Great marketing, terrible product
The advertising, packaging, delivery and online instructions and support are all first class. The problem I had was the hair trimmer itself.
It is advertised to be safe, and the very central aim of the trimmer is that it has been designed to protect your skin. Yet despite following all instructions and having watched the online guides on how to use the it, the trimmer still cut me more than 3 times the first time I used it. It kept doing so each time I tried. I’ve used other brands before with no issue at all.
I would strongly advise anyone to consider buying an alternative device by a different company. The core product sold to me definitely needs work.

Balls customer service is out of this world
Balls warranty is what makes their product top notch. I used their product for a year and then it stopped working, their customer service team immediately got back to me and sent me a brand new razor. Customer service also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. Very few companies do what they do. Thank y’all so much!
