Am avut o experiența foarte buna la Banca Transilvania. Andra Teodora Penu a fost de mare ajutor si este un adevărat profesionist in domeniul bancar. Felicitări Bancii Transilvania pentru Andra.

Banii dispar pur și simplu din conturile bancare, imposibil de înteles ce se intamplă. Atunci când am contactat banca mi-a fost comunicat faptul că acestea au fost apelate din altă țară, un card clonat ar fi accessat contul meu personal și ei BT nu pot face nimic în acest sens.
Aveți grijă la tranzactiile de zi cu zi, banii dispar pur si simplu, manipulati de angajații bancii Transilvania în care ați ales să aveți încredere Încredere înșelată!.

slab, un serviciu slab

În urma procesului de confirmare plată a intervenit o eroare din partea sistemului Banci Transilvania cu mesajul: ‘’A INTERVENIT O EROARE. VĂ RUGAM SĂ REÎNCERCAȚI’’. Am reușit să vorbesc cu un agent de la Banca Transilvania dupa mult timp de așteptare, care mi-a cerut să folosesc altă metodă de plată, folosind pagina web direct a comerciantului și totodată mi-a resetat datele de identificare care îmi vor permite să reinițializez plata. Am încercat dar tot în zadar. Reclamatia facută nu a interesat pe nimeni din partea BT Transilvania. Rușine BT. Am fost forțat să folosesc un serviciu fizic de plată și nu online pentru care am fost sancționat extra 200 euro ( wizz air check-in).

very bad experience! if you want to open an account, get a new credit card, or something else that they can gain upon, they are very supportive! but if you need assistance, they are extremelly poor. they have no flexibility, they do not search for means to support their customer. and the desk operators (these people that are there to support the customers) are trating you like you are the most insignificant thing that they have ever seen. i do not know where these people have learned working with the customers, but it is not even about working with customers, it is just about common sense... treating a person that you have never seen in your life with the minimal respect....
I am stopping all my activities with them and move to ING. completelly differrent story! shame on you, Banca Transilvania! Romanian Bank. such a "great honour" and immage you do to your country!!! shame on you!

Yes, I had a very good experience with Alexandru. He is very good in his job, he knows immediately what he has to do, professional, very kind and helpful. Adelina, his colleague was very nice too and helpful. Congrats for BT having them!

I had good and bad experiences with them, like with everything in fact. But the bad ones tend to accumulate lately and made us lose money (penalties due to the bank's fault) and time wasted trying to fix the situation. The way they do business is rather anti client oriented. For simple operations on their site you get errors, when it should be so simple to do things online. Level of support is close to 0 since the contact forms from the site do not even send the messages, the call center people are lost when the situation gets out of the scripts they know. Since online simple operations do not work, they urge you to go to the bank physically!

If it were possible, I would have given zero stars.

Absolutely unsuitable to meet the needs of entrepreneurs: not available to support and respond to the bureaucratic needs of customers; internal procedures are clumsy and create huge inefficiencies; internal communication totally disarticulated; the staff is not inclined to customer service and is unable to effectively manage the required tasks.

Digitalizare 0 la Banca Transilvania! Vreau sa deschid cont online PJ si imi zice ca daca nu sunt asociat unic sa ma programez in unitate. Ajung in unitate, mai stau la coada si apoi imi zice ofiterul ca imi trimite un link, sa merg acasa sa incarc documentele semnate electronic de ONRC si apoi revin ei cand sa vin din nou in Agentie. 🙃 In loc sa fie mai simplu cu semnatura electronica, se pare ca BT nu e pregatita pt asta, mai dureaza ceva ani pana bancile sa devina digitalizate si sa ofere servicii, de multe ori mi se par ca sunt niste institutii cu niste functionari slabi pregatiti.

Most of the banks in Romania provide their clients with an IBAN together with the QR CODE, as this is the formula requested by european companies in order to make a payment. But Transilvania Bank is not capable to do so. So embarrassing!! Not to speak about their site BT24, which is totally stupid and almost nonfunctional. Avoid .

Cum e posibil ca dupa ce ai facut un transfer bancar dintr-un cont in altul din lei in lire englezesti la 2 ore distanta sa suni clientul care a pus banii si sa ii mai ceri 60 de lei pe motiv ca tocmai s-a scumpit lira??? Pentru asa ceva banca ar fi intrat in mari necazuri in alta tara decat Romania. RUSINE NENOROCITILOR!!!

BT-cea mai proasta banca. Angajati incompetenti si obraznici. Servicii proaste si scumpe.

Worst experience ever encounter with a bank. To get a internet banking access, I was continuously harassed for 10-15 minutes with questions related to how I want spend my own money and details a bank shouldn’t be concerned with.

Cea mai proasta banca posibila! Comisioane atat la incasare, cat si la transfer.
Rezolutii negative la acelasi caz, cu mai multe tranzactii implicate!
Customer support total nepregatit, departament de reclamatii caruia nu i pasa de experienta clientului.
Varza! Nu as recomanda niciodata banca asta!

Tried to open an account online and after going through all the steps (including a video call confirmation) I got an error. Called the customer service, been on hold for 20 some minutes and then they just disconnected me. The level of the digital experience is 1 out of 10. Just avoid it.

App filled with bugs, not enough information provided when making transfers. Ended up paying for commission that was not presented in the transfer summary. Very unpleasant surprise.

Proasta organizare si astepti prea mult pentru a depune valuta in cont.
