Shaver does not go close and is hit and miss with cutting hairs, been sold as a close body shaver not! same as any most other razors on the market with a 3mm guard

Our SackSafe technology was designed to avoid nicks and cuts. You can take the guard off for a closer trim but if you do that, we advise that you are EXTRA cautious about grooming down south.

Honestly, nothing special…
This is honestly no different than any other trimmer on the market. First time using it, it cut me suggesting the blades aren’t as cut proof as suggested. It doesn’t trim that well and misses a lot, requiring several passes over the same area which leads to skin irritation. The guard is flimsy and hard to reposition. Charging port hardly seems waterproof.

Ordered the wrong blade!!
I ordered a new trimmer blade which was for the wrong model, emailed on the day of delivery and within a few hours had an email back. They were very apologetic and understood the mistake and without hesitation has sent out the correct blade without cost. Couldn’t be happier with the swift reply and the no nonsense service received, many thanks to all the team.

I bought my first BALLS kit last week, the 'Summer superstar bundle', and soon after I had completed the order I received an email from BALLS saying that there was an offer to get a free Ballbag to keep all my BALLS items in if I used a certain code. As I had already purchased the items I was a little disappointed to receive this email as I thought I had lost out on a sexy little free pouch for all my new BALLS belongings. I chanced it and emailed BALLS to explain the situation and asked if it would be possible for them to send me the Ballbag as I was a new customer. I received a reply within the hour from a very helpful and friendly chap called Adriano who said that he had ordered me a Ballbag and that it was no problem at all. I received all my items today and couldn't be happier with the products or the service I have received from BALLS so far. I would definitely recommend BALLS to anyone.
