On June 2nd I bought some perfume from this site. The next day I received an email telling me that the specific perfume was out of stock. They gave me the option to get something else or a full refund. I requested a full refund. They informed me by email that the refund has been processed.
After 7 days I contacted my bank, which informed me that there was none processed refund for me ( They can see the process immediately before the transaction delay) . They gave me the reference code of transaction to send it to them about the possibility of an error at their bank. This happened in 10 june.
Since then, no one has ever responded and of course, until today, June 13th, there hasn't even been a processed refund to me.
This is my experience in this perfume sales business company.

They take orders, dont ship, confirm you to refund but never answer again

AVOID THIS SHOP, THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY

I ordered on May 13. No updates for a week so I contacted support (who answered very fast) and they told me my order is being prepared. One week later, I contacted them again and they told me the exact same thing: be patient, your order is being prepared. I contacted them again this week telling them to either send my order, or refund me otherwise I would post my experience on trustpilot and I got a passive aggressive reply stating that they cancelled my order and they do not operate under threats. Tough luck mate, when you operate an online store, grab the money and send nothing (or any updates) for 3 weeks, customer won't be happy and will exercise their right to post a review on their experience. Avoid them.

I contacted your customer service once, but have not received any response. This is very disappointing, and I am concerned that I may have been the victim of a scam, as communication is lacking and the order has still not been delivered.

J’ai passé ma commande le 15 mai 2025, et le montant a bien été débité de mon compte. Depuis, je n’ai reçu qu’une confirmation de commande. Je n’ai reçu aucune information de suivi ni autre mise à jour concernant ma commande.

J’ai contacté votre service client une fois, mais je n’ai obtenu aucune réponse. Cette situation est très insatisfaisante, et je suis préoccupé(e) par le fait qu’il pourrait s’agir d’une arnaque, étant donné l’absence de communication et le fait que la commande n’a toujours pas été livrée.

Commande passée le 11/05/25, aucune nouvelle, pas de suivi de livraison. Une commande à 115 euros. Très mauvaise expérience. Quand je les contacte par mail soit pas de réponse, soit on me dit de patienter....

DAREI ZERO STELLE.....sono più di 2 settimane che ho ordinato un profumo,e non mi è arrivato.Volevo cancellare l'ordine ma con la menzogna e inganno mi hanno detto che l'ordine è in lavorazione e che non si può cancellare....tutte bugie
Fanno anche fatica a rispondere a le mail

Commande #2688. Fait le 16/05 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu de code d'expédition, ils ont cessé de répondre aux e-mails et ma commande n'apparaît plus sur le site à moins que je ne clique sur le lien de confirmation envoyé au moment de l'achat. Site géré par des personnes non professionnelles.

My order 2679 did not receive any update for over a week now.
I already sent two E-Mails without any answer. Seems like a scam. If my order ever gets updated or delivered I will update my review but till this is happening I can only say - do not order there!

they don't ship the ordered goods for weeks. luckily after canceling the order the transfer was returned.

Terminated my order after doing it, because of a mistake in product chosen. Got quick reply about refund and two days later total amount refunded.

Ce site est une arnaque! Ça fait une dizaine de jours que j'ai passé commande et que dalle!
j'ai plus de nouvelles ,aucune mis à jour et ils répondent ni aux mails ni sur whatsapp ! ils étaient sensé me livrer dans 3-4jours mais finalement ils ont changé d'avis, ils ont gardé les parfums et mon argent avec! À éviter !
