Bandolier, thank you for resolving the issues I had with my order. Much appreciated!!

Used their products for 5 years and the most expensive piece broke after a year and a half and all they had to say was sorry we don’t cover that. Their customer service is curt and unhelpful. Will be moving to another brand.

I have purchased a phone case about two years ago. A month after the purchase the strap connector to the case broke. I contracted Bandolier about it and they have sent me a new case and strap with no questions asked.
The case itself is still in a very good state and I wouldn't be replacing it if not for the phone upgrade that forces me to do it. Now I will be purchasing my new phone case again from Bandolier

I bought a lovely red case and strap. Very expensive but quality item— or so I thought. I’ve had it for 16 months and a few weeks ago the metal connector, a loop, qthat attaches the case to the strap fell out. (It looks like a part that would cost less than 50 cents.) Anyway I emailed asking if I could get a replacement connector. No
Chance as it is out of its 12 month warranty. And they don’t stock or sell extra hardware. But, hey, I can have a 10% discount on a new one.

I’m very happy with my recent purchase of the Lily crossbody case. I have been using Bandolier cases for years now. So well made and excellent protection. Ordering is so easy and shipping is fast.

Got my bandolier as a baby gift and loved it. About a yr later one of the d rings broke. I contacted customer service and couldn’t be more pleased with their help. They sent a replacement case free of charge and were so easy to deal with and it was a pleasure corresponding over email. Definitely recommend and hope to buy more products in the future

Bandolier has become a new favorite place of mine to shop. I am typically into designer labels and would definitely rate this brand as the high-end ‘designer’ brand of phone accessories. Their products are really beautiful and quality is top notch. All of my items are in their signature pebbled leather which feels so luxe. One of my favorites is the Lily heart pouch set - I have it in both black and red. I also have the Dillon bag which I adore, and I just ordered the black leather tote for work. Customer service is also amazing. I had one minor issue with a strap and they replaced it right away. They are super responsive to emails and always willing to help. Highly recommend them!!!

The clips on the iPhone case that the strap is attached to has broke on three different iPhone cases. I have called to get new clips but they are not able to.send me any for they say that they do not have access to then . I love my cases ever I am not happy about the poor quality of the clips

Customer service emails gives quick response. Easier than calling Most companies on the phone. best I’ve seen in a while!

This is a reputable company. They are quick to correct any problems and in today’s online landscape, it is tough to find good honest service. Because of the great quality and customer service, I placed another order and recommended Bandolier to my friends.

I am on my 3rd Bandolier Case and I love them. It is so convenient. I have the pouch that I use for a bit of cash, a lip balm and a few other bits and the phone case holds my credit cards well. I use my case every day and now don't need a handbag. I thought I would go with a different color other than black this time and chose the Vivian Brown Croc. I love it, really lovely design, my only gripe is that the strap is not adjustable, I was used to having it lower and the material is hard and not comfortable on my neck. I switched the strap for another one I had. They sell the same brown croc bag with a really nice strap that I am hoping, eventually they will sell individually for a matching design.

Do not bother with this product or website if you have Samsung Galaxy products/phones. They cater only to Apple users. I kept getting info on this product while looking for a quality phone case/wallet. Thought I would check it out only to find they are only for Apple products. They appeared to be good quality but if they came out with products for Samsung tomorrow I wouldn't buy. I have a top of the line new Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and IPhone isn't even close on quality and what the phone can actually do. So sad that companies think Apple is so great! Companies are only losing customers!

I am having trouble sending back an item as I pressed the wrong one !!!! Got all the paperwork try to send it back it states dont send back to UK
Then got email to state I need to use international so did this and STILL can not return it says do t recognise order number

The D clip that attaches to the case broke on two instances. For these high end cases, this shouldn't happen in the first place. They have a one year warranty but then after that they won't even provide you with a replacement ring.. and they are not available in the mainstream, so the case is garbage after that. I would never buy from Bandolier again. The knock off's prob last longer!

The clips that attach the strap to the our iPhone 12pro max case are not designed well and have detached several times causing the phone to fall at the most inopportune times. The tiny metal clips have been lost and we were told that the case is out of warranty and simply replacing the wire clips was not possible. Our only recourse was to fabricate clips from wire or paper clips. Not so stylish. Bandolier needs to revisit this design as the item is not as durable as it should be. We are not satisfied with Bandolier customer service.

I just love all my pocketbooks and phone cases from bandolier! Every time I carry one folks want to know where I got it!! Love that I can interchange the pieces!! A must have!!

I have purchased several phone cases and accessories and I have loved them all! I put one for my daughter who has cerebral palsy so she can carry her phone and emergency meds with her everywhere. The metal ring broke off the bottom of the phone case and bandolier sent her a replacement right away.

I purchased another Bandolier last week Delivery was supposed to be December 4th
Product NEVER arrived
DHL says contact Bandolier
5 days later Bandolier Customer service has still not responded

I am furious and ripped off
