I never ever leave negative reviews but this company needs exposing. I ordered knee patches at £18.30 and when I checked on Apple Pay they had taken a further £40. I contacted my bank who said it was theft and fraud and an investigation has been launched. It’s sneaky, underhand and despicable. The company has been blocked by my bank in case they wanted to help themselves to more. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Ive learnt my lesson and have been refunded by the bank. It’s not a huge amount but I rather it was in my bank than theirs. Shocking. Learn from my mistake

I have been using Lulutox tea for over a year. I tried to order some more on Sunday morning but got email from this company Get Bandoo saying my patches were on the way. It appears Lulutox who you hope you can trust are selling peoples card details to these corrupt companies. Within minutes Barclays Bank fraud dept rang me and asked if I had placed this order. Bandoo took 2 payments one on Sunday and another yesterday Monday. It also indicated that this would be a regular monthly payment! Thankfully the bank have been great and we’re able to stop further transactions and have refunded my money. This Bandoo company are based in Lithuania and are not a proper company. They are scammers so please do not order any products from them.

I tried to order 12.99 worth of goods and took 150 pounds from my account. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Legally the card companies can't do much

Bandoo is the biggest scammer they sent me products i didn’t order my bank blocked them and are investigating Grace

I ordered and they have taken money and more! No email nothing and very hard to get in touch shitty so called firm sent email to them after struggling to find a site heard nothing don’t use this site thieves

I would give no stars if I could, done exactly the same as the other reviews clicked to buy patches said order incomplete clicked again and ordered something that I didn't want and won't cancel the order,shocking!!!!

asked for 1box of foot patches , i did not complete the order but they had my card details and so they took for 4 items, ignoring my request to cancel on there supposed system and no coinsedence the a company called CBK tried to take money ay the same time but my bank stopped it , i see that i am the first of many .. i think it is about time VISA interveened..

I initially placed an order for one (1) box of foot patches. Their application changed this to eight (8) boxes at a cost of €100.
I sent them a request to cancel the order within 30 minutes, and they replied by offering a 30% discount.
I refused their offer and repeated my request to cancel the order. I then sent another reminder to cancel the order.
They ignored my requests and proceeded to ship the full order. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
I will return the items to them immediately after I receive these AT THEIR EXPENSE since they are at fault.
Thankfully, I used Paypal so I will use their dispute services if required.
Last, but not least, it would appear that their foot patches are a fake product, i.e, these turn black when exposed to warm water.

I placed an order but on realising I was being charged USA dollars and I was in Oz I cancelled within 10 minutes.
One email from them acknowledged my cancellation and email said to late my order was on its way. This within by now 20 minutes.
They refused to refund my money. I have sent and received a out 60 emails.
To cut a long story short my spend was $38 Australian. They offered me $7 USA. So they are scammers.Beware !!!!!!

What a joke this Company is - placed an order for $16,95 it has blown out to $160.00 not good for an old pensioner Thanks for giving me nothing - two weeks to recover to pension day

Do not buy from here. They overcharge you. Once u cancel, they will try to reconsider and offer you a discount but as soon as you refuse they will send it anyway at full price. Very frustrating to deal with and their customer service.

I dislike I had to give one star. They deserve nothing but jail and one right in the kisser. I cancelled my order lessed than the 12 hours and still my stuff was shipped. You cannot talk to not one living and breathing soul, only automation that hang up on you😡 Bull crap is what they are😡🤬😡🤬

Like others I have experienced overcharging! I ordered one and at checkout they charged me for two. I straight away emailed them and they said it was packed and ready to ship - which is impossible as it was literally a couple of minutes after I placed the order. Then I find the next day that they have deducted even more - 4 times more. I have advised the bank and blocked them. They are scammers. Don't ever order from them. They are crooks!

It looks like everybody on here has had the same experience with getting overcharged for what they didn't order, they did this to me yesterday! I ordered one box and got charged for four, and cannot get a refund. If you email me at crystal (underscore) sears 04 at yahoo we can get together and sue them, I'm sure we can find a lawyer out there willing to do a lawsuit for
millions! Just leave your name and phone number and I will find a lawyer (unless you are one) and we will sue the s*** out of them! Class action here we come!

By the way, the product Wellne knee brace is pure crap and worthless for the Knee.

Let me tell you about the scam they run, I orderded 1 pack of foot treatments but during checkout they added 4 more without my consent i thought i was paying £18, I ended up being charged £58.
When i tried to cancel they said i couldnt as they had already being processed. This was 10 minutes later.
Ive been conned and will learn by my mistake.
Please dont let them con you as they did me.

If I could give this company a minus experience - I would. It would be at the very least minus 10 stars.
Unfortunately, I didn't read any reviews about this company. How stupid am I. This company is a total scam - you end up ordering products that you don't want or didn't select or you end up with your original order doubled and therefore double the payment is taken. Their website is terrible. As soon as I realised from the order summary review that my order had been doubled, I sent an e-mail to the company cancelling the order. My request was totally ignored. Each I time I send the company an e-mail I have to complete a customer form even though I quote the complaint number and the order number. This company does NOT know how to provide a customer service. Indeed the only interest they show in customers is taking their money. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. It is not worth the hassle. They are a bunch of crooks. Be warned.

If you add warm water to the footpad and leave for some time it will give you same results and turn black. Apart from scam payment systems charging for extra products, the product is doggy.

Now escalated to my bank as if you click on their website it immediately debits you. They don't care about customer service it took ten emails and a review to acknowledge but they don't respond with any solutions just say "enjoy our product"
