Love my Hailey side slot black Bandolier and been using for several years! My daughter got exactly the same one for her iPhone 13. I get tons of compliments whenever I’m out and about and I’m stunned that they are clueless how I ordered my set. I have the matching stand, the Bluetooth v case and my Hailey case!! Amazing customer service too!!!

The company told me they would honor the sales price after I bought and paid full price for the item. After I ordered the item and sent them my new order number they stopped responding and have been ghosting me for a week. Be careful ordering from this company. Will definitely not be buying from this company again.

I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my bandoliers! I have a few colors and always get tons of compliments. I literally wear one everyday! I have already given a few as gifts to a couple of friends and I literally just bought 3 Holsters to give as gifts to my ladies' club retiring Officers. The Holsters are a wonderful idea looking forward to more colors! Best Present Ever!! Great, prompt, professional customer service!

I've been using Bandolier since 2020 for all of my iPhones. The straps, charms and wristlets are so cute for my different phone cases. The Customer Service is outstanding and any questions or concerns I have, they always take care of and in such a timely fashion. They are simply the best!

Even before receiving my iPhone case, I was impressed with Bandolier's customer service operation. When I realized I had forgotten to apply the first-time discount code to my purchase, I contacted them, and they quickly responded with a clear solution. They refunded the 10% discount without any hassle. It's clear that Bandolier values its customers and provides excellent service.

I love Bandolier! I just purchased my third set of a phone case carrier and pouch and I love them all. I don't know how I ever lived without them before. I have also bought Bandolier for gifts. The quality is fabulous! What I am most impressed about with Bandolier is their excellent Customer Service. I ordered the wrong size phone case with my last order and they immediately took care of it. I just noticed a hook on one of my straps wasn't completely straight. I sent a picture and explained what was going on. They said their warranty covered it and are sending me a new strap right away. It is unusual for a company to respond so quickly and stand by their products the way Bandolier does. I am impressed!

I have been using Bandolier for many years. First received as a gift and second , purchased myself. Love the product. Had an issue recently with the strap. Asked for a replacement hook. They immediately wrote back and said they don't have replacements but I should send a picture and order info. Although it was beyond the warranty, they immediately sent a new case. It is nice to see a Company that graciously stands by their product

I have ordered a few things from Bandolier and absolutely LOVE their products!! Everything is amazing quality and beautiful in person. With my last order, there was an item missing but they were quick to respond and handled everything quickly with very friendly service!

Received my bundle and 10/10 quality right away! However, I quickly lost my excitement when I realized my own error - I ordered the wrong size case. Within TEN MINUTES of emailing customer service I received the most helpful response. I appreciate the amazing customer service and can’t wait to use my amazing crossbody when the correct size arrives!

A discount code didn't get applied to my purchase. I sent an email and got a response in less than an hour and then a refund minutes later. Wow! Impressive customer service. I just made my first order and I failed to add a discount code. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and wrote f my error and within minutes (literally) they responded and credited my account. AMAZING customer service!! Having my own business - I am even more impressed!!

Bandoliers customer service is amazing. Had a problem with my order and emailed them and less then 10 minutes later they emailed me back and fixed it! So thankful and impressed.
