I had my first experience with Bandolier. I ordered a case that wasn’t the right size for my phone and requested an exchange. I was worried about refunds or returns, but I emailed Bandolier and they said they couldn’t make an exception. Later, I got an email saying the manager approved the exchange and postage would be covered.

Bandolier has changed my life!

First and foremost, their products are first class and their customer service is second to none. I have ordered Bandolier for every iphone I have ever had, and I buy them the day they come out.

Recently, I purchased one of the Bandolier bags and while I never expected to have a freak accident with the strap breaking, I wrote to them and they replaced the bag under warranty so incredibly promptly and with an apology. The follow through and the care to insure that their customer was happy and not without a bag they loved, further solidified my love and respect for the company.

The products are superb, the warranties are sincere and the customer service is outstanding. You will be so happy when you make the plunge to see the Bandolier difference.

I adore my bag & my phone case and have come to use it over all my designer bags as I love the ease, the design and the shape.

Always great from start to finish. Our first purchase was a gift from my husband. I have purchased a few more items since. Just received my latest addition, Kimberley crossbody and pouch. Constant delivery updates, clear pricing. Nice looking practical accessories.

We made a return, have proof of our return and have never received a credit. We have emailed them multiple times and have gotten no response. We have not been able to find a phone number for customer service. So, now, five months later, we have no product and no credit. Too risky to order from this company.

Beautifully crafted modern but timeless pieces that are perfect for travel and everyday luxury.
The customer care is also excellent.

I love the crossbody phone case and additional pouch. I've found the customer service is second to none. I had paid for overnight shipping but received notification from the shipper that the product would not be delivered until the following week. I contacted Bandolier customer service and they reached to the shipper and refunded the shipping cost, that day. Amazing product and customer service!

Bandolier should teach others about how to deliver excellent customer service. Also fantastic products.

I love the functionality and look of the Crossbody and the added pouch. However, within a few weeks of purchase, the snap on the crossbody broke. I had to superglue it 3 times. Then last week, the clasp
claw on the crossbody strap broke. For the price, I would expect better workmanship. It was purchased as a bundle in November 2022. Snap broke by Christmas. Strap clasp just broke April 2025. Will not purchase brand again.

I have been a Bandolier phone case lover for a few years now -- especially love the furry wristlet and get comments all the time. I am also impressed with their customer service - when I had a shipping issue, I got a response to my inquiry from a real person right away and they fixed the issue immediately and smoothly. That doesn't happen with many retailers these days. Thanks Bandolier Team!

I’ve owned several Bandolier products and the quality just cannot be beat. This review is about my most recent purchase of the Kelsey Wristlet-Silver Croc phone case. It is beautiful and so elegant! It has a mirror - like reflective finish that shines in any light. The phone fits very snug inside and the corners are reinforced. This case easily goes from daily use to a stylish night time accessory. I highly recommend this case as well as any Bandolier product.

I truly wish I could give more than five stars. First, I’ve been seeing Bandolier products online for a very long time, but hesitated to pull the trigger. I finally did, and now wish I had done so sooner! I purchased a combo of the Ivory Dillon bag, Donna phone case, the Billie Crossbody Utility strap, and the Emilia Wristlet. They are GORGEOUS, and hold everything I need!

Customer service is second to none. There was a mix up in shipping one of the items. I reached out to customer service, they replied within minutes, sent the correct item overnight, and emailed a prepaid label to send the incorrect item back.

I love getting a good product that exceeds expectations, but when customer service also does so? That’s a unicorn! Well done, Bandolier!

I purchased the Hailey iPhone crossbody phone/w card holder. Delivery was quick and the phone case was wrapped in a velvety bag, I love it. I never have to search for my phone when out and it’s a quality product. I just ordered the add on pouch so I can carry my key fob, lipstick and sunglasses while still being hands free.

I've been carrying Bandolier for over 6 years. I cannot go a day without my Bandolier. It is an exquisite product with style and quality. I've given so many people Bandolier gifts and they never stop being a customer. Also, their customer service is top notch if you have a problem. I'm a Bandolier girl forever!!!

My first purchase with Bandollier :Emma for iPhone 14 Plus , AirPod pro and the pouch. I got a special deal on this purchase in compared with other items bandolier selling .
Opinion on Emma cross body strap /case , ID slot is too small barely fit one DL and difficult to remove the card; it isn’t useful. the strap is stiff; prefer lily cross body strap. The AirPod pro is tight. The clutch needs more compartments. Only having one and tiny. Overall, the purchase price is a good deal. I recommend lily cross body strap/case over Emma . I bought this style because Lilly is out of iPhone 14 Plus .

My experience is not good. The hooks that hold the strap continue loosen and break. This is the third time this has happened. They will not fix or replace saying I’m
Out of warranty. For over a $110 dollars I expect a product to last for several years. I won’t buy again. Customer service and warranty get 0 stars!

Thank you so much, I received my iPhone case pro max 16. I love it! Lots of compliments. Customer service is exceptional. I already have made more purchases! Will be buying more. I travel a lot and so easy to keep everything assessable.

If I could give no star I would. i received a bag for Christmas that would not work, I have retuned the bag and show it has arrived at the company's door. They have yet to respond to Emails, or messages on Instagram. What A SCAM!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THEM!!!!!!!

I ordered an iPhone 16 case and paid $132 for it. My order was never delivered, But the DHL tracking number says it was. I have been conversing for days with customer service regarding shipping me another item (i still want it) or issuing a refund. At this point, I have no choice but filing a dispute with American Express. As a business owner myself, this is unacceptable. You should choose a more reliable Postal Service As opposed to DHL. I will never order from Bandolier again.
