I'm another person who has been defrauded by this company. I was bombarded with adverts on Facebook at a time when my daughter is unwell and needs to start detoxification treatment. I thought it would be worth trying one box of the foot patches at the reduced price. As soon as my order had been placed, I got repeated messages on an extremely confusing home page on their website inviting me to add to my order to save on postage. I did not click on anything, but as I was scrolling down, a message flashed up from PayPal to say that a second order had been placed and payment had been taken. I did NOT click on any additional items, and, even if I had done so, I was given NO opportunity to confirm or amend this supposed second order. Within two minutes of this supposed order, I had contacted Bandoo through their website to request a cancellation of both orders. I also emailed separately a couple of minutes later. A response was received to say that I needed to confirm my email address for data security, which I did. I also received another email about an hour later from 'Linda' offering me all kinds of other wonderful deals. I also replied to this message to ask to cancel. Despite these three messages, my orders were still supposedly despatched, six hours after my first order was placed. I have not received a reply to any of my messages.

Like other people, I have clearly been scammed. I contacted PayPal and raised a dispute for the second payment, but they claim this was authorised when that was not the case. I will now have to pursue a chargeback through my bank.

For anyone else in this position, PLEASE CHECK YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS CAREFULLY - the scammers had set up a recurring payment, which PayPal have now cancelled, but I've also removed the PayPal link from the bank account I used.

Update on 14 October. I was very persistent and have now received a refund for the second unauthorised amount that Bandoo took from my account, and have received a 50% refund for the order that I actually placed. It took many many emails with Bandoo, telephone calls to PayPal, and opening cases for unauthorised transactions and item not received with PayPal, but it finally worked. I also made a formal complaint to PayPal about the way their agents dealt with my telephone calls and cases and received compensation from them too. I posted reviews on Bandoo’s PayPal page as well. You need to be very very persistent, but don’t give up - you may be as fortunate as me in getting your money back.

These people are criminals. Yes, I did click on an item but never confirmed the order. I have just discovered that one item has been delivered but 2 separate amounts deducted from my account totalling 5x the amount of the item I clicked on. Think I had better cancel my card and get a new one.

Scam company using uplift to quantities and claiming payment before the order can be amended. Attempted to cancel the order within a few minutes but this was not accepted and the order shipped. The order was shipped from the UK although the return address is in the USA. An automatic payment was set up on PayPal ready to claim more money. PayPal refused my claim as tracking information received so they are supporting a criminal company. Please do not order from this company.

Same as everyone else, total scam

I’ve just seen a payment of over £80 go out of my account. Bank honoured last one. Scam company - and PayPal endorse it. Payment goes through in seconds of ordering. It is despicable these companies are still scamming people

Received email offering discounts which had a confusing layout and upon reaching checkout has items I did not want. Payment went through apple pay without authorisation and I requested to cancel order within minutes. Response said the order had been processed and shipped which I feel is a lie and of course by saying this have said no refund is applicable. Really awful experience would never order again.

Bad website - added unwanted items to order and then no communication when trying to cancel unwanted items within 2 hours of order being taken. Scam company - do not use and why are Instagram allowing these companies to use their platform??????

I ordered 1 x 10 = 1 box.
I paid thru' PayPal.
I checked my PayPal account to find I had been charged over £60. This included 4 boxes I did not knowingly order.
I am attempting to cancel and get my money back. Which is a task in itself.
Check the items on your order before completing..
Definitely do not recommend.

Overcharged me and still months later I have received no items.

Do not use or order anything. I ordered 1 patch at £17 and they took £90 from my account.

Scam site, I added 1 pack to my basket, went to pay and it added shipping which was reasonable (£3.75). I scrolled up to check that I'd chosen the right option as it was offering me all sorts of up sells and it looks correct. Then I get a message from my bank saying they'd blocked a transaction for nearly £50 which was 35 over what I had selected. I believe that this is a scam website and actually asked for my card to be blocked in case they now try to use my bank details. Avoid

Terrible like most others they added extra items to my order and took an extra PayPal payment straight away. I couldn’t get the order cancelled. The patches I ordered didn’t even work. PayPal say they’ve done nothing wrong as I got an order. Fuming

I ordered one box to use on my arthritic knee. I received and was charged for 2 boxes. As others did, I tried to correct, but was unsuccessful. And to add, these don’t work. They make my knee feel worse!

Charged me for an additional 4 packs of patches which I did not order. they rejected my cancellation / refund request as the order had apparently already been shipped out, even though I immediately asked them to cancel the order. Many others like myself have been scammed like this - AVOID

Charged $157 for a $39 order. This company refuses to deal with my fraudulent withdrawal.

Today after 121 email's, I have all my money back and for the stress of this, I kept the product. Don't give up everyone, it's your money 🤫

Exactly same situation I ordered 1 pack foot pads for swollen ankle - they added another - I immediately tried to cancel the order - all ignored . Contacted credit card who said would put into dispute. Received an email from Bandoo (had sent them 8) saying card had refused payment and order would be cancelled if didn't reply within 72 hours. Did not reply and order has arrived19 days later anyway with a non existent return address. They deserve no stars and no customers. They use switch selling and sign you up for a subscription without your agreement. Hope someone closes them down
