwer, also when i try to call from different phone numbers they don´t asnwer and even call back.

Be careful if you are looking for make an order with this company

Commande jamais reçue, d’un montant de plus de 90 euros ! Plus de 3 mois plus tard, toujours rien.
Aucun retour du service client malgré des relances sur Whatsapp. Aucun signe de vie depuis qu’ils ont encaissé mon argent.
SITE D’ARNAQUEURS ! À FUIR !!!! Je signalerai en masse ce site jusqu’à ce qu’ils coulent ! FUYEZ !!!

Commande passée il y a 15 jours, depuis plus de nouvelles malgré un mail envoyé pour avoir des nouvelles.
Site pas sérieux.

Site de voleurs, bon qu'à prendre l'argent, colis jamais envoyé et évidemment personne au service client...
