Once again, an awesome addition to my collection. Absolutely love this bag!!! Bandolier products are so well made.

This is my third case. I haven’t changed cases because I changed iPhone models. I also have a couple of pouches and three different chains. I LOVE Bandolier. No other case compares!

With this last order, their customer service stood up. The case I ordered must have been a little faulty because my phone didn’t fit it. They responded timely as soon as I reached out. Asked appropriate qualifying questions and sent me a new case straight away. Great customer service!!!

Customer service is bad. All you can do is email, no phone number to call. Took 5 emails for a response regarding a return and when they finally got back to me the return was past the 30 day window and they would only issue a credit. Very disappointing.

I no longer need to carry a purse. I have my phone, my car key fob, my chapstick (threadwallets.com), my ID, credit cards all SECURELY with me because of my bandolier case !!! I purchased this case 2 years ago. Looks good as new.
This is a sturdy product. Highly recommended!! Worth the cost.

I had a few questions about the wallet size on two different styles, and the person in customer service with whom I exchanged emails was extremely helpful and provided me with timely responses. I wound up ordering the Donna style because the customer service agent assured me the wallet would hold up to five credit cards/IDs. I am looking forward to my first Bandolier, and I would love for the CS rep who helped me to receive a positive shoutout from corporate!

I am writing this after my third order from bandolier. I have used their phone cases that double as a wallet and it has been so convenient/the best investment. I haven’t had a broken screen since using their cases, and they last forever. I only switch them cause I’m ready to upgrade (every two years+). I recently reached out to them with a question, and their response was immediate. They even provided a discount code for my next purchase. Amazing customer service and products. I can’t recommend more! 😁

Im very happy with the product I ordered from Bandolier. It is unique and very high quality. I had a small problem with it after 9 months of use and when I contacted Bandolier Customer Service to get some advice they responded immediately and with a very customer-oriented solution. This is definitely a company I will purchase from again & I highly recommend them.

Excellent product. I've been using the products for about 4 years. Previously, I asked, "where is my phone" at least 30 times per day. It was a hassle for me and others. When I started looking for a lanyard, all had the plastic shield over the face of the phone....this was awkward and I had to type some letters 2 and 3 times. The PopSocket would never work for me because I like to take photos and didn't want to get pushed in a crowded situation and watch my phone drop into water, onto a street, etc.
The Bandolier is PERFECT!!! Very high quality, no plastic shield, I have never lost my phone in water, onto a street, because someone bumped me, I have never had my phone stolen. At trade shows, people come up and ask me, "Where did you get that phone holder?" In summary, this product will change your product and take away worrying about the location of your phone!

Today is a banner day! I ordered my iPhone 15, YAY!..,but even before that, I placed an order for my new Bandolier and several straps! I am a ‘do-er’ and constantly have my hands full with craft projects, sports equipment, business papers, cooking utensils and um, possibly a Cosmo. I bought my first Bandolier soon after they were introduced, and I can’t believe it’s been almost 10 years! I have carried different colors and styles with different pocket features and have settled on the one that I love. In the meantime, I have given them to several friends and all the ladies in my family. I recommend them constantly to strangers when they notice and comment on the convenience. I just can’t say enough good things about Bandolier. And by the way, I have NOT bothered to carry a purse for five years!!!!

I absolutely LOVE Bandolier's products. I have never been a purse person, always opting to just carry my keys, phone, and whatever cards/cash I need. Bandolier's products allow me to do that in a more stylish, sophisticated way. Every time I'm out wearing one of my Bandoliers, I receive numerous compliments and am able to tell people about the brand. I'm on my third Bandolier-- recently purchased the Ariel wristlet in iridescent pearl/gold-- and it is by far my favorite. Will be buying more in the future!

Talk about amazing customer service! I bought a strap and the next day it had an extra 10% off. I emailed them to see if I could get that extra 10% and my refund came through 15 minutes after my email was sent! WOW! I have been a loyal, bandolier fan for many years now! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have several Bandolier cases, straps, and accessories and I love them all! The claw clasps on one of my straps both fell apart the same week and rendered my favorite strap useless. The star was out of the 6-month warranty period so I definitely didn't expect any help at all from Bandolier, but I reached out to them anyway to see if I could buy just the two clasps from them. The customer service agent was super friendly, she acknowledged that my strap was out of warranty but said that the company was happy to send me two replacement clasps for my straps. I was super happy with the response from Bandolier. I was stunned and so incredibly touched when I got a whole new strap in the mail. It was such a surprise that I had tears in my eyes. I couldn't be more grateful. It's a rare company that stands by its products and offers such amazing customer service.

When it comes to customer service, it doesn't get better than this. This is a company that stands behind its products and goes the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

The quality of the product is excellent but I wanted to highlight the customer service who went above and beyond their need to help me with the repair of my phone case. The communication was constant and helpful throughout the experience. I will be a returning customer!

Bandolier’s customer service is the best!!!! I’m beyond impressed how quickly and professional their customer service is. THANK YOU!! I accidentally ordered a wrong item and paid. When I emailed the customer service on the same day at night on Saturday, the customer service not only helped me cancel my order, they helped me get the discount code I used with my initial (now cancelled) order so I can use it to order the correct item. This happened within an hour in the middle of the night on weekends! Their products and customer service have made me a royal customer. Wish other companies had this level of service!

I ordered the wrong size crossbody phone case. I emailed Bandolier on a Saturday and they got back to me that day. They helped me find what size I actually needed, with patience, kindness and efficiency. They sent a replacement before they could have even received my return. They paid the postage even though the mistaken order was my fault. This is my second Bandolier crossbody case. The first lasted 3 years of hard use, was stylish and functional. I didn’t lose my phone in 3 years! (A miracle). People often exclaim about it— so attractive, such a great idea —and I always say Bandolier!

I cannot speak more highly of the customer service team at Bandolier. I recently had a product issue that I know would have been a huge deal with any other company. The folks at Bandolier could not have been more courteous, efficient, accommodating and prompt in responding. It's nice to know there still are some great retailers at there that appreciate and respect their customers. For me, Bandolier is at the top of that list! Thank you so much for your awesome products and service!!

The products and customer service are both outstanding. The leather is buttery soft and the colorful straps are eye catching! I made an error ordering the wrong size IPhone case and the company couldn’t have been more accommodating. These products are so stylish and functional! A must buy!
