Bandolier is one of the best companys I have done business with whereas there was no need to reach out to a live customer service agent. I purchased a cross-body phone case which I didn’t care for as much as the one which was not available at the time of my order. After a month the preferred phone case became available. It was greater than 30 days after the initial purchase. I utilized the portal and the exchange option was available and seamlessly allowed me to enter my preferred order, which I did. I had to immediately cancel the order I had made, prior to realizing the exchange option was available to me. With no cancel option for the order a simple email sent to the company allowed me to cancel and receive a refund expeditiously to my account. I am very pleased with the level of service offered with no interaction with a live customer agent. I will continue to do business with Bandolier as their products are of exceptional quality!

There was a glitch with our order getting flagged as possibly fraudulent, which caused a momentary question mark in me about the company and their customer care. But I have to take it all back. Once the issue was understood, customer care did an amazing job in making sure all would be solved in the best possible way. Thank you !

Do not use this company, ordered a phone case bag which looked fab on site, when it arrived, not fit for purpose, returned it, some 11 months on they still haven't refunded my money and no one from customer services to help.

I just received my iPhone 16 Pro case and beautiful crystal strap! I love ❤️ Bandolier cases & pouches! I have been using them since. Y iPhone 8 case and never disappointed in any item I have ordered! ❤️❤️❤️ love all Bandolier!!

Cannot fault the customer service. I ordered one of the phone cases and after about three weeks, I noticed that the leather was starting to cheese wire through. and I thought it would only be a matter of time before it snapped. I contacted the company on Thursday or Friday and within two hours. I’ve got an email saying there was a new one in the post and today Monday four days later, a brand-new one has arrived! UK shipping as well. Really cannot fault this. It was absolutely incredible thank you

I broke the snap of my bandolier and asked customer service how I can get a new snap and they said no worries and shipped me a new case for free! I was super impressed how they stand behind their product which in todays world is very rare and really very very appreciated!!

I just received my tan Donna side slot case + pouch and I’m super happy! Love the color, leader and finished. Case is as strong as my last Bandolier, just for new phone. Pouch is perfect size and ideal for traveling to keep it simple. Most importantly, after purchasing both online I sent an email to their support team to maybe expedite delivery as I was traveling and was hoping to get my case before my trip AND they did it! Yes, I paid the standard overnight shipment charge but it was possible! Customer support was out of this world! Highly recommend their products and brand!

Excellent quality products. The leather wears like iron. Customer service is exceptional in today’s world of chats or other automated response systems. Company has great leadership. Associates are responsive and helpful. No waiting forever for answers. They honor their discount offering and refunds are made quickly if ever needed! I highly recommend this company!

I've been a Bandolier customer since 2013 I had gotten my iPhone stolen right out of my hands in Paris. So I decided I need a crossbody phone. And wow, Bandolier has been my trusted phone buddy since then! They have made some improvements over the years. I love that I can now "stand" it on its side. It was difficult to find a stand that would work with the case in the past, but now it is so easy to do that! I love the style, the craftsmanship, the leather. I've turned several people onto Bandolier. I wouldn't go anywhere without it. The best thing is---the postman delivered to the wrong mailbox, which upset me. I was in tears because I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I just got my new phone for the new case. Well, Bandolier sent me another case, AT NO CHARGE! Yes, Bandolier really went the extra mile. Now I am crying tears of joy!

I stupidly ordered the wrong size for my phone case and the team at Bandolier was amazing at helping me exchange. Their feedback was really quick and it honestly was some of the best customer service I've received. I'll be shopping with them again and recommending them to others.

I had the best experience with customer service today. I accidentally submitted an order but forgot my discount code then resubmitted with my discount code, thinking I could cancel my first order myself. When that wasn’t the case I emailed customer service for help and not only did they help me get everything corrected, they had it all resolved within about a half hour.

I’ve been buying Bandolier cases for as long as Bandolier’s been making them. They’re beautifully made, gorgeous, and best of all, they make it impossible to lose your phone. When, 10 months later, the snap on my latest case faltered (a first!), I didn’t even have to ask — they offered to send a replacement. 10 months! Imagine any other company doing such a thing! They didn’t even ask for a photo or require me to first send it back. Amazing customer service.

Very poor quality leather for the price. Buyer beware. They look nice in the ads, in real life they look cheap and I question whether if it is even leather.

Amazing products, but even better (in my opinion) they have top notch customer support. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond. I’ll be their customer for life!

I purchased the Sadie phone case and expanded pouch in Sienna and it is absolutely exquisite. The quality and craftsmanship is on par with an expensive luxury handbag.

Loved my Billie + AirPod case + Expanded Pouch!

I’ve now purchased 2 Bandolier cases (& a wristlet). Both of my cases are beautiful! They are well made & protect my phone perfectly! I always get comments from friends asking where they’re from :) My second case is a Kimmie! She came perfectly wrapped in her case! I didn’t notice any flaws at first but in a couple of days, the top of the snap came off. I emailed customer service & had an almost immediate response - that doesn’t happen these days! The emails were friendly and to the point and within 2 short messages and a few photos, my replacement was on its way! (Which I am so thankful for). I am obsessed with these cases AND the company’s customer service! Thanks again!
