Bandolier Customer service is excellent !Prompt and very accommodating with issues brought to their attention. I am very satisfied since it's my first time dealing with this company. Unlike any others, they put customers their priority and assist in in timely manner. Thank you and will be recommending this products. I'm actually modelling it for my millennial staffs. :)

It's so rare to find really fantastic customer service! I bought my first cross body iphone case, which unfortunately USPS lost in the mail. I contacted customer service and received a response within minutes saying they would send me a replacement. Super impressed with a company that trusts their customer and focuses on making sure they are treated well, even if it's at the company's expense. USPS happened to find my first package, which arrived after the replacement arrived. I am more than happy to make that trip to USPS to send the replacement back after how I was treated by Bandolier's customer service!! Thank you!!

Bought a Bandolier back in November and the clasp broke on the wallet, e-mailed Customer Service and they were so quick and responsive! They were able to send a replacement. I’ll def be buying from them again!

Sent defective goods and there is no chat or phone number. They take days to email back and when they do, they tell you they have the wrong contact info for you.
They ask for photos of damages and tell you they will enact their “warranty” which is fictitious. They are a scam operation and I’m disputing charges and reporting to the BBB!

I *live* in Bandolier. Not just love - LIVE. Love the simplicity, elegance and hands-free 'never lose my phone' products. I also have their convertible handbag, luggage tags, phone holder, and a few different straps - so easy to go from plain leather 'day' to gold studs 'night' with my phone holder. My friends all get Bandolier as gifts - it's a lifestyle change - and the products last years. Just wonderful.

During my first shopping experience, I forgot to use a promo code. I contacted the company and they refunded the difference! Very cool.

Love Bandolier products. Had an item missing on my second order so I sent an email, and I got a reply straight away. Issue solved in 10 minutes. The product is on its way.

Fastest customer service response I’ve ever seen!

I LOVE BANDOLIER products. Not only do they have good quality products, Bandolier has awesome customer service. They are very quick to respond to my emails. I have emailed about product questions and they get back to me with answers right away. I have contacted them over a warranty claim and a product was quickly replaced. I have also returned an item and the refund process was very easy. I am currently waiting for the cream Kimberly set. I am so excited to get it. Thank you Bandolier!

Customer for many years, started using my third Billy strap. Hardware not right . Tiny unique screws and holsters now gone even after regularly tightening. Asked for help with screws. Immediately shut down. $228 Billy Strap unusable . They offered me a 15% discount.

I have been a Bandolier fan and user for years. Each upgrade of my iPhone was a chance to try a new style or color. The cases are well made and convenient, and being on a cross body strap, I haven’t lost my phone or left it in a cab since I have started using Bandolier products. Special mention for customer service for being quick and helpful with any questions or issue. I have recommended these cases over the years to many friends and they have also become fans. It’s a great phone case!!!

I received my bandolier phone case in the mail and was immediately pleased with the quality of this product. I love the convenience of having my phone accessible. I was surprised at how many cards could fit into the 2 card slots ( at least 6) without it being too tight. I was not too pleased with the skinny strap that it came with. I reached out to customer service and within an hour they were able to resolve my issue. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase from an awesome company.

I got my mom a bandolier for Christmas. She is so difficult deciding on which bag she wanted so I got her one that they’re all phone cases. Then she realize she didn’t like how bulky the all phone case size purse bag thing was. So she decided to upgrade her phone so she could get one that fit her phone. The package was delivered to my house for the new fitted bandolier. I got a notification that said that it was delivered four minutes ago so I went to check my front door. It was not there and then I went down to my mail area and it was not there either. I immediately contacted bandolier and told me to wait a day to make sure that UPS delivered it. It never got delivered so I contacted bandolier and I had very great customer support. They asked me a couple questions and I answered then shortly after they sent me a new one with a different address so it gets sent directly to my mother. The support team that they have for their company is spot on, and very helpful and responds very quickly. 10 out of 10 recommend all-around great product.

Very very impressed with the customer service at Bandolier. I fell in love with their products about 5 years ago when I traveled quite a bit for work! I saw someone in the airport with a bandolier Emma brand phone holder! Soon I ordered one- the gold and later the black. I just took advantage of their end of year sale and forgot to add a discount code and thru email was reimbursed within hours! Kudos to Bandolier and the entire team! You Rock!!!

I had the best experience with this company . I must of forgotten to add my discount code at the end of my transaction , I emailed the company the next day and it was no issue. Refunded me my discount due the same day. I bought two of these wonderful iPhone cases and absolute love them . You will live them too

Customer Service was beyond helpful!! I tried to make things as difficult as possible the past two weeks: receiving wrong color as gift, exchanging for new color, then finding out wrong size phone was ordered! Bandolier was quick to respond and sorted out my mess. Thank you Bandolier, and you will be receiving 2 new customers because of your attentiveness and patience.
