Scam. Same as all other reviews. They make you believe the order is complete then when you but continue, it orders a second set!!!! They then refuse to cancel order, complete SCAM!!@

This product is a scam. They do nothing. Followed directions exactly how it says to do. My husband and I did the full 10 days and nothing. Nothing felt better, no change in energy or body. Don't waste your money on this product.

Stay far away from this company, all the reviews about incorrect orders, extra charges, bad customer service, all true. I was actually trying to buy an item and just clicked on an option to add it to the cart and it charged me automatically, and then doubled the order. Thankfully I used PayPal so they'll help but no more with this place, the worst.

But i received an email saying order processed & shipped

Have told them when it arrives it is going back to them for a full refund & never using them again

This company is full of scammers don't do business with them you will get taken for money went through a lot to get my order cancelled and still don't know if it will be cancelled!!!!!

I've been sent more foot pads then I ordered and charged accordingly. Only minutes after placing an online order I realized the second order that I did not place had been added! I tried contact with the Company only minutes after and I was simply advised the order had already been processed and shipped.
A terrible scam....... shouldnt be allowed to operate

I ordered $100 worth of Bandoo foot pads on the 2nd of December. I contacted them 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and nothing as my order tracking was not updating. Then, 4 weeks later I look again and they have been sent back to the warehouse on the 30th December. I contacted Bandoo again, nothing. Followed up and they finally got back to me. I ask for a refund, the refuse. I ask them to ship them to me and then I’m told “since it’s been 30 days since you purchased the pads, we aren’t sending you the package or refunding you”. Can you legally keep money of a customer that never received the order??

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY EVER.

This is a scam, I ordered an item and later noticed two other items I did not order, I immediately cancelled all items there was no response , order the night of 27th, noticed about three hours later and cancelled. I received a reply today 31st that they can no longer cancelled the items that orders have been sent. I still have not received the items and payment have been made via PayPal. This is broad day light robbery and they need to be stopped

Ordered on the 11th Jan seconds later got a message from my online banking saying I had payed £48.70
Contacted MB Versus Media through the get bandoo site
Was sent a email stating the order had been sent and there's nothing they could do at most this was 5 minutes after ordering them on the 11th so over the next few days off begging them to please refund me
They weren't interested on the 14th I received a tracking number so that's when they sent them not on the 11th like they claimed
So plenty emails were sent off proof that others had experienced this same issue of being overcharged they denied everything when I sent them a screenshot off a review basically with the same issue had had experienced
They then sent me a email saying if I take the review down they will refund the full amount I explained that I never wrote the review
They then resorted to saying there's nothing they can do that the parcel has been sent
So today after alot off backwards and forwards PayPal found in my favor thankfully after I had to prove that I never ordered 4 boxes and have refunded me
PLEASE TAKE what's being said about this company seriously because otherwise your going to have a real battle on your hands trying to get your money back if you ever do

supportrybandoo is a real scam company. They are ripping off customers. Their pilot is not right and automatically makes more orders than wished. When cancellation is made straight away after billing, their answer is that they have already dispatched the parcel, and that their company have no complaints. Since 11 January and up to today, there no tracking number. A scam company and a rip off. They do not deserve even 1 star.

I bought some Bandoo. before Xmas and haven't used them till new year. They did what they said they would do (go black) I assumed they were working well. On the 18/01/25 I got an email saying they had a special on, I brought up the link, was a good discount so clicked on it to see what final price would be. There were a few automatic add ONS that you had to reject or end up purchasing. I got to the end and there were 2 lots of 4 packets on the order. I couldn't delete or cancel there. There was no bank authority request or address confirmation. I closed window and after 5 mins checked my bank account and there were 2 withdrawals. 😳 I sent 4 emails cancelling order and telling them how unethical it was. I called my bank and they said there was nothing they could do. Really??. Next I get an email saying my order had been processed and shipped.
It is a BIG scam.

I purchased one box but on checkout the pop up for 4 boxes appeared when confirming my order. Guess what i got charged for 4 additional boxes. IMMEDIATELY tried to cancel . To no avail. Dishonest business to the core.

Bandoo is a scam. STAY AWAY.
They designed the whole customer digital experience to trick you and take your money without your authorisation. CAREFUL!
Then they make it very difficult to understand How to Cancel your order.
It happened to me

SCAM stay well away, conned into buying more than you want, then they take more money from your account or duplicate it!
You will not get your money back!!
PayPal don’t even refund it!
SCAM!!!

I wish that I had read these reviews last week. Like many of you posting your reviews, I have been scammed by these people. Same story.. duplication of order, Charged in US$ which are then converted to AU$ Their website is designed to confuse the purchaser. In fact it is designed to steal from whoever visits the site.
They congratulate me for placing orders I never placed and say shipping will be up to 15 days. I tried to cancel all orders the day after their notification but was told the orders had already been shipped!
I intend to take this up with the media here in Australia. Will lodge complaints with Office of Fair Trading and PayPal. This scam must be stopped!!

I ordered just one box but was charged for and received four. I reached out to customer service right away to rectify the order, only to be informed that the items had already been shipped. The website has the most scamming checkout. Stay away!

I ordered only 1 box and was charged and sent 4. I contacted them immediately to correct the order only to be told they were already shipped- on a Sunday! When I checked my Paypal account I found they had put automatic recurring charges that I did NOT authorize!! I, too like some others wish I had checked out the reviews prior to ordering. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE UNETHICAL!!!

Wanted to order minimum amount, a number of "exclusive offer" pages which I had to decline (about 7 of them) popped up before finally getting to a payment screen. No "confirmation" page before payment. Was charged for my order of 20 Plus an additional box of 40. As soon as I saw the payment on PayPal, less than a minute later, I emailed the company. They are refusing to cancel that part of my"order" which they say has already been processed (on new years day!) and are refusing to refund the additional payment they took.
