I bought my Hailey crossbody I love the smooth soft leather. Love the smell of the leather and also that it is not stiff. The quality and solid fit has me knowning my phone is secure. I have a lot of these cases.

Not only is the customer service I received GREAT, but the cases are very stylish, functional, and sturdy (thus far). While you may be paying a bit more than one would like, I endeavor everyone to find a case as fashionable which offers such solid protection for your new device (IPhone 17 pro max). I ordered Bandolier, Walli, and another fashionable option: Flaunt. Each brand has their own attachments and add-ons, but I consider the Bandolier to be the best of the three. This is my opinion only and I was not compensated for my comment(s).
The good thing about ordering from multiple brands is that I have a different phone case now for each outfit/mood. 😊

Item broke a month after warranty. The knuckle on the clip slipped through. Luckily I caught my phone . Bandolier offered a 20% discount- why would I want to purchase another faulty item? Wouldn’t buy again as am wary the strap can break anytime and phone will be lost. Better off keeping phone in my bag or purchasing a cheaper option

You have Wowed me!! This is my 7th bandolier product purchase over the years. To say, I am a satisfied customer And to say I am sold on your product would be an understatement. But dear people you have WOWED Me with your customer service and quick turnaround.
First, I ordered the wrong product or to be more accurate. The wrong size for my phone. Just a moment of brain fog. I ordered the wrong size for my iPhone 15. I was so devastated and angry with myself because I wanted my new case for a family wedding coming up November 1.
I re-ordered and I sent the incorrect product back to you but within days, days mind you, you send out my new product and I have it and I’m happy. I can’t believe what a wonderful company you are! Thank you for your kind service. I have watched you grow over the years, but you still maintain the same qualities of when you were a smaller company. For that you are to Commended.

Love my bandolier set up, but the charm wristlet is not worth $48. The coating/paint on the gold split rings is already peeling off and the lobster clasps are already starting to discolor after less than a month of use. Save your $ and buy one on Amazon for about $9.

I am so impressed with the Bandolier company. I first needed a crossbody phone case so I could use my phone as a camera and didn’t have to fear dropping and losing my phone in the ocean or over a cliff as I took pictures. With a wallet on the back my case has doubled as a clutch purse. I have just ordered a new case and wallet for my new iPhone 17 Pro Max and forgot to used my %10 discount code. I sent an email to Bandolier and they issued me a refund for the discount. Amazing customer service and product!

They did what I asked

I use my Mila case every day and really appreciate how it keeps me looking put together while feeling secure when traveling. After 6 months, it’s held up beautifully, and the card case makes it easy to keep my important access cards within reach.

Phone Case, had to buy two one for my sister

I recently purchased a Remi but didn't love the color of the hardware so I returned it. Shortly thereafter, but before my credit for the return was issued, Bandolier came out with a new style with silver hardware. I reached out to the company to see if I could just get a Remi with the Silver Hardware instead of dealing with the credit to my credit card and repurchasing as if it were a totally new transaction.
Customer service was incredible. Responses were quick, on point, helpful and the company was accommodating. I'm so glad they came out with the silver hardware and that I could purchase exactly what I hoped for. Moreover, I'm so thrilled with the experience I'd likely buy from them again. In this day in age very few companies have wonderful customer service... Bandolier is one of the few! Thanks.

Perfectly practical! Simply swapping straps and I can move from a board room to adventure!

Phone cases are amazing and customer service is impeccable

I recently purchased the Remi Magnet with the detachable purse. I can now fit my phone into a car phone holder which I couldn't do before and I have been a customer for years and years. Their customer service is great. Had a few problems with the cases over the years and received a replacement without question. Just bought the Lana strap for my glasses and I love it.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. It's a shame because I really like the products, a lot - but the customer service is so useless as to be a joke. Unhelpful and uncompromising to the point that I'm wondering if it's AI and not a person. For a luxury product, they're offering bargain basement service - at those prices, I'd expect a bit more!

I have been using these cases for the last few years and have gotten my mom and a few other friends hooked on them (even my husband is using one of my old cases). They are wonderful quality and hold up for a long time. However, the customer service is what continues to keep my business. I receive respond emails within just a few hours and they are always willing to work with me. I will continue to be a customer because it continues to feel like they care both about the quality of their products and my experience as a consumer.

I ordered the bill utility crossbody with case. The Crossbody zipper was broken. I contacted via email I received a response very quickly. They were empathetic, very professional and explain. They will mail me a new one.

Excellent Service and received faster than Amazon! I love the Hailey Bag and Expanded Pouch. Perfect for travel where your phone/camera is ready for an unexpected picture without the need to rummage through a purse or pocket looking for your phone. In addition, your personal items are secure next to your body at ALL times - including a bathroom or tight quarters on a bus or train. Love it!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I am blown away by their customer service. I ordered a purse as a gift and I accidentally had it sent to my old address that got lost. I contacted Bandolier customer service and just within a few days, a new purse was mailed! My cousin absolutely loved her gift. Thank you Bandolier for making things right in no time 💛
